The three members of the party who await outside suddenly see, springing out of thin air, a figure of light shining above the entrance to the crypt, of color and form like so [without the black square]:
Perplexed, Akai will rack his brains to identify the phenomenon.
Arcana: 18
Akai is certain the effect is magical, and is a low-level evocation, probably cast by a mage nearby.
Akai hisses to his nearby teammates, "Sss! Keep eyes and ears open! Might be watchers close by!"
From within the mausoleum the party hears Falshen's voice call out:
"Well met, dangerous graverobber! Have you, perchance, a permit to be conducting rituals in a mausoleum?"
Initiative:
Akai: 8
Falshen: 14
Gregor: 8

Irma: 10

Characters may act in Initiative order. Combat has not (necessarily) begun.
Moments after hearing Falshen's voice, the party outside the tomb see the glowing figure outside the entrance turn from green to red:
Akai darts in and takes stock of the activity inside the crypt (no longer in sunlight)
Perception: 13
If combat is starting, Akai will take the Dodge action.
Akai, darting down the steps of the mausoleum, is dazzled by the sudden change in light level and slams face-first into Ian's back, sending the bard off balance.
Ian must pass a DC 10 Dexterity save or be knocked prone.
It is Falshen's turn.
With Gregor and Irma still outside, and Akai and Ian fumbling on the steps, Falshen speaks again:
"My apologies - I honestly did not expect anyone to be in here. My friends and I will be happy to leave you be as soon as we complete our business - a matter which should not take long."
It is now Gregor's turn.
Gregor would like to examine the glowing figure to confirm its purpose.

Slipping only slightly, the bard manages to keep his feet.
As best Gregor can tell, the phenomenon is purely visual, and was probably cast from somebody nearby, though why or for what purpose is not apparent.
It is now Irma's turn.
Irma nears the phenomenon and looks around their surrounding, intending to investigate and see if the caster is outside with him and Gregor.
