Lotara
The monk looks between the two warforged “Both of you please calm down. We do not wish to escalate matters.” She whispers to herself. “Any help here would be nice.” Turning to the bounty hunters. “How about you. You seemed sure you had the right prey. Is it by description you recognized him or do you have some other means?”
Canavar tightens his grip on the warforged when he stands. "Hey! You take it easy! You are already caught. Hunt is over. It's not hard to know this." He turns to Lotara. "Um, the paper told Drix what he looks like and Drix told me. Wanna see it?".
He then looks towards Carric. "Thanks! That makes a lot more sense than all this talking. What's your name? Are you an elf? Is it true elves can talk to trees and animals and stuff?"
Carric smiles at the big man, "You're welcome. And yes, I am an elf, from Valenar. I am what people call a high elf though, our side of the elves is less connected to the trees and nature than the wood elves. So no, I cannot talk to them."

(Hey, sorry for lack of posts. Back now, so should be able to post again for now.)
Faereth, upon catching the little robotic fly, will have enquired about it with the member of staff she was accompanying. "Are these commonplace on your rides?" She asks, probably crushing it if it isn't meant to be a normal thing for the journey.
(Anyway, so back to the room. So, effectively group isn't drawing weapons on one another? Good, good!)
Faereth, for reference, is garbed in Valenar traveller's clothes, so is very obviously from that region as well. Her face is mostly covered by the face wrap, but some tanned skin and piercing eyes can be seen beneath. As she is listening to those talking, her hand is ready to draw a blade if the scene becomes more hostile, but is currently assessing what everyone has to say. She has not encountered warforged much before this point, knowing them as deadly soldiers for the different armies, but that is about it, so she is careful in case they attack the passengers under some other orders.
She also has no idea what the warforged are on about. How does one without flesh get 'infected'? She then takes a couple of seconds, quietly saying some words taught to her by the leaders of her hometown, in a method to be able to attune her senses to locate the aura of magic in the area. She casts Detect Magic to see if there is any enchantment effects in the area, amongst what else magical is present.
"My master is an heir to House Cannith as well as an artificer. He hones his skill even regardless of his natural talent with such magical items. He is the best candidate to disarm such powerful magic onboard this train." The large warforged says. He pushes aside the two crewman, glaring at the captive warforged, "And if you keep on refusing to cooperate, then my master can search your memory core after I take it out of you." He threatens.
"Bounty hunters caught me for some reason, took all my weapons and arms, I've already tried cooperating with these people. They can't be infected. But you, I already know we all will die if I give it the docent to you. And I'll be damned if you start a massacre at Sharn."The captive warforged keeps his stance, even with Canavar’s hand on his shoulder.
@ Canavar
Do...Do you have the paper? If you do, then you can @Lotara with the bounty request in a spoiler. If Drix has it then...Its pretty much up to him.
@ Faereth
Individuals with magic:
Carric, the high elf seems to be connected to a source of some sorts
Drix, the human bounty hunter looks to have an innate magic
Canavar, the shifter seems to draw and give magic very faintly
Items with magic:
Above you to your left is a luggage about 2' by 3', it glow weakly. It's about impossible to notice naturally, but with your spell it is more noticeable.
Lotara(Did I get any read on the warforged with my insight check?)
Still holding her staff out keeping the warforged separate. “No! We have no reason for. Iol nice here and I won’t allow it. Now each of be seated and we can work out what is happening and deal with it.”
The two are telling their truth. It is hard to discern who is more right about putting the train in danger. On one hand, the captive has willingly gave up his weapons, his arms, but showed no desire to escape. On the other hand, this large warforged is company to a noble and in their service as well. He does make a point that if bounty hunters are after the captive, then he might be dangerous as they speak of. But they both aren't lying, just telling what they know.
Faereth keeps her gaze on the luggage that picks up on her magic, kinda ignoring the rest of the conversation as she focuses to determine what nature of magic is within its contents.
Drix gives a subtle nod to his captive. The gesture could be acknowledgment just as much as it is a sign for him to take a seat. Then he looks at the other warforged, "He is our captive and so are his possessions by Right of the Hunt." He produces his bounty documentation. "If you have a problem you can take it up with House Tharashk. Until then, he and it are under my care, and it doesn't seem like there is any problem here except a bunch of people intruding on my work uninvited!" The human's voice rises as he stands out of his 'seat'.
"Now get out of this cargo car, go back to your seats and mind your own damn business!" He turns to the armless warforged, "Sit down and tell me where this docent is so I can sit on it for the rest of this damned trip!"
The Bounty Document:
On official House Tharashk letterhead:
Request from Madam Liera d'Medani
Madam Liera is requesting a 'capture' of an individual on board a train heading to Sharn. The client describes the target as a clothed warforged. She doesn't remember much but does remember that the warforged uses a dagger armblade. The client knows that this is an odd request and is willing to pay 200 gold for the completion of the contract. She awaits at the Sharn Station for with the gold for the captured individual.
Taking an opportunity to look over the paper. "That doesn't seem much to go on. What is a "dagger armblade"? And does this one have one?" Pointing to the armless warforged.
Canavar begins fiddling with detached and cuffed arms hanging around his neck. "Armblade? There's a blade in his arm? I thought that meant a blade as long as an arm."
"An armblade, a ARMBLADE! I have prosthetic arms, I can't put on any armblades on those!" The captive warforged says.
The large warforged doesn't back down at the revelation, instead, he raises his fist. And throws a punch towards Lotara.
Attack: 20 Damage: 10
The warforged strikes the back of Lotara's head, ignoring the crewman as they try to talk to him, "My master wants that docent. And I'll get it by any means, even through all of you."
Carric looks around. "Who is your master that he could disable magic that powerful so easily?" He asks the warforged with the crewman.
