Salys would come running at the call, sending Bearskr ahead to aid Onyx however necessary. If he can get close enough, he'll fire two shots at the attacker, while Bearskr will run up beside him, if dashing is necessary that's all he'll do, if not, he'll dodge.

Cythriel initiative: 9

Cythriel runs to help as well. As she enters the room, the air around her hand freezes to form a sharp shard of ice. She throws the Ice Knife at the attacker.

gotch initiative: 21

Gotch sends a crossbow bolt at the figure, stepping intot he doorwary, then shooting, prior to stepping back out of sight again.

Resfaen will walk up to the creature and swing her axe at is head.

On hearing the yells and sounds of combat Resfaen would come charging in from outside her Sun Axe at the ready.

Onyx under the effects of Zephyr strike switfly move away as a shield erupts from the lantern, taking the two heavy blows before three arrows flew at it. The first arrows is dodged by the creature but the other two pierce into and remains embedded butnot a drop of blood coming from the wounds. 

Gotch follows Onyx's shout with his crossbow ready and strikes hastily at the creatures but his bolt doesn't join the arrows in the creature's body before he quickly tries to hide. 

Cythriel move pass Gotch and with a flick, throws a knife of frost at the creatures but like the crossbolt, it's misses the small figures and explodes ino shards, that embded themselves in the creature without any notable effect on it's behaviour.

Dex Save 9

1Resfaen races back into the house from outside from shouts of help, whistling arrows and spells. 

Salys run into the room and unloads two lead shots into the creature, entering but not exiting the creature as Bearskr remains at Salys' side. 

The creature looks like a dark gnome boy seem to check his wounds before speaking, "I'm hunrgry. You brought so much food," He lifts his hands and after a moment, a twisted patterns of white gray and black appears in the air in the doorway before disappearing, The gnome himself dissolve afterwards, the ammo drop to the ground.

Everyone make a Wisdom Saving Throw DC 18 or be charmed.  While charmed, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0.

If Rasfean came back inside, does anyone benefit from her aura?

Charging (which Im taking as dashing) means she'll get in front of the creature on her turn. I would say Salys and Onyx would benefit from her aura, Gotch, around the door and the others in hallways would not benefit. I dont think Resfaen give enough of a bonus to make up the 12 gap for Onyx's save. 

((btw elves and half elves save vs charm at advantage. Rogi save: 13 )) Rogi will Dash after Res.

Edit: Red has Aura of Devotion: "While you are conscious, friendly creatures (including you) within 10 ft. can't be charmed."

ok so Salys, Onyx and Resfaen are unaffected by the spell. Rogi can not moved if charmed by this spell. Resfaen if moved in range, the charm effect is suspended but will return to charmed state outside the aura if its not broken.

Also how much time passed since the last battle? 

Scarecrows? Not long, Gotch's construct that last an hour is still outside crushing their remains. 

Res, Onyx and Cythriel might still be blessed then?

More than a minute has passed since then for sure, just less than an hour

Salys will fire twice more and order Bearskr to attack as well. 

Salys (I don't know that it matters, but just in case, due to his infusion, his shots count as magical)
