If he can get across the bridge Meepo uses his staff to cast [spell]cone of cold[/sepll] targetting the vampire, if he can do so without hitting anyone else.
DM said earlier the bridge is 50ft long, too, so not sure Misty Step will do it either. Can Lionel still pop out his wings in his dwarf form? Is he still an Aasimar?
Correct, you were over 200 feet from Strahd so can't counterspell. As well, the gap is 50 feet, which is beyond misty step....so you'll need another way across the gap. Lionel still has his wings, he won't die in a 400 foot fall unless I'm missing something. His steed though..... eep.

The explosion of fire tears through Mordekai, Ulthan and Lionel.....with Lionel and his warhorse plummeting through the ruined bridge....
Mordekai grabs Ulthan, and the two *bamfff* appears on the far side just inside the gate. Ulthan looks around, but doesn't seen any good targets other than Strahd, so unleashes two arrows, one whistling past the vampire, the other one sticking in his arm. Strahd glances down at the arrow, and tears it out, tossing it aside.
Meepo glances around, suddenly stranded, his skeletons finishing off the last of the bats....flapping black bodies litter the ground all around. He stares at the gap and then the ice wall behind him crumbles into icy chunks as he holds out his staff...and a span of thick ice grows across the space, clinging onto the remnants of the damaged bridge until it forms an icy and slick crossing.
18 Strahd grins at Ezz as she charges him, and his finger seem to pluck at her from a distance....her shadow seems to waver and ripple as if trying to pull free from her...but it then sucks back down onto the ground where it should be. Strahd shrugs, unworried and then like a blur he has suddenly closed the distance with Ezz and is attacking her with his claws.
Attack: 21 Damage: 0 he grabs her and with ease pulls her head to one side and tries to sink his teeth into her. Attack: 22 Damage: 8 + 10 necrotic. He does, drawing life force and blood from her, his wounded shoulder healing. His other claw he tries to rake down her back. Attack: 22 Damage: 5 + 16 necrotic. Ketch sees horrid wound curling with blackened dead flesh around them appear on her back as his finger tips tear her back apart.

Dead is better than betraying us, Ketch figures, and doesn't worry too much about Ezz.
Ketch glances behind him and moves his Spiritual Weapon up towards him. ((I think that would get it close to where Ketch is now, since it started like 50 feet ahead to begin?)). Ketch also noticed his comrades have gotten much closer, and sees the state of Ulthan. Backpeddling, Ketch moves back to Ulthan, casts Cure Wounds at 4th level and cures him for 18 and then moves the rest of his movement northeast ((top right of picture)) to put distance between them, always wary of area of effect spells...

Ketch moves back a bit, healing Ulthan and then starts circling a bit...
Strahd drags his hand back up Ezz's back and she screams in pain...Attack: 22 Damage: 7 + 9 necrotic...but she manages to shift in his grasp and keep the claws from digging in.
She mutters angrily in his grasp, not trying to escape, blood running down her neck and she spits in his face, "I CURSE YOU VILE being, may the blades of thy enemy cut you to your soul!" Strahd : wisdom save vs DC 14 12. He grins at her, "No my dear...I think your pathetic Vistani curse shall not work on me.."
He rakes his hand down her back again... Attack: 13 Damage: 9 + 18 necrotic....she screams in pain, her head lolling a bit as the claws rip into her.
Lionel, Mordekai, Meepo, Ulthan, you may all take your actions now.

Mordekai looks back as the ice bridge forms. "Oh. Clever Meepo." He weighs it up in his head and decides that getting himself and Ulthan into range sooner was worth using his magic reserves. Just about.
With no fancy tricks left, Mordekai hopes his early misses have fine tuned his Eldritch Blasts, and plans to make these count. (At Strahd)

The blast scorched the hair in dwarves beard, burned the skin and outright killed his faithful mount even before the bridge collapsed. If there was a need for another insult to infuriate paladin, Strahd found the perfect one! And if the monster hoped to get rid of his mortal enemy - he celebrated his victory too early.
Divine wings raised Lionel above the broken bridge and broth closer to the vampire. His silhouette blinked from existence for a moment - and he appeared even closer. ( Misty Step - full movement, plus MS - should be near Ketch now?) He did not waste his breath for the threats - even Strahd had to understand, that that was the final battle, one of them had to die today.
(Though, one more fireball, and it would not be Strahd)
With the dwarf closer Utlhan remembers the dwarf must live, so he reaches out a hand glowing with pathetic green energy and touches the dwarf. Cure wounds 8. Additionally since he's healed, he'll block sight of the dwarf behind his frame advancing on Strahd keeping pace with the dwarf and takes out his shield for some cover.
Meepo is going to try to get close enough to the vampire to be able to counterspell his next spell. I don't know if that is possible though, as I am not sure where he is currently at on the map. He should have had movement last round, as he made the ice bridge, so not sure if that got him across or if he is still crossing this turn. Also the skeletons will be moving across, not sure where they are in relation to the vampire either.

Hey, sorry Meepo for leaving you out on better describing your position. Last turn you were 130 feet from Strahd. You made an ice bridge and traveled 15 feet over difficult terrain, leaving you at 115. This turn, if you full move you'll cross the rest of the bridge and be 80 feet from Strahd. If you misty step the last 30 feet, then you can get a total of 55 feet closer, or to within 60 feet...and counter-spell range for his turn. (unless, knowing you were counterspelling wizard from before, he simply takes a 5 foot step back and casts...but...he'd have to be paying attention and really devious to do that...right?!? ) mWHAA. MWHAHAHA. MWHWHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA. *ahem*
Meanwhile his Skeletons are about 10 feet behind him, and if he is misty stepping and they don't, they are 95 feet from Strahd, unless they're shooting, in which case they're another 15 feet back, so 110.
Meepo would want to get as close to the vampire as he can, without getting too close that is... Not sure why he is running towards a vampire to start with, but here we are... He also would want his skeletons off the ice bridge asap, so would have them do dash actions and no firing this round. So dash action for meepo and skeletons, and then misty step for meepo.

Meepo moves forward, unable to aid the Lionel in any meaningful way.
I'm assuming Meepo is stuck on the far side of the bridge from the vampire and the castle. He would have his skeletons try mopping up the bats...

((Best I can tell, Meepo is about 200’ away from Strahd. About 50’ away from where the fireball struck. But DM would have a better handle than me...))
