The ability scores work as the first two sets are first two options. If the player likes neither set, they have the option to do a third set but must use the third set, regardless of what they rolled before. And the second is true, you can set them to whatever ability score you like. So, in your case, since you rolled a third set, you must use the third set. You cannot borrow numbers from previous sets. So Wall's final ability scores would be:

Name: Jacque Roberts
Race: Elf(Eladrin)
Birth Country: The Lhazaar Principalities
Class: Rogue (Swashbuckler)
Reason for travel to Sharn (Short Bio): Jacque grew up on the seas, learning to climb a ship’s rigging before he could walk. The seas were a rough place to be, with pirates and thieves everywhere, so it was great luck that Jacque was one of those pirates. Learning the trade on his mother’s ship, Jacque was taught how to remain unseen until the moment was right, but also how to be the first in a fight while also going quickly through a battle, using attacks to distract his opponents, giving him time to dance away. After traveling the seas for 30 years, Jacque felt it was time to see something new, experience the land for awhile. So his mother told him to meet with a contact in Sharn, to get a start in the city. So he boarded a train, and is on his way.

After fiddling with ideas for a bit, I will go for the re-roll, I want to try an unusual MC and the above stats just don't work for it at all. Ability scores: 9716161318
That certainly works for what I want to do..
Name: Hiso Titanstrider
Race: Human (Variant) (Linguist)
Birth Country: Aundair
Class: Druid 2 / Wizard 1
Reason for travel to Sharn (Short Bio): Hiso has led an interesting life, certainly for a man of his... girth. Already a boy he was bigger than most. Bigger, not taller. Definitely smarter, too. Born in Aundair, his family wished he used his smarts to learn from the greatest mages and researchers the country had to offer, but Hiso saw one problem with that particular idea. The towers. More specifically, the multitude of stairs. With that in mind he sought out a coven of Druids, manipulating them into teaching him of their ways over several years, until at last he learned the knack of turning into an animal. Lithe, spry and agile, these forms were much more adapted to a life of travelling great distances, both horizontally and vertically, giving him the necessary skills needed to take up a wizardry study. Most considered him woefully petty, but there were a few that saw the spark of genius.
Master Arion, the arcanist designated to his personal development, was one of them. After his first year of learning the basics of wizardry, it was he that suggested Hiso take his unique mind out into the world, to learn what there was to discover through personal experience rather than the study of books.
Reason for travel to Sharn (Short Bio): As a acolyte of Kasshta Keep and a practitioner of Tashalatora. I was sent to a sister monastery in Sharn by the Keeper of the Word in response to a vision granted to them. I seek to protect the Kalashtar and root out and stop the schemes of the Dreaming Dark.
This is a semi-final post, as the party shall be decided on Wednesday. Please ask any final questions of classes, races, or anything else in post or via PM.
Being a level 3 gunslinger how many starting guns and ammo can I have
Just one for this adventure, either the Pistol, Palm Pistol or the Blunderbuss. And for both pistols, you will be allowed 40 bullets but for the Blunderbuss, only 20. So for starting equipment, you will replace the light crossbow with your choice of gun and ammunition.
Reason for travel to Sharn (Short Bio): Her ancestors fled from Droaam to the Principalities in hopes of a better life and a better life they did find. Over the generations, they became a well known pirate family and expanded their influence across the seas. Once known as Ruby Tyde, Ember reveled in their power and reputation, taking advantage of it in anyway she could. That was until her family came to ruin by another family that was rising in prominence. A family of pirate hunters. One by one, her family began to fall like flies. In an attempt to save the ones she loved most, she sent her younger sister and mother to Sharn as she drew the hunters away. When she was sure they had gotten far enough, she changed her name and her appearance as best she could, and went to join her family in Sharn.
Reason to Travel to Sharn: Slag was originally commissioned by the weakest of the twelve clans in the Mror Holds. He was originally built to aid in mining and excavation efforts. While he worked tirelessly to pull precious metals and artifacts from the mountain depths, it wasn't until after he was granted his freedom that his true purpose revealed itself. Fascinated by not only his own creation... but with the creation of other magical items from once mundane objects... Slag began studying and working closely with the finest crafters in his clan... working tirelessly to learn everything he could. After years of practice and patience, he had learned everything he could from the crafters within his clan... and refused to seek help from the crafters of the larger clans that thought themselves better. So he began making his way to Sharn... hoping to learn more of his craft and to encounter more warforged... Perhaps eventually learning enough to repair and restore many of the warforged that were needlessly lost in the war... and even to perhaps make his own warforged clan some day.....
Reason on train: Tizon was an adept magic user, from the moment he first had contact with it, and marvelled at the wonders of magic. He had spent a decent 5 years in wizardly school and excelled in the art of divination and was quite credited for his work in sensing things through the arcane. One fateful day another scholarly wizard in Sharn contacted him with an urgent message stating he was needed in Sharn for an imperitive research project, and that his assistance was requested. Seeing this as an opportunity to advance his magic carreer he gladly accepted, packed his notes and items, and booked the nearest train to Sharn.
