"These vagrants be they human or other?" Resfaen asks.

"Yes, they're humanoids," Father Serlen states, "How you remove them from the site and secure it is something I leave up to you but I suggest you do not show restrain because they will show you no mercy,"

"I understand. Is ther anything from the site you wish us to bring back, or just clear it so you can move in and establish yourself? Is there a way we can contact you when we are done and then we can wait till you send someone to take ownership from us or how would you like us to report back to you when done?" Resfaen asks.

"To be honest, the suddenness of this situation caught us a little off guard. There won't be anyone who can claim the site and keep it safe for a while. For the time being, clearing out the site will take some time and I will send a message when I have arrange things properly arranged," Serlen explains, "From scrying, we can determine they are surveying the site as well so not all the enemy may be above ground"

Salys speaks up suddenly, "You're able to scry the location? Would you be able to show it to us before we go? It would help us clear the place if we have even a basic idea of what to expect before we arrive. And I assume this means you would prefer us to not only clear it, but hold it until your forces arrive. Could you give us a rough time frame of when that would be?"

I meant Clairvoyance

"It's a bit too far away for me to cast the spell. The investigator cast the spell to connect information before returning to the city," Serlen explains. 

Serlen pulls out another scroll and shows a crude hand drawing, "The ruins is at minimal 3 levels underground tomb. We do not know who's tomb it is but the imagery seem to show they revered the sun. As you know, such sites are highest sought after things for the relics and items within hence why this group has taken the site. This group, I believe calling themselves Knuckle Busters has allied themselves with more dangerous unidentifiable elements to take and control the site as they explore it,"

"Is there anything else you wish to know?" Serlan questions as he shuffles through some papers, "The job will provide the blueprint of a sun blade with condition of one time construction. The money that would have been used to supply our strike force and some more good standing in the Legion. Any and all items founds in the ruins will be property of the temple and we ask you to hand over any things you find. Whatever you find on the bodies not connected to ruins are fair game of course,"

Salys hesitates for a moment at the restriction, "We would be able to at least examine anything we found though, correct? Not to keep, but to gain greater understanding, and perhaps learn where this place came from? Also, when you refer to items from the ruins, would that include basic things like gold and silver or gems? Exclusively artifacts and relics?"

"I am not sad to say but gold and silvers or even gems will have to kept as well as they may assist in the identification of the site among other things," Serlen states, "You may examine and if breakthroughs shared would be compensated accordingly,"

Salys nods, satisfied, if not particularly happy at the terms.

„If the treasures of the site exceeded twice the value of the blueprints and the monetary compansation we gona get, we should get further rewards. Of course not from the site itself, as you will need those to studdy, but we are always on the lookout for materials, information, weapons or armor. I think we can talk and find a suitable compensation in that case once we return.“

Gotch has remained quiet, not really having anything to add to the conversation.

"Adjustments to the reward can be determine later as we are lacking information on the site," Serlen states, "I will send a message when I have the conditions for completion by the time you make it to the ruins I believe," Serlen toss a compass over. 

Anything preparation in city before departure?

Onyx is ready, filled up on arrows and rations, marked my room with a strain of hair, ordered and payed for one cloak.

Resfaen is good to go.

Salys would spend some time explaining the nature of their new home to their hired trainers and would create a new infusion, a small winged figure resembling a dragonfly with a built in function to allow it to give a loud whistle. As they set out, he'll send it on ahead to keep an eye out and whistle if it find any danger.

Add-on - i'll just let whistle under Magical Tinkering to your infusion for now. I have little experience with this kind of Artificer so can't say what's too much and what isn't.

 After leaving some instructions with trainers and servants and getting a night of rest in the Residence before the party follow the compass, leaving the city, heading slightly opposite direction as the Sea of Forest. The plain that surround the city slowly became more barren and more desert like. Around the middle of the second day, a Sending from Serlen comes in.

"In 4 days, we will have a team will be at the ruins. Hold the site. They will have payment,"

As the party set up camp in near the top of a dune, Gotch, seeing through Sabastion's eyes see the ruins, several sandstone pillars and quite a few figures moving around among several campfires.
