Adray stares ahead and grits his teeth.  Devils to the left, demons to the right and more trouble straight ahead.  He hopes that this time they can make it through unscathed again he shouts, "We're gonna veer left last moment.  HANG ON!"  He then kicks in gear.

By Choir's word a storm cloud formed around the demons, turning into an icy tornado. All three emerged from it, but hopefully a bit worse for that. Most importantly, while demons were fighting the sudden storm, Mooncolor (probably realizing the danger he presents for his saviors) dashed forward to reach the Tormentor and let Fran touched his soft nose, turning Unicorn invisible.

Demons, though, got through the storm, and not seeing unicorn were seemingly lost what to do now (vrocks are not known for their cunning mind).

The machines ahead were getting closer, now you could see the participating parties. Indeed, it looks like the one ahead is chased by the others. The chased machine - half the size of Tormentor, two-wheeled with spiked wheels, and a cowl shaped vaguely like a grinning devil’s visage, with horns for handle bars. It is driven by a humanoid - looking ... elvish with wild mass of red hair, skin of a light green hue and a wide smile visible from probably other side of Hell. Behind him are two similar two-wheeled machines and a Tormentor like yours, though a bit slimmer, driven - no questions here - by bearded devils . The elf noticed you (obviously) and made a not very clear sign - to turn? To get off the way? Judging by the smile, he is happy to see you, though.

We are back to 5ft square.

   Polly, now less worried about the flying pursuers and instead the trouble.  Is the elf being chased a potential ally?  No way to know.  But the others are definitely target worthy!

     Polly stands as tall as she dares and targets the driver of one of the pursuing two wheeled vehicles.  “dyma dân yn eich llygad“ she calls out and casts Fire Bolt

Fire Bolt Attack: 23 Damage: 6 

Ordrag spots something on the floor and picks it up. It's a disc as big as his hand, silvery on one side, and black on the other with the letters ACDC on it. It seems to fit in a small slot in the panel in front of him. Some music starts playing from somewhere. He turns an adjoining knob until it reaches 10, and starts head-banging to the beat.

Not sure what our driver is going to do, but Ordrag sights the harpoon at one of the devil's on the two-wheeled machines and prepares to fire as soon as they are in range.

Wherever Adray decided to turn, the "green elf" repeated his maneuver with a perfect roll-on wheelie at the start. He rode in a parallel course now easily keeping up with Tormentor leaving an impression that overrunning the machine would not be a problem either. When he came close enough, he pointed at his ears, then at the Tormentor, flashed his smile of a crazy commando and showed a thumb up.

The drivers behind lost some speed trying to repeat sharp turn (wheelies were way above their skills). Polly's Fire bolt visibly hit, though, no less visibly did not hurt the devil in any way. Ordrag now got a good view of the opponents and could shoot at will - it did not seem two-wheeled machines were carrying any weapon of their own.

     "Harumph!" Polly would emote while stomping her foot.  "Toddwch eu peiriannau israddol!" Polly would hiss, pointing at the machine instead of the driver and casting another Fire Bolt at the devilish bicycle!

Fire Bolt Attack: 18 Damage: 6

     "Might as well take pot shots if they're going to insist on chasing us..."

"This guy, doesnt seem to want to fight.  The guys in back?  Hit them with something not fire, its hell, they use to fire." Adray calls back.

Fran was pumped. Grinning widely, she’d brace herself for Adray’s turn, “Yeehaw! This is one way teh wake yeh up!” She’d let out a loud chuckle. Fran continued to focus on keeping Mooncolour camouflaged, but it didn’t mean she couldn’t huck a bucket o grease. “I gotcha!” Although fired up, she wasn’t too hasty. The artificer was thoughtful and would wait for the best moment to drop her grease. Once the green elf was parallel with them, she’d launch her Grease behind them, “Heave ho!” Hoping to catch at least two of the pursuers, three if there were any luck in hell. Then she’d snort at the thought.

"Tell Mooncolor to keep left side and we gonna boost.  Nibs, try and drop a bike infront if that thing."

     If either of the chasing bikes comes within 30 feet of Tormentor, Polly will pop up, giggle nervously, and cast Tasha's Hideous Laughter ((The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or fall prone, becoming incapacitated and unable to stand up for the duration.)) at the driver of the bike!

Choir considers her spells and decides none of her attack spells are right for the moment.

Instead, she will play backseat driver and offer Guidance on Adray, in case he has to make any tricky evasive maneuvers.

Ordrag takes aim at one of the bikers and fires the harpoon.

Attack: 21 Damage: 11

Polly almost hit the forward vehicle ( Devil’s Ride - you saw those in Maggie's junkyard) with her Firebolt but the machine proved to be more agile than it looked. What is worse, they were closing up on Tormentor.

The sudden pit of grease in front of one of the bike turned to be way too unexpected - both wheels slid, the demon lost control and machine dropped to the ground sliding a few meters forward in a smoke. One pursuer was out.

Ordrag tried to take another one - and harpoon did found it's target! But the machine did not stop or slow down, it sped up, in fact. More than that - forgotten devil's Tormentor tried to answer, aiming at the car, rather than passengers.

Attack: 9 Damage: 10

Unsuccessfully, though. Still, the crew was doing something with the engine - enemy's Tormentor suddenly become way too fast.

The forward rider was quite close when Polly used her laughing spell. The devil suddenly smiled and then fall back laughing hysterically. The machine did not stop or change the course but that was the moment the green elf was waiting for - he suddenly slowed down and when the devil's bike got closer, plunger a sword twice into the helm of the Ride.

The vehicle flipped over and dropped to the ground with both wheels to the sky. The devil driver rolled out ( 15  19 ) jerking like a thrown ragdoll, green elf laughed happily, added speed and caught up with Tormentor again.

Two enemies seemed to be out of race, but the devil's tormentor was still following (and getting closer).

 If the enemy tormentor is within 60 feet, Choir will cast shatter on it. ( 6 damage, half on a DC16 CON save) If not, she will wait for a better opportunity.

DR save: 18 The spell was loud and at this point even negligible damage probably hurt already broken vehicle, that was soon left quite far behind.

So does that mean the chase is over? 

If the other vehicle was left far behind.  Adray will slow the speed down a little bit.  "Good work all, someone get me a status on Mooncolor.  Then at least two sets of eyes on the bike rider."

With that he will wait for an updste.

Choir watches the green elf, pondering what he might be up to and whether he is a potentially sane ally. (Insight 14 )

(There is one more machine after you - another Tormentor. And it's faster then yous for some reason)

To Choir's trained eye the green elf looks like anything but sane. Yet, she can not get any hint of aggression towards the group.
