Sieghart Lucas Nox Happy Catherine Hord Helio Arlo
Sieghart, the eastern road has 3 townsfolk, scattered at different ranges. Three have entered the area of the square but will not make it to the party in one turn. What would you like to do?

"I suggest we get moving before more of them show up."
With that, Sieghart begins to run towards the eastern road, in direction of this "Lord". He keeps his weapons out, but hopes he won’t have to use them.
(For the sake of time I think I'm going to combine Nox and Helio's turn by taking their average initiative rounded down which would put them after Catherine, if that's ok with everyone else. If it is, then we'll move right into Happy's turn.)

(Sorry guys I didn't realize it was my turn! I would say that is safe to assume. Catherine will engage the 3 on this street if they get near to her though.)
Catherine dashes ahead towards their target, just as her companions do.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
So, per our discord we will do three checks opposed to going round by round saying "I run". I will roll 3d6 and each die roll will indicate which person attempted to be grappled. I'll make three attack rolls and you will need to make an acrobatics or athletics check to avoid them. These won't all occur right away, so when one happens there will be two or three rounds before the next enemy attempts a grapple on the next one.
1) Arlo
2) Catherine
3) Happy
4) Lucas
5) Sieghart
6) Nox/Helio
Attempt 1: 3 attack to grapple: 3
Attempt 2: 1 attack to grapple: 19
Attempt 3: 3 attack to grapple: 11
So Catherine, as you run, you do not take heed to the person you approach thinking that you can just plow through them and continue on. The simple looking man quickly snaps his arms out with unexpected speed and attempts to latch on. Make an acrobatics or athletics check to avoid being grappled.
The initiative will start back up at Catherine and continue on as listed above. While this is being dealt with, anyone with range could take shots at the other two between the Lord's home and yourselves , or deal with the grapple again on Sieghart's turn.
(Sorry for the delay. Was on getting to this early on in the day, but couldn't find time.)

Catherine snarls at the man, lashing out with the haft of her axe in an attempt to fend him off.
As a bonus action enter a rage for up to 1 minute (10 rounds).
You gain advantage on STR checks and saving throws (not attacks), +2 melee damage with STR weapons, resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, slashing damage. You can't cast or concentrate on spells while raging.

You quickly shove him off without missing a stride. You all continue on another 50 ft or so before a woman lunges at Sieghart.
For Catherine.
You hear the man say, "RETURN CHILD!", in guttural Sul'dalian as you push his aside.
Also, your rage will end unless you take/deal damage in a round. So your rage will continue into the next round, but it will take 2 more "rounds" to reach the Lord's house. If you take at least one swing at each of the next two people, then your rage will continue without an issue.
The man will run at you, Catherine, and attempt to grapple again.
Attack (grapple): 7
Catherine, roll your athletics check at advantage to determine if he gets a hold on you. The two further down the road close in, but not within melee range. Next round they will be within melee range if either you all keep running or if you all stay to fight off the first grappler.
After Catherine makes her roll it will be Arlo's turn.
(Sorry about all of these drastic edits. My brain is not cooperating today.)

In the heat of the moment, Catherine doesn't even register that the man is speaking Sul'dalian rather than Common.
"I am no child!" she bellows at him, instinctively speaking Sul'dalian herself.
As if to prove the truth of her rebuke, she raises her axe and swings.
Attack: 14 Damage: 12
Athletics check to resist further grappling, if necessary: 22
Rage: 8/10
If she is successful in dispatching her attacker or at least causing him to retreat, she will follow her allies as best she can (if she has any movement left--still a bit unclear on the timing of everything here, hopefully this post works).
Catherine, your ax buries itself through the man's shoulder and on into the chest. The strike leaves that arm entirely useless, as you severed much of the muscles that would allow it to move. The man stands there defiantly scowling at you and angrily mutters, "one of us," in Sul'dalian. He will attempt to grapple you again, but with one hand (using the above roll, which can also explain the shoddy attempt), and you push him away with your still embedded ax. You can take a full movement after that interaction to run, unless you want to stay and fight. But you know a blow like that should have either crippled the average man or killed him. His expression and aggression gives you the impression that the pain didn't even register to him (but you still did do damage).
If everyone wants to run, then we'll hope back out of initiative, everyone can return double dashing down the street, Sieghart's roll will allow him to successfully dodge the grapple, and I'll roll for Helio to dodge. If anyone wants to continue fighting then we'll stay in initiative moving onto Arlo's turn.
I’d like Arlo to throw his spear at the lord guy as soon as we get in range (long range if that’s the distance from below up to the balcony). Then the plan is to draw his hand axes and run inside to get up to him. Just as a heads up.

Sieghart’s initiative: 7
Sieghart calls back to Arlo.
"We’re getting through this. Together!"
"Ah yes. There it is. Magic," Catherine says, hefting her axe and turning towards the apparent sorceror who is to be their target.
Initiative: 3
Lucas takes the axe from Arlo 4

(Move 30 ft and Action Dash for another 30 ft)
Sieghart will end up 20 ft from the edge of the square.
Lucas, your turn!

Lucas follows Sieghart, sprinting toward the east road.
(Move 30 ft + Action Dash 30 ft)
You keep pace with Sieghart.

(All good by me)
Happy will also dash after Sieg and Lucas for 60ft.
Happy joins the rush.
Would it be safe to assume you all want to rush to the Lord's home while trying to avoid as much conflict as possible?

Assuming he succeeds, Sieghart will keep running towards the Lord's mansion, trying to put some distance between him and the townsfolk.

Perceiving that she's dealt sufficient damage for the time being, Catherine would attempt to move ahead alongside everyone else.
