Round 1
Before you have a chance to act, he three snakes snap with surprising speed, their slick scales shining faintly in the dim light and venom dripping from their fangs as they attack Chrys, Lumen and Kess once again. Fortunately, Lumen's body stays somewhat strong and alert as his tough half-orc constitution weathers the pain of the snake bite he's just received and resists some of poison. He still takes poison damage equals half of 11, so 5 hp.
Unfortunately, he's unable to effectively parry the next attack, and he finds himself in even more pain as the snake's long, sharp fangs sink into his flesh once again. Down he goes, as he falls into the mucky, spongy ground with a cloud of pain flooding his body and blurring his consciousness. His relentless endurance allows him to fight the flood and remain conscious with with 1hp.
Chrys: Attack: 24 Damage: 8 (Edit: Original roll misses Chrys.)
Lumen: Attack: 25 Damage: 6 (Edit: Original roll hits Lumen for 7 Damage.)
Kess: Attack: 22 Damage: 6 (Edit: Original roll misses Kess._
Need CON save from Lumen, and now everyone can take their turns.
"Oi! Stop pickin' on our bard!" Chrys yells at the forest in general, incensed. She aims at one of the snakes and brings her hammer down, hard.
(Chrys would attempt to aim at the snake attacking Lumen, but not at the cost of an attack of opportunity to the one that tried to bite her. So one of these two snakes is getting hit, whichever is most suitable for her position on the field.)

"LUMEN!" Kess would leap to the half-orc's defense, drawing a scimitar and taking a swing at the nearest serpent. She had to buy room and time for Krackle and Chrys to protect him!
Kess would then move to position herself between Lumen and a sure, snaky death.
Krackle would scoop up the shimmering vial and quickly race towards Lumen. "Lumen! get up! I can help!" He would shout as he quickly bites and claws as the stopper on the potion before pouring it into the half-orcs mouth and all over his face... not exactly sure how healing potions work.
Responding swiftly as they watch Lumen go down, Chrys, Kess and Vesper react with lighting reflexes, and within seconds, two of the snakes are quickly destroyed, including the one that just bit Lumen, by way of Vespers magic missiles. Kess does manage to take a serious swipe out of the snake that's currently attacking her, but her blade does not quite kill the slithering, oversized reptile.
A few feet away, Krackle rushes over to Lumen and pours the contents of the potion all over his face. Enough of the bright green liquid runs into his mouth and as the injured bard swallows, he can feel a rush of rejuvenating energy flood into his body. (Either Krackle or Lumen can roll 2d4+2 for hp restored.)
Lumen turns and looks at the snake, not even getting up as his body deals with another verminous onslaught, and says, "Snakes. Why'd it have to be snakes."
(Not sure where the snake is, but a spell will reach it.)
He casts vicious mockery for 4 psychic damage on a failed WIS 14 save
Lumen rises with a magically induced second wind and casts his spell at the injured snake that’s right next to Kess. Unfortunately for him, though, it seems to have no affect on the slithering beast.
With a quick lunge, it bites at the fighting elf, snapping its fangs in between her blade swipes and causing a deep and painful puncture in her left leg.
Attack: 18 Damage: 7
Need a Con save from both Kess and Lumen, and now it’s everybody’s turn again.
Stepping a few feet over to help Kess, Chrys whacks the snake with a full windup swing of her hammer and knocks the creature’s head clean off. The snake’s body slumps into the puddle, while the head sails right over Lumen and Krackle and lands about 20 feet away.
"Damn!"Chrys says, kneeling by Lumen and helping him to his feet. "Ya got a varmint magnet on ya or somethin'? Maybe ya should make sure ya walk behind me an' Kess fer now. Krackle, you can keep an eye on him. Quick thinkin' there, gettin' him back on his feet like that,"she adds, giving the kobold a thankful pat on his head.
Then she turns and squints. "Either o' ya feeling... I dunno... poisoned? Them snakes didn't look real friendly an' I don't trust a thing here."
((I am going to assume I am completely fine, DM! LOL!))
"I'm alright, I think," Kess replied to the dwarf, still slightly hissing in pain and bleeding from the puncturing, burning wounds left by the snake. "The snake struck deep, but it would seem it did not have any venom strong enough to slow me me down. Though... I'm wondering if it would be prudent to collect some of this venom and use it for the concoction of an antidote or other uses."

Kess and Lumen both succeed on their CON saves, but the snakes' poison is especially toxic, and they still take half damage from the venom that's circulating through their systems. Despite feeling ok at first, the effects kick in shortly with a secondary bout of pain, nausea and slight weakness. Basically, they both feel like hell.
Kess poison damage: 6.5 (Round down for 6 damage.)
Lumen poison damage: 3.5
FYI... Master Dundragon gave you a potion of poison resistance before you headed off on your first adventure. I'm imagine that you guys forgot about it, but if you would like to use it right now to lessen either Kess or Lumen's poison damage, I'll allow it. Or you can save it for later.
Lumen forgot too. This is really hurting him though, so he will try to suck out the poison as best he can and spit it into the swamp, shaking and shuddering and exchanging an empathetic and slightly scared glance with Kess, not sure he is fit to go on.

As she takes a moment and bursts into a coughing fit, before she hocks up a spigot of phlegm and blood from the damage resulting from the toxin.
"On second thought... perhaps not. Ow."
