Mordekai moves forward another 30ft, trying to see anybody/anything in the house.
If he sees movement, he'll send a couple of Eldritch Blasts at it, but if not, he'll switch to Intimidation (or, more likely, goading) tactics and fire them at the house again, shouting at the top of his voice, "Witch! If you're in there, come and face us! Too long has cowardice like yours and Strahd's haunted this land! It's time for a reckoning, and we're it's heralds!"
Eldritch Blasts:
Attack: 16 Damage: 13
Attack: 16 Damage: 13
(On the slim chance of having advantage due to being able to target the witch and her being blinded as Meepo suggested, then extra rolls respectively: 19 and 24)
(And in case an Intimidation check is required: 22)
Olin sits at a distance, not wanting to enter the magical darkness. He casts toll the dead, but holds the energy of the spell within him, ready to unleash it at the first sign of witch or swarming bugs, or anything else that looks like it could be their quarry. He also directs his spectral oak branch toward the edge of the darkness, hopefully in a decent position if the witch comes out.
(If triggered, toll the dead DC15 Wis save or 14 damage)
Meepo reaches the front door, his keen ears hearing motion inside, so he blasts where he thinks the witch is with his Ray of Frost. There's a screech that seems to be from the witch, then a heavy thud. For a moment it's quiet, bereft of sound. Lionel, the window at the back is cracked open. You'd have to perform a feet first maneouver to smash through the glass and wood and breach the back of the hut. You can do this if you want, let me know.
Olin keeps his distance, with Ismark, both scanning the hut for the first sign of their enemy. Likewise, Mordekai holds his blasts, not seeing a target in the darkness to blast.
Next turns everyone.

(When you say Mordekai doesn't see a target in the darkness, I just wanted to double-check you're aware Mordekai can see through it because of his Devil's Sight Eldritch Invocation? Your wording could be read either that Mordekai doesn't see anything within the area of the darkness, or that he doesn't see anything because of the darkness, so wanted to make sure!)
Mordekai will continue to advance towards the house, and will use his action to Dash as well, getting to the doorway and looking for the witch.
Meepo readies a spell as well. He listens carefully, trying to hear if anyone is moving inside the house or not. If he hears something he will send a blast of cold in once more.
Meepo hears a loud smash, of wood and glass breaking from the far side of the room, bits of glass and wood clinking and clattering across the floor, followed by the loud thud of a heavy boots landing in the room.
Mordekai, you can't very well into the house because it's raised quite a bit on the roots, and the windows all have heavy curtains, so you don't have a great view into the building because of angles, not because of the darkness. If you get up to the door, you could easily see inside. You DID see motion inside the house though.
And Meepo, you definitely heard movement, including the sound of a the witch screeching and collapsing when you blasted into the dark room.
Fire engulfs the whole house, flame exploding like a jet out the windows and the door. Meepo, Lionel, Dex saving throws DC 19. 30 damage, half on a save.
Olin, Mordekai, you both spot the witch, she's 100 feet away to the left, with 3/4 cover behind a tree. She cackles loudly as she completes unleashing her spell.
Distracted by the re-appearance of the witch, Mordekai drops concentration on the Darkness (...assuming that doesn't take an action to do? It doesn't say anything about ending the spell in the spell description) and turns his full attention back to the witch now manifest in her normal form, firing two Eldritch Blasts in her direction.
Attack: 11 Damage: 15
Attack: 20 Damage: 9
(Wait, is Bless still active? If so, add 1 and 2 to those attack rolls (although not sure either would make a difference)
"How the hells did she get over there without us seeing?" Olin growls. He moves so he as a view of Lionel through the door and sings a healing word to him (5 healing).
Olin pulls up his hood, cloak turning to the color of swamp shrouded in mist, and he seems to disappear. Once he thinks the witch can't see him Olin will move as far as he can in her direction. Keeping a close eye so she doesn't slip past him, not that focusing all his attention on doing that had helped last time... (Stealth check, 17) (Using Mask of the Wild to hide in the mist)
They grey is all around. Like a dark fog, but you know it's not fog. You drift, weightless through it's shadows and can sense other things out there in the darkness. Souls. They're souls of people. They're looking for a way out....but from the fog, there is not one. A woman, translucent and made of the very fog around her flits by, unseeing, her face locked into a constant scream. But you're not there yet, not ready to scream, you've just arrived and know you can find a way through. But then a weight like a rock is attached to you and you plummet. You plummet through the fog, leaving eddies in the mists as you dive down towards darkness and.... open your eyes.
Lionel, you're laying in the hut. The hut, charred and smoking from being envoloped in flame for a second time. The moist has seeped so deeply into the wood though that it will not burn, and instead everything is black around you. The three goat bodies smoke, the blood on the floor has become a black burned stain. Bits of half melted broken glass and charred wooden frame scatter the floor about you. And there amidst the charred ruins is the witch. She doesn't appear to be burned, but lays on the ground, her eyes open to the sky unseeing....purple blood seeping from wounds around her naked body.
Lionel is laying on his side, his body passes through both of the witches legs on the ground. An illusion.
Meepo lays near Lionel just outside the door, his body smoking and unmoving. Outside you hear Olin, Mordekai and Ismark yelling with voices tinged with urgency.
Mordekai, outside you send a blast at the witch, is slams into the tree sending chunks of bark flying. Your second blast is true though, striking her naked form in the shoulder. She shrieks and glares at him, "I'll be back to haunt your nightmares, you'll never be free of me! You'll souls will dissolve in horrific visions!!"
Olin, she doesn't seem to notice you as you rush in her direction. Her body dissolves into a swarm of bugs and she begins flying away and up into the sky. (30 feet up, 30 feet further away) Olin, you can still barely make her out in the fog. Mordekai, you're losing her in the fog if you don't move. She's 130 feet away from Mordekai, and 100 feet away from Olin.

Lost stood up, trying not to think about disgusting illusion near by. The witch had the final laugh - he lost her in the sky and could not catch on the ground as well, almost loosing his life (again) instead. Still a bit wobbly on his feet, he moved to Meepo, scooped his body (Healing Hands - 5 HP, all what was left of his magic), made sure the kobold breaths again, and went outside of the house (preferably, on the ground).
Meepo blinks open his eyes. Noticing he is being carried he groans. "Did we get her then?" He asks, glancing around. "Feels more like she got Meepo..."
