Not sure if it's ok to cast guidance before the investigation, given we're at initiative, so not sure whether Mordekai has enough actions to do so? So I'll roll separately and you can take or leave the extra d4.

Ulthan groans again as he pulls more arrows at the ready, have a little drink, go talk to some strangers, what could possibly go wrong... he huffs and a bit of electricity sparks off his hair. He groans again as he looks at the party going to different doors, though with the coherent man making going for the death dealers it would seem like a good idea to help him out before they recover and kill two more. Ulthan moves forward using whatever cover is available, but he needs to get in sight of the deathdealers. If he can see all three that's fine, he simply launches arrows at all of them (but only if they're within 5 feet of the non-watery skull).
At 6. Shoots arrow 1: 21 Damage: 21 non-watery skull Shoots arrow 2: 22 Damage: 15 non-watery skull Shoots arrow 3: 6 Damage: 15 (only if watery skull 2 is within 5 feet of non-watery skull) Shoots arrow 4: 4 Damage: 18 (only if watery skull 3 is within 5 feet of non-watery skull)
Doorman can wait thinks Ulthan, we got bigger problems now. If I can't get there in turn I'll just run to get closer, but not close enough for them to walk up to me and smack me... If he can't get there because apparently Ulthan can't fly, then he'll run to help the door guy.

Unable to get to the skulls without flying after Lionel, and unable to see them from the ground since they've been moved back away by Meepo, Ulthan looks around and then seems to settle on rushing up the stairs to Meepo. Ulthan, roll strength to try and push the door open. Meepo pushing gives you advantage. Roll vs DC : 23
Mordekai, I'm ok with Guidance + check in a single round, for future situations. You go to the back of the statues, your breath pluming as you hear the sounds of battle up and to your right where Lionel has flown. Distracted by the noises you glance about but can't figure if there's any sort of access here or not.
Meepo pushes along with Ulthan, helping him out.
Lionel, the two skulls in the water rotate and look at you, their heads surrounded by bubbling pockets of steam. The other floating one spins to look at you, it's green flames shimmering across it's surface. They look happy to see you. In a very evil sort of way. The one out of the water shimmers and becomes all blurry. The other two hiss and magic bolts fly out, splashing through the liquid to streak across the room and slam into you. (Magic Missiles for : 21 force damage.)

Ulthan slams into the door with all his might... and then realizes... he may have forgotten his favorite dagger in the forest... He snaps out of it and looks at the door situation again... 21. He sighs....

Meepo's clawed feet scrabble on the smooth black granite floors for purchase, something is holding the door shut. The lumbering warrior comes up, looks at Meepo, looks at the door then with both hands gives it a thunderous push. The amber doors fly open, and the two fur covered warriors on the far side go flying backwards tumbling on the ground. Meepo and Ulthan look into the room. Torches in sconces light this bare stone room. Six bed rolls made of stitched animal furs cover the floor. Cold air enters through a fissure in the southwest wall. Double amber doors open to the right that surely must lead into the arrow slit room.
However, all of the creatures in the room draw your attention first.
There is a human female dressed in thick furs and wearing patched pieces of leather with iron studs across it. Her face is crisscrossed with scars and she has a shield at the ready and a well worn spear in her other hand. Her hair is matted and sticking from under a fur lined hood. There is another woman here wearing animal fur with patches of hide as armor, she holds a large axe in both her hands. In front of her are two burly men, also wearing hide armor and animal furs and clutches large axes. Two other men have been thrown backwards, but now clutch their axes in both hands, also wearing hide armor. Finally, standing in the center of the room is a massive black wolf. It's hackles are raised and a deep throaty growl reverberates through the room as the creature faces you.
They've setup some piles of firewood against the north double doors, and apparently these doors as well, that have now been pushed aside. Based on your quick assessment, it seems as if they've tried to bar the doors further into the temple and must access this through outside via that fissure in the wall. They all look angry, fierce, and barely human...and ready to fight.
Roll init.

Meepo, I'll try to describe for you. You and Ulthan are on the upper balcony in the south end of the big temple room. You've pushed open double doors and have 7 new enemies facing you. To the right are double doors that lead through to the room where Lionel is, along with 3 flaming skulls, two trapped in water, with one free. The flaming spheres are STILL going behind you, blocking your way out. There is a door right near you that leads into a dead end room. There's a fissure in the wall on the far side of the room with these new enemies that probably leads outside. Mordekai is about 120 feet away, and down 30 feet at the far north end of the temple room behind the big statue that fills the space. Olin lays at the bottom of the stairs about 60 feet away, on the far west side of the big temple room. He's collapsed and looks pretty dead. Kasimir is dead, raised as a zombie, then was shot and killed by Ulthan. The last you saw Ismark, he was over 100 feet away, behind the arrow slits on the far side of the big temple. He probably accessed them through the double doors on the far west side of the balcony you're on. The doors to the north from this room, that leads to the skulls, are blocked by some stacks of firewood, it would be challenging to get through in a short amount of time. Let me know if you have any questions.
At 21 Ulthan looks around and decides there's only so much one can do... and makes a run for it... oh crap flaming spheres, well that at least will cautirize some of the wounds he thinks as he just runs through one of them hoping the water he threw on his face would protect him somewhat... Unless he goes slow and just dies...
Meepo stands there as his newest ally, the giant, turns and flees. He runs straight at the balls of flame blocking the exit and rushes through them, the flame licking him and leaving him smoking as you rushes away down the hall. Meepo turns to face the room full of enemies by himself. The spear from the woman at the back whistles across the space as she throws it at him.
Attack: 26 Damage: 11. Before the first has even hit another is pulled out of sleeve across her back and thrown just as quickly following the first. Attack: 14 Damage: 11.
Two of the barbarian's rush forward with axes and attack Meepo. Attack: 8 Damage: 11. The second...both seemingly rushing forward with reckless abandon: Attack: 19 Damage: 10
The other three stand and watch....weapons at the ready...waiting to see what happens.
Meanwhile, Lionel against three skulls, leaps forward, but the floating head is blurry and difficult to strike (disadvantage on attack, roll a 2nd attack for that first hit).
Meepo, if you're conscious, your turn. Roll concentration checks for the sphere if you've been hit. Mordekai, let me know what you're doing this round. Roll init just so I know when you interact with these other two battles if you try something.

Two more spears fly at him: Attack: 8 Damage: 12 Attack: 17 Damage: 12
And then the barbarians swing their axes:
Attack: 19 Damage: 14
Attack: 23 Damage: 6
another one leaping in for their tiny diminutive opponent:
Mordekai, you blink back into existence in time to see the glow of a fireball dying and enemies rushing to surround Meepo as they still smoke from the fire. A massive wolf, and three barbarians fierce and with insanity in their eyes as they slam axes into him. You're ten feet from them, most of the way up the stairs, as their eyes turn to regard you.
Your turns.

If Meepo is indeed down, Mordekai will shout as loud as he can, "Help! Meepo's down!" Glancing round for ideas and coming up with nothing of any real use, he simply stands his ground and fires two bolts of Eldritch Blast, firstly targeting the wolf, then if the wolf dies, one of the barbarians.
