Ignatia and Flynt, the two of you proceed to wedge the cots quite nicely into the north and east stairwells, which seem to make quite nice temporary makeshift walls, at least for the time being.
With Renny and Ignatia taking watch, as well as the cots placed in the stairwells, this will buy you 8 hours which is sufficient for a long rest.
You can all take an 8hr rest (long rest) without risking any encounters at this point, due to the planning with the cots and the watches. You do hear the constant moaning and groaning of the ghoulish haunts, but Renny and Ignatia you don't notice anything during your watches, and are able to get some nice shut-eye while the other watches. Flynt and Shae you get a solid rest and feel much better once you awake.

This is the cultists living quarters. And the previous hostel room must've been for the initiates.
Each of the rooms contains a wood bed, a moldy mattress, and a wooden chest with a rusty iron padlock. (so there are 5 chests altogether, all locked with rusted iron padlocks).
There is also zombie-goo on each of the beds from where the zombies were sleeping, likely for many years.
Flynt, you walk over to the top right room on the north wall, and use the heel of your longsword and smash at the padlock a few times. Eventually it gives and breaks apart onto the floor.
You open the now unlocked chest, and it contains: 11 gold coins and 60 silver coins in a pouch made of human skin.
There are 4 chests remaining.
(I adjusted the AC for these iron padlocks, since they are super rusty and old which weakens them a bit, in case anyone was wondering how that hit!)
Flynt, you place the human skin coin pouch on the ground and then proceed to break open another lock. You succeed. This lock breaks open easier than the first one. You open the chest....
and it contains 3 moss agates (approx. 10 gp each) wrapped in a folded piece of black cloth.
Shae, this lock is giving you some problems because of the amount of rust on it. Your picks don't seem to be able to slide properly and therefore you aren't able to pick the lock. It can still be attempted to be broken.

She tucked it into her pack, " Always useful to have a bit of extra flim-flam about."

Shae takes out her tools and opens one of the locks while Flynt smashes the last one.
”This place gets stranger and stranger... I believe that pouch is made from human skin...”
