When you get there, either from the North across the stream or from the East, you see several kobolds setting small fires.
How close to the mill are you crossing the stream? It's only about 2' deep and slow-moving, so no checks needed. And what are you doing when you get there?

He hand-signals at Lyria, holding his hand up to implore her to hold, then two claws pointing to his eyes, and then walking fingers, gesturing toward the path obscured by the rising of the bank from the streams opposite bank. He slowly closes some distance toward Lyria, along the treebreaks, and stops to watch a moment for any patrols, or if there are more kobolds that might come from around back...
Alright if we can take these little ****s out before the reinforcements get here not only do we save the mill but we will save lives of the militia that comes to help,
i think the best plan is to focus on them while a couple of us take care of the fires, i'm going wolf id like to take point but i would need a sec after transforming (1 turn) so i can follow if need be, the only question i have is should i be a distraction or should we all just go all out.
The kobolds are spread out around the perimeter of the building, you're not likely to catch more than two together.
Place' is now in wolf form with a kobold riding on his back. Everyone stands ready to pounce. If you are attacking, go ahead and roll initiative and take a turn, you will have a surprise round. Assume you can get to a kobold from where you are if you want to get into melee. I'll make a map and post it with everyone's positions once you've all posted.
