Marius gives his utmost gratitude for the Draft Horse and quickly works to start bonding with the beast of burden in the hopes of getting it to more easily accept him as a rider in the future. When they find the funeral procession and the other traveler Marius walks the horse behind them as it was getting crowded around the coffin and he wasn't one known for his physical strength anyway. When they reach the church he will look for a place to tie the horse to so that he might enter with the group without risking losing the animal.
Andros walks ahead to the doors of the church and starts to run his fingers over the claw marks. He presses his ear against the door to try and hear what's going on inside. He's not just about to walk in there with no hesitation.

The doors open to reveal a ten-foot-wide, twenty-foot-long hall leading to a brightly lit chapel. The hall is unlit and reeks of mildew. Four doors, two on each side of the hall, lead to adjacent chambers.
You can see that the chapel is strewn with debris, and you hear a soft voice from within reciting a prayer. Suddenly, the prayer is blotted out by an inhuman scream that rises up from beneath the wooden floor.
He eyes each of the doors then looks for any that look like an obvious way down, or if there are any holes in the floor he can see down. Perception: 15

Erelim will take the front spot and cover those behind as something natural and expected of him. So, he will enter first and take in the whole picture.
Zanfaelor will draw his shadow up over his body, forming armour around him as he enters and follows the others at a careful distance, ready to support however needed.
No Initiative needed here, Ireena and Izmark quickly go towards the priest and begin to talk with him. Also more or less holding him back. You all enter the room to the very right of the main doors. Time and neglect have punched holes in the ceiling of this moldy room, which contains a few broken roof shingles amid puddles of water. In one corner, set into the floor, is a heavy wooden trapdoor held shut with a chain and a padlock. A young man’s screams of anguish can be heard through the door. Father comes up to you and says "Gentlemen, please leave what is down there alone". It will not do anything so long as everyone remains calmly up here.
