Kastor will run back to the original room and look to the other mage. Then he'll summon his wildfire spirit to appear just beyond the mage (within 10ft of the mage, but further away from Sylvester). As it appears, the mage needs to make a DC13 DEX save or take 16 fire damage.
Then as a bonus action, he'll command the spirit to attack the mage with its Flame Seed attack.
(The manipulated results came about because I edited the WIS save in. Originally the spirit rolled 22 to hit and 5 damage, but that's irrelevant I think, because it failed the WIS save, so doesn't get to attack? The 9 damage from the spirit being summoned was the same, that wasn't re rolled.)
Sylvester will say a prayer to The Traveler in hopes that he answers. “Traveler bless this blood that you sought to save, let me bring chaos in to this world by interrupting the plans of these foolish mages”
Sylvester will cut his hand and mix his blood with the mages in hopes of stopping the ritual.

The hand clings onto Kastor, clutching tightly and draining something from him. But Kastor can keep going as he summons his wildfire spirit to assist with Sylvester, the summon burning the mage as it comes forth. It tries to attack the mage but is forced to attack a wall.
(Kastor cannot recover any health until the start of Mage 2's turn.)
The shimmering blood before Sylvester stops as he mixes his own blood into it. The mage curses, once at the fire spirit then once more as the ritual is stopped. The mage draws his dagger.
Sylvester will hold his attack action and wait until the mage attacks either him or the wildfire spirit breaking whatever magic that forced him to miss.
once sanctuary is broken on the mage closest to him he will attack.

Kastor will ignore the mage that keeps hurting him (mage 2?), opting to move away from them, towards the room with the one that's hurt (mage 1?), and out of sight of mage 2 if they're still in their original room. He'll cast Fire Bolt at Mage 1, then cast Healing Word on himself.
Sylvester acts as the mage summons the hand. As the hand flies, Sylvester ducks under it and stabs into the mage. The mage bleeds heavily as he struggles to stand, but falls as he is blasted with a fire bolt. Kastor shakes off the tolling bell as he moves to rejoin with Sylvester.

The remaining mage curses as Brozz cuts into him. Oblivious to Sylvester as he comes from behind, stabbing into his back. He falls as the blood start to soak his cloak a deeper red.

Ahead the two rooms lead to a bigger room of sorts. A number of pews made of stone line the room, all facing a podium. At the podium stands a man, kneeling before a small statue of a woman, holding a ruby shaped like a tear. He pushes himself up as he picks up a glaive. He turns toward the party. "Interlopers...You may have disrupted the ritual but no matter. I just need to head to another haven and finish it there. I just have to deal with you all first."
(Kastor can act, Mage 2 spent the turn ready. And you can investigate the ritual but will be at disadvantage due to combat.)

"We should be careful. I think we prevented their ritual from working, but I have no idea what waits for us ahead."

(I'd heal Brozznan, but my last spell slot is probably more useful for bringing someone back if they go down that adding a few hp back now).
