even though he is restrained by fire chains he is able to move just enough out of the way where the holy light barely singes a scale.

Kallak:

Kallak calls out. “Incoming, east and west!” She turns to face the slapping sound to get a better look, trusting the others who are closer to the last lizardfolk to deal with it.

Rixton charges in with his spear to try and finish off the restrained lizardfolk.

If any are still alive, Palisade will try to blast one of them with his Eldritch Blast once more.

Kai is about to make another strike at his opponent, bringing his sword up to catch the creature in the chest but a burst of force energy buzzes past and burns a fatal hole straight through the lizardman. Kai looks over his shoulder at Palisade and give a nod and a sly smile. In a smooth motion he pulls his hand crossbow and fires at the last lizardman before reinforcements arrive. Wasting no time to confirm the strike he moves to cover and hides waiting to ambush the first lizardman that breaks through the forest.

Kai hides in the brush under some big leaves from a jungle plant. completely hidden from the incoming lizardfolk.

As Kallak noted 8 total lizardfolk attempt to flank you. 4 on the west and 4 on the east. 

Kai is hidden from the western lizardfolk who rush past him. However, he is completely visible to the ones on the east.

The Southern Lizardfolk is still up as the crossbow bolt whizzes past him. The northern Lizardfolk is wrapped in fiery chains (fire chains damage: 6) The chains, however, do him in as they burn into his flesh.

Kai gives a mental count as the lizardfolk run by through the brush. As the forth one leaps by, he feels confident that this is the last. With a quick step from cover he gives a slash at the unsuspecting lizardman's throat. Immediately he takes a ready stance in anticipation to slip back out of the crowd should his allies not jump in on this side first.

 Kai easily slits the throat of an unsuspecting Lizardfolk. It falls dead immediately. 

Olive hits two bolts of fire against a Lizardfolk rushing in from the east.

Kallak moves her spiritual weapon over to the nearest lizardfolk and uses her bonus action to attack it:

She then looks for a ten-foot sphere within 60 feet of her where there are three or four lizardfolk grouped apart from theadventurers to cast shatter (they would make CON 14 saving throws or suffer 24 thunder damage, since Kallak would use her channel divinity: destructive wrath to cause maximum damage).

If they are spread out too far, and she could only get one or two without getting an ally, she will look for a close decent target for hold person and cast it at them. Paralyzed with a CON 14 failure. She'll shout to the others, "We need information! It's harder to question them when they're dead. Leave this one."

Palisade will use Hellish Rebuke as a reaction on the one that hit him, doing 16 or half of they pass a dc 15 Dex Save.

Then for his action he will draw his dagger and stab at the one that hit him if it is still alive.

Seeing the swarming enemies Kravek shouts out to Rixton and Kallak: Ill hold this side, help the others if needed.

As the E4 Lizardfolk tries to swing Kravek blocks his first blow as he is mumbling behind his shield in giant (using Giant Might)

 As the Lizardfolk brings his weapon back to another swing Kravek grows in size as his now huge shield blocks his second attack now standing face to face with a Large goliath. 

Kravek reaches up in the air with his hammer then slams it down at the E4 Lizardfolk

I'm going to assume Kallak cast Shatter to the west group in trying to maximize damage.

So Rixton, seeing Kravek miss with his hammer, being distracted from talking, ignores the goliath's advice and slips behind E4, swiping at it with his rapier.

Kai scrambles away from the Lizardmen near him as he see's Kallak begin blasting. He stops in a slid near the enemy next to Palisade hoping to return the favor from earlier. With a quick swipe he lashes out at the already engaged Lizardman. As he strikes the shadowy snake from before leaps at the creature once again infusing itself in some harmful way. This time, though, Kai is able to make out smallish wings on the smokey thing. Almost like a tiny wyrmling.

E1 Lizardfolk Dex Save vs. Hellish Rebuke: 16 -- E1 manages to move to block most of the brunt of Hellish Rebuke, but it isn't enough he is already hurt and crumples to the fire.

Lizardfolk E2 takes damage from the spiritual weapon not able to get their shield up fast enough.

W2 Lizardfolk Con Save vs Shatter: 3 -- the thundering force from the spell rips this lizardfolk apart
W3 Lizardfolk Con Save vs Shatter: 15 -- This one is able to hunker down and digs his feet into the ground to withstand the thunderous blast of energy.
W4 Lizardfolk Con Save vs Shatter: 10 -- the thundering force from the spell rips this lizardfolk apart

Palisade's dagger can't find a weakness in the lizardfolk's defense as his arm is easily knocked to the side without getting reach enough to make contact. 

Rixton goes to help Kravek fend off the eastside but also comes up short as Kravek's hammer slams into mud and Rixton's rapier doesn't find anything except his foe's blade deflecting it to the side.

Kai doesn't find a strike either as the bipedal lizard dodges to the side. (E1 died from hellish rebuke - feel free to move your hex)
