"Fist...borkus?" Lucina questioned with an eyebrow raised. "I supposed as a child that would be a scary thought... A dog with a fist for a face who could kill you with little warning if you misbehaved." She taps her chin a bit, trying to recall if she had read anything on the creature. "Never heard of him through the myth books I've read... And you grew up in Avernus? What was that like?" Lucina looks to Camilla, not in suspicion, but in interest. Her mother only lightly touched upon the subject of the Nine Hells and moved on, saying it wasn't important and she shouldn't bother learning of them, which in turn only caused her to grow more interested in the subject. "Oh-- Only if you want to... talk about it, of course."

Blade glanced at the picture of the fist head dog and shrugged. The world had plenty of monsters, he made no claim to know all of them. He glanced at the portal and decided to leave it alone for now. Moving in line with the others and waiting for them to set out in whichever directions they chose.
Alfred: "Fist full of borkus?!" He'll then make some silly karate moves, acting as if it's the most hilarious thing on the material plane. After yucking it up for a few minutes, he'll call out to the group "Come on...let's get outta here before that fistdorkus puppy shows up."

"Stifling hot all the time." Camilla answered Lucina's question. "And, war torn. Full of nightmares, death, and lots of other unpleasant things. Stuff that keeps you up at night. I grew up on the 52nd floor of Zariel's tower. It's my earliest memory. I went to school and worked in the military as a doctor. They made me perform horrible experiments. Last thing I remember before running away was her plans to capture a city not too far from here and keep it chained by the River Styx. Elturel, I think was the name. How crazy is that? I don't miss that place."
Lucina honestly didn’t expect an answer, as she could only assume having been raised in the first ring would be unpleasant and would have understood if the tiefling had decided not to speak of it, but she was slightly taken aback at an actual response. “Huh,” was the first thing to come out of her followed by a nodding of her head. “I wouldn’t miss it either that’s for sure. I-I’m sorry you had to go through that... and I’m glad you managed to run away, though, I bet it wasn’t easy...” Certainly it was something to keep her mind occupied on the walk back.
“I’d be interested to hear your story on the way back, o-only if you want to, of course. Or in private. Or not at all! I don’t want to pry more than I’ve already had. It wouldn’t bring back the fondest of memories, I’m sure.” She felt a bit silly wondering about it and cursed her curious mind for wanting to know more.
Though, when Alia and the others piped in that they were good for heading back to town for some much needed rest, Lucina nodded in agreement before giving Camilla a small smile (as a thank you for answering her) and leading the group back on the path to Winterhaven.

"Sure." Camilla chuckled at how Lucina was acting. She seemed kind of shy, didn't want to pry. Nonsense. Camilla didn't mind too much at all. In fact, she enjoyed the conversation. She pushed her eyeglasses back on her nose. "You're not prying. I don't mind. Really. I feel like I have purpose again. Come. Let's head back and i'll tell you more about it."she offered. "Then, you can tell me a little something about you."
WINTERHAVEN
Valthrun was thrilled to see the party. "Fantastic!" he pays you each 100g. "This is fantastic news! Thank you for taking care of this problem for us."
Alfred to Valthrun: "Any recommendations for a good joint to catch a good nights rest with?!" <snicker> <snicker> <snicker> "Preferably one with a good tavern attached to it, if you catch my drift..."
"Oh my." Valthrun says, "It's possible. If servants of Orcus are active in the area, they are likely interested in re-opening that rift the message is referring to. This is terrible! If death cultists unseal the rift, a tide of undead could descend on Winterhaven. Today, we have no empire to call for aid. They would overwhelm us and establish a kingdom of death in this world. They must be operating from that ancient keep on the top of the hill about five miles away. The keep was built during the height of the old empire. Some sort of watchtower. I can't recall what for. Some think it was to guard against gnoll marauders, but I don't think that's right. It could be something much worse!"
Caim takes his gold adding it to his pack while listening to the talk of cultists. He offers Alia a knowing look, whispering, “Cultists? That sounds like just the kind of trouble the ‘Rents would find themselves mixed up in. What do think?”
