The scroll is complete gibberish but the wand is caring a rune on it, which Choir recognize is bound to secrets? Or means "secrets"? Definitely something to do with secrets!
Choir holds up the scroll and wand for anyone else who wants a look at it, otherwise, she will hang on to them till they can be identified.

Frustrated, Adray stops over to Klim and says, "you really got two options. Option one," he picks up the cultist mace and shoves it into his grasp, "you take that and go up to the exit and find yourself some safety." He'll explain the directions to get to the surface. "Option two, you stand in the back while we clear out this den of filth and when all is done you leave with us."
Choir sighs. Adray seems really determined to make Klim get out by himself. She lights a torch and gives it to him, along with two gold pieces to get a room at an inn. The way from here is probably much safer, especially if he is disguised as a cultist.
If he still won't move on his own, she will take him.

For some time for Polly the pile of assorted things in the sarcophagus lightened up as summer lanterns of all colours there is. When she got used to it, first thing she could say - the potion and the balm give the same cool mint-green colour, the balm is definitely healing. The wand is indeed has something to do with the secrets, literally - divination magic ratiates off of it. Interestingly enough, same aura came from under the pile of the clothes - an interestingly looking amulet dimply shining in your hands now. The scrall Polly could simply read - it's an Identification scroll.
But most importantly - books. A treasure for any one with magic affinity - spellbooks. As Polly flipped through the pages, she could recognize familiar names:
The artificer would raise a brow at Ordrags suggestion of Klim joining them, but he had a point and she didn't have a problem with it. She'd shrug and nod at the same time. "He does have a point."
Fran would take a closer look at the walls in case there may be any secret passage ways. If it appears to be a dead end, she would position herself in the doorway of D10 and D9 while the others finished their investigations. Although she was quite interested in what the girls were finding, she felt like she'd be able to get a chance to ask them about it earlier.
"Treasure" room has no other entrances and group could safely return (healing potion - Ordrag, books - Polly (?), the rest - ? ) to the three-door room.
Adray's calculated speech and Ordrag's generous offer did not dissipate Klim's fear. He gave a long look to the dead bodies of cultists, shook his head, took a torch from the wall - his hands shaking so much he could barely manage the task, and slowly disappeared behind the north door.
"Right, so how you all want to proceed? We continue here and clear things out or back track with Klim and clear out that other room by the entrance, or head back to that four way room and head west? Or we take a small rest first?"
Ordrag doesn't look twice at Klim leaving. He is fine to continue a little longer, and supports checking out the corridors to the west of D9.
"Best not to leave our backs unprotected from anything that might be lurking there still"
(OOC: The unexplored corridors from D5 and D9 probably join up anyway, presumably with rooms D6,7,8. Might as well clear them, then rest if needed before heading beyond D12)

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
“Well I could do with a short rest to gather some of my magical power. But if you think we should press on, ilI still have my trusted fire bolt to cast. We can not let these rotten cultists get away..”
Polly will pack down the books and scroll for future studies and hand the amulet over to Choir. “Take this, I think they are a set.” She say to choir.
Choir takes the amulet and almost puts it on, then thinks better of it and sticks it in her pack. (Do you mean a set with the wand? Do you return that, too?)

"Journey to the West" was disappointingly uneventful (or may be pleasantly?). As a sightseeing dungeon could offer the same grey wet walls, flooded corridors and wooden beams holding the same stone ceiling. There were some decorations here and there too:
small flooded area to the left (D8) had a dry alcove bunging with a 5-footwide, 7-foot-tall tapestry that depicts a grisly scene of four faceless figures ripping apart a fifth figure, who is screaming. There is bright yellow mold growing around its edges and a couple dead rats underneath.
The big (flooded, of course) room behind the corner (D7) had three wooden beams bracing the ceiling and a stone altar, covered with entrails in the northeast corner. Hanging on the wall above the altar is a three-foot-tall steel mask cast in the form of a frowning human skull. The steel skull mask represents (as you now know) the visage of Bhaal and Polly can still see that it has no magical properties.
Finally, in the room (D6) that by your calculation is right behind the entry room, you can enjoy the sight of the bloated corpse of a shirtless male human with knife wounds in his back, floating face-down in the middle of the room. The man was obviously dead for some time now.
The very last small room behind had a barely visible but an obvious door. Once you got through that - you found yourself in the entry room. On that side the door was even less recognizable as such.
Polly with her still working magical sight has a feeling the wand shines a little brighter near that hidden door.
Choir takes the amulet and almost puts it on, then thinks better of it and sticks it in her pack. (Do you mean a set with the wand? Do you return that, too?)
Noticing the change in magic, Polly goes over to the small door and try to open it. If it is locked she will tell Choir to come over with the wand and amulet.
The door can be easily opened - there is no lock on it, but it's an obvious secret door, and combined with the rune "secret" inscribed on the wand, subtle change in the magical aura, visible only because of Polly's Detect Magic is still at work, might have something to do with the fact.
Amulet does not react in any way. All Polly can tell, it's the same school of magic, may be some related ideas behind it's use.
Noticing Fran has taken nothing from the treasure trove, Choir offers her the amulet or wand.
