Toenail instinctively dives out of sight of the elemental and adds some magical cover for good measure.
(@Hol The range for your weapon is 30/120. The elemental moved away from you at the start of its turn. So, even if you do a move action beforehand, you still have DA. Rolling for DA: 19. Edit: Still a hit. Also, I moved you up a ways so you wouldn't be so far from the action)
Hol shouts out a quick warning before firing a shot at their foe. Despite the large diistance between them, he manag4es to score a hit on the monster. While it doesn't seem the initial strike did not do as much as it should have, the burst of energy within it certainly caused some disruptions in its from (11 piercing and force damage, accounting for resistance).
A groggy Gulgus reaches into his bag of furs and throws out one that turns into a large bird with an axe-like beak.
(Botting Doc)
Noticing the danger that is near his new companions, Doc takes advantage of it preoccupation with its attention by shooting an arrow at it.
Attack: 27 Damage: 13
Sneak attack: 7
Crit SA: 13
The ethereal creature was caught almost completely unaware of Doc's attack as his arrow tears away a large chunk of its form (16 piercing damage, accounting for resistance)
Lia being so close to the source of a large amount of wind, is able to call out two spells in a retaliatory effort as she stand up. Her conjured dagger is unable to strike its shifting, cloud-like form, while her aim with icy spell is thrown off due to her still reeling from being blown into the door jamb (both miss).
Realizing the increasing numerical disadvantage, the elemental tries to turn the tables back in its favor by attacking the two closes targets with blasts of wind.
Slam vs Lia Attack: 24 Damage: 17
Slam vs axe beak: Attack: 21 Damage: 19
Both attacks hit true, as Lia is overcome by a column of air slamming down on her (17 damage to Lia. She is now unconscious, prone and incapacitated and will have to start rolling death saves), and the axe beak disappears just as soon as it appeared (19damage and defeated).
Everyone can take their turn. Lia, roll a death save.

Toenail draws a wicked looking shortsword with a jagged, chipped blade. He leaps from his hiding place to strike with his blade once, twice, and again with the off hand dagger!
Attack: 13 Damage: 9
Attack: 14 Damage: 10
Attack: 13 Damage: 3
And during one of these, he wrenches horribly with the blade in unexpected viciousness (Fury of the Small- add 5 damage to the attack)

Hol would aim another shot at the elemental, this time having something a bit more tricky set up for the whirling mass of air. "Hey! Big guy! Over here!"He would call over to the the elemental. He darts forwards a bit, tossing a burnt twig into the air before firing electrically charged bullet from his rattling weapon. The sputtering ball of lightning formed a bullet shape as a thin beam formed behind it, originating at the barrel.
(Hol uses his action to move 30 feet towards the Elemental and cast Witch Bolt using his Magic Initiate feat.)

Gulgus
Saddened at the quick departure of his Axe Beak, Gulgus mutters to himself while rubbing his hands together and casts [spell]Produce Flame[/flame] and hurls it toward the elemental.
I'm afraid I'm going have to pull the plug on this campaign. Work just wasn't letting up as much as expected, numerous events (good and bad) have been going on around the house and I've started some classes that are taking a big chunk of the time I have left over.
Thanks to everyone who hung in there as long as they could.
(Yeah, sorry. Been super busy recently. Hopefully it lets up very soon)
