"Happy to oblige, my lady," Kale says to Thursday. "The outer courtyard, or outside the building itself? I can take the right side, if you want to take the left. It shouldn't take but a few minutes, if the rest of you are willing to wait inside. Though... I wouldn't throw anything into that well, if I were you," he says to everyone else. "Whatever you wish for might actually come true... but in the same twisted ways that my magic seems to be brought to life here. Maybe all these poor soulless people were once well supplicants themselves, and this is the result of it."

"Left it is, and kill the pleasantries, as far as I'm concerned we're a team. Thursday... Nightwing... just not m'lady. Alright enough yappin, meet you around the back."
Thursday takes off nimbly and quietly as possible around the left side of the building, scouting for people, watchmen, creatures, traps, other access points, or perhaps a lookout to overwatch.

Kale nods and takes off for his side, similarly scouting the building (at a disadvantage on perception and investigation, advantage on stealth for boots of elvenkind)
Luna sauntered through the rubble, warily eyeing the decrepit strangers that lurked around her. She passively examined the etchings on the well, and she quickly gave up on attempting to read its gibberish. She watches as Thursday tries to dole out some of her gold pieces. "What good is gold when Silvanus has already blessed us with all our needs? Although, I suppose it would be a necessity in these twisted lands..."
When Inza speaks, she grunts in approval. "I like the way you think. Nothing good comes from showing fear."
The Firbolg lowers her guard in response to Al-Ashari's announcement, relieved. "They aren't a threat...good. We'll have to see what brought so many minds to ruin."
She mentally takes note of Al-Ashari's abilities, confirming her suspicions that the strange woman could view the thoughts of others and communicate through thoughts alone. She makes for the Auction House after her, bracing herself for whatever was lying in wait. She still wondered if Cicero had laid a trap with his "fortune telling" magic, and she prepared herself for the worst, determined to claw her way out of any conflicts if need be.

Kale...
Someone darts out of a side-street. They’re dressed only in a pale green flimsy gown. “SPIDERS,” they cry. “SPIDERS IN MY EYES.”
Thursday...
You hear the padding of soft feet behind you. Stray dogs? Wait...no. Those aren’t dogs, they’re....brains on legs? What manner of creature is this? There are 2 of them...

I stay the course, and aim to meet Kale around the back. Attempting to stay hidden from the brains. Or if they saw her, she will attempt to lose them in the shadows moving silently and quickly.

Kale sighs under his breath; while he feels a twinge for the woman's plight, she's in his way right now, and likely as mentally disturbed as most of the other individuals he's seen here. He considers magicking up a few actual spiders to scare her back down into the alley, but decides against it -- living here seems like misery enough, and it would be petty to add to it. Instead, he holds to the shadows and waits for her to pass by, before continuing to the back of the building, where he'd agreed to meet Thursday.

To Hakim, Inza, and Soveliss
A woman wearing a pale green flimsy gown runs towards you. She is screaming about spiders in her eyes...
To Al-Ashari and Lunastra
This circular room has been fitted out with several long benches, a lectern, and a display table for goods. Boxes of ambiguous stored material lie against the southern edge of the room. In the auction area you find a few others. There is a woman wearing what looks like a lab coat. There is a man in a cloak and a mask. The third person is a woman who appears to be wearing someone else's face sewn over her own as a sort of mask.
Before tapping into minds of people around, Al-Ashari casually moved to the display tables. If "the treasure is already for sale" - then it's aught to be one of the object there.
Soveliss looks over to the incoming woman with curiosity and attempts to stop her to see what was wrong.
Investigation: 18
She continues to rave and babble. "Help me... I have spiders in my eyes..." Give me a persuasion check to try to calm her down... (Any of the ones in this group can give the check.)

Whitegaze will smile behind his visor at Thursday’s comment and would have offered to join her as she explored the sides, except with his armor, sneaking isn’t his speciality.
Waiting outside for the others to return, he’ll see the woman approach and put his hand on his flail, ready just in case and watch the surrounding area as his new friends deal with her delusions, well, he hopes they’re delusions.
Seeing as Thursday doesn‘t seem to be present, Kale frowns. What could be holding her up? He points ahead, looks to his choker and says „Find the other scout. Help her if needs be.“ Then he continues cautiously on his stealthy circuit around the building to look for Thursday, following few paces after the choker with a growing sense of apprehension.

She looks pretty normal, though her eyes roll in her head like those of a crazy person.
