Gotch runs out of the inn into the street to look at the fire balls but he can't match out details due to distance and dark night sky but can determine it's not magical fire magics so must be so kind of creature.

"Those balls of fire are some sort of creature..." Gotch informs the others as he moves with them. he would be to the middle of the group. He rubs a hand over his bald head, as he follws some of the flying balls of fire with his eyes, turning his head this way and that to do so. He walks in complete silence int eh middle of the group, his fancy boots keeping his feet from making any noise as he moves through the streets. He holds his crossbow in one hand, a bolt loaded and ready as he waits for something to jump out at them.
The party after some preparation leave the inn. The Innkeeper boarding up the window as they leave. Lyrant was seen dragging a table from the bar area to the door. Gotch keep an eye to the sky as the balls of fire seem to dive down while some flew up to move somewhere else. After a few minutes of careful navigation of the streets and debris that litter the street with occasional fire, dead bodies and a few more mundane zombies, which are quick dispatched.
The party comes to a barricade near the tower that been set ablaze, a few can hear screaming and the sound of flames moving very fast away. Gotch shouts a warning as he sees two fireballs rushing down onto them from above as people watching the barricade sees two humanoid skulls on fire levitate from behind the barricade, looking at the party, their teeth seem to chatter in a mock laughter.

Looking after the fireballs, Onyx sais:“Scatter, don‘t stay to close...“
Idealy Onyx will look for an elevated dark spot from where he can shoot the skulls, but anything that is between 90 and 120 ft away, either elevated or dark with a clear line of sight will do, maybe even around a corner to allow for some cover... (Dread Ambusher and Feline Agility allow me to move 80 ft).
Onyx will mark Skull #1 and shoot three arrows:
Attack: 21 Damage: 17 (advantage in case of darkness: 21)
Attack: 17 Damage: 17 (Dread Ambusher/ 13)
Attack: 25 Damage: 18 (27)
(extra damage if attack 2 has advantage from darkness: 15)

Salys will ride Bearskr around behind the skulls (or as far as 40 feet of movement will take him while staying at least 10 feet away from them) and fire twice at skull 1 if still up, the other if not.

The gun jams on the first shot and will have to be cleared before being used again. (I have rolled so many nat 1's it seems lately.)

Lickers are dead, I just let Onyx's attack finish it off out of initiative since licker won't get another turn no matter what.
