Adray looks back at the others and says, "Anyone speak Draconic..?" He waits a moment and sighs, "Thought not, well guess I'll try the mask." With that he pulls out the porcelain dragon mask that they had gotten after killing the dead three cult and then the dragon cultists.
Placing the mask on he turns to the turtle looking man and says in draconic, "We request an audience with the master here."
As we approach, Polly uses Prestidigitation to create fireworks around the vehicle, bright pops and fizzles and flashes that make their approach all that much more dramatic.
After Adray calls out whatever they call out, Polly pops up onto the highest point of the vehicle she can and calls out at the top of her voice, in Infernal, "We came. We saw. We're here to negotiate!" Immediately after finishing that she lets out a surprising "Meep!" and dives down to the floor of the vehicle, out of sight!
Choir debates bringing out the dragon crown, but decides to keep it hidden for now.

(The dragon is very much alive, so is the turtle. "Dead look" more of a metaphor and the feeling one has under the gaze of the reptile(s))
If it was not quiet enough before, now the surroundings were truly dead silent once Adray produced the mask. Even ghouls stopped gnawing on bones and, with the other undead begun to slowly circle the party. Big White glided to the ground and now sat barely 60ft away from the group, keeping his heavy unblinking gaze on Adray.
The turtle made a slight hand motion and one of the skeleton disappeared in the tower, while the reptile finally spoke in an even cold voice on Draconic as well: "You will see Master Arkhan if you so desire." Then he fall back to silence, only disturbed by slow yet determined footsteps of undead.
Eventually huge tower door opened up but the one who came out was not a dragonborn, but the dragon. This time black and not as big a the White staring at the group. Then came the blue one. And only after both of them out came probably the awaited "master": a nearly seven feet tall heavily muscled, red-scaled dragonborn in a suit of jagged, spiked, obsidian-metal plate armor with green dragon scales embedded throughout the main plates with the five-headed dragon sigil of Tiamat built into the chest plate. On top of this glorious outfit around his neck he was wearing a loop of golden thorns inset with dozens of gems, representing each of the chromatic dragon colors. His left had was pulsing with sickly-green light and the look he gave to the party ... let's say the turtle and his undead felt like welcoming tavern-owners in comparison.
"Thieves!" dragonborn's voice was as heavy as he looked and colder than scales of big White at his side. "Did you came to return what you have stolen from The Empress?"
Adray calmly responded. "We did not steel these but did come across the cult members that had. I think they were called Cult of the Dead Three or something like that. They have been killed as have those that had conspired with them. Luckily before their plans were fully in place. Plans I think the All Might Tiamat would not have liked. Can we further talk or are we, our information, and possible usefulness to die right here?"
Fran would stand firm and tall alongside Adray, but making sure she’s with Lulu as well. She couldn’t understand what Adray and the Dragonborn was discussing, but she trusted Adray and would always stand protectively by Lulu. They were learning quickly that everyone here took special interest in her.
Dragonborn speaks in Common, probably to be absolutely clear. "You are thieves - you carry with you what belonged to the Queen and killed those who were sent to retrieve the treasure. They were weak but they were Her servants. Before you say anything else, you will hand over everything you stole as well as all your possession. Do as you told and we talk. The Queen might have a use for you."
It was not a request or a suggestion, Arkhan obviously expected full compliance. The only surprising thing here was that he talked at all.
Adray turns and translate the conversation to the others. "Well he says we are thieves who killed those sent to retrieve the loot taken by those cultists and that if there is to be any talk we have to return the stolen items we have and all of our possessions and only then can we." He air quotes, "talk."
He turns back, "Giving back the items that are Tiamat's, not an issue, surrendering all of our possessions to you, that I have concern. We could compromise and leave the bulk of it in this vehicle, locked "
“Surely were no real threat to them with or without our stuff. If we are going to try this maybe we try it their way?” Polly says, the reluctance obvious in her voice.
“Or maybe I could just hut up here, like last night. And... and watch your stuff as you all go?”
The wave of horror - almost physical - washed over the group. When Adray stepped out of Tormentor with no signs of fright something like a spark of interest appeared in dragonborn's eyes - just for a moment. He nodded. "Now the rest of you".
The White dragon twitched his tail. His look at Adray was more angry than curious.
"So we going?" Polly asks, still not peeking her head up. "I guess we're going..."
Reluctantly, slowly, but trying to keep her chin up and eyes narrowed, Polly gets to her feet and clambers out of the vehicle to face the Dragonborn...
Fran would look to Lulu to see how she was doing before she'd look back towards Arkhan. There was nothing she could say or do when Adray would step forward, leaving them with those words. She'd clench her jaw, truly hoping they would not have to make that decision, cause she didn't know if she'd listen. Inspired by their monks brave approach, the artificer would look to Ordrag. She'd reach a hand out to place it on his shoulder, giving it a firm squeeze. "Aye. Let's join in on these heroics."
Fran would unstrap Brutus from his seat on the Tormentor. She'd give him a good hallow pat as he padded at her side. She'd look to Ordrag, then to Lulu, giving them both a confident nod before proceeding forward to take her place with Adray and the others.
(Can Choir jump into the front seat, floor it, and drive away at full speed? Just asking, for now...not sure she would leave her friends behind, but this seems like a bad situation.)

Ordrag is used to following orders, and this Arkhan is a guy used to giving them. It feels natural for Ordrag to comply, and he starts to climb down from the Tormenter. Fran's touch and words of reassurance however make him feel significantly more brave in the face of these dragons, undead and their leader, but he goes all the same to stand resolutely with his companions.
((Starting the engine, plus turning around, plus search for the path (all if this without proficiency in any vehicle), there are undead everywhere, three dragons already watching the group and at a firing range, Arkhan and the turtle that can do gods know what... I would not bet on Choir going too far. Adding obvious consequences for others... So... Would she?))

Ordrag can read the body language clearly enough, but still the irresistible question escapes his tusks: What did he say?
How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
((What language did the dragonborn say that in? Not sure if Polly understood or not...))

"Sure, thing. The mask was purely for communication but if you're speaking common then..." Adray says as he pulls it off.
He whispers, "let me go first. If I die, leave fast." Then with that he steps out with arms raised up.

Adray keeps himself calm and stares back at the dragonborn. He is not defiant or fearful he just is. Like an undisturbed pool of water, emotionless.
