"Erelim Belfirith at your service. So, whoever sent the letter used your name indeed. Who is this person you v=can not name and why is he so frightening?"
Andros is curious at the sight, but again doesnt show much in terms of any expressions. "I think we found him." He points to Erelim. "Guess he really did need to be here."

You ask this as you carry the coffin, however it seems that the people you met before are now before you.

Tears flow from the women's cheek as she presses a tissue to her eye. You all see bite marks on her neck.

"Glad to see you even considering circumstances." Erelim slowed down and And addressed Izmark "Could we stop for a moment? I would introduce you some people who might want to help as well".
"This here is a group of adventurers who shared the same faith as I - were brought here with help of some kind of magic and barred from returning home. For now." He introduced every one. "And these are the children of the Burgomeister - Izmark and Ireena, who assured me, their father never sent any letters, so my invitation was just a trap - though, I can not fathom for what purpose. Their father met an unfortunate death very recently and I am helping to transport his body into the church, since in this strange village it's a dangerous task no one dares to perform."
"Pardon my abruptness, the day was long and had so many strange events I think I can not be either surprised by anything or speak subtly"
"We may have some information on that, but perhaps we can discuss that after we finish this task." And Zanfaelor will move to Erelim's side of the coffin to help transport it to their destination.
You all start the procession again up the road bast the Blood of the Vine Tavern, all the way down the opposite side of town up a hill towards a church. Atop a slight rise, against the roots of the pillar stone that supports Castle Ravenloft, stands a gray, sagging edifice of stone and wood. This church has obviously weathered the assaults of evil for centuries on end and is worn and weary. A bell tower rises toward the back, and flickering light shines through holes in the shingled roof. The rafters strain feebly against their load.
Andros walks ahead to the doors of the church and starts to run his fingers over the claw marks. He presses his ear against the door to try and hear what's going on inside. He's not just about to walk in there with no hesitation.

"Judging by what I saw around so far, many houses here should have that kind of "decoration" on it. As Ireena put it ""Wolves and other terrible creatures attacked the house night after night for weeks." It's not night yet - so we are probably safe."
Upon coming into the center of town you see a group of people headed your way with a coffin. One of the fellows looks familiar.
Zanfaelor will stop and look at the others, "This day just keeps getting weirder."
A procession with a women dressed in a armored suit, a man with blonde hair holding one end of the coffin and Erelim on the other

"Erelim? We meet again." Vauban eyes the others carying the coffin curiously, wondering what this display is all about.

Vauban remains silent, but continues to help carry the coffin as needed. Are there people at the church or is it empty right now?
Are there any religious icons that match the holy symbol we found? Also, who has it right now?
You can't see anyone right now just the doors
"Izmark, would you please open the door, or did you mean to leave the coffin here on the street?"

If they look recent, Vauban will gently ease off carrying the coffin and draw his bow.
