As the stone is floated into the jar, the robed figure seizes Gregor's arm with his metal hand, his grip like death.
"Kolat Towers!" he moans. "You will PLEDGE me - us - ME! Bring the Stone to...Kolat Towers! I - WE - I will KNOW. We - I - we will REWARD. If you do not...I - WE - I - MANSHOON will KNOW. You will PLEDGE."
He pulls Gregor in close. His breath washes over the wizard like a frozen wind from the Nine Hells. His one remaining eye stares unblinkingly, the black pupil quivering.
With a nervous glance between the magically held stone and the thin, half-finger glove on his hand, Falshen says to no one in particular, "I can hold this in the air for only a moment more..." He opens his hand just beneath the stone, preparing to grasp it.
Irma walks to Gregor and pats him on the shoulder and casts Protection From Evil and Good.
Until the spell ends, one willing creature Irma touches is protected against certain types of creatures: aberrations, celestials, elementals, fey, fiends, and undead.
The protection grants several benefits. Creatures of those types have disadvantage on attack rolls against the target. The target also can't be charmed, frightened, or possessed by them. If the target is already charmed, frightened, or possessed by such a creature, the target has advantage on any new saving throw against the relevant effect.
Gregor speaks calmly, but his words are woven with a spell of Suggestion, "You have more inportant things to worry about than my pledge, Master Manshoon. You should flee this place to stay safe." the compelling power leaves Gregor's words, "I'm very certain we will meet again."
His hand falls away from Gregor’s arm and he takes a step toward the stairs, past the companions. He puts one foot on the bottom stair. Then he freezes, shakes himself, and spins around.
“NO!” he howls. “LIARS! TRAITORS! I - WE - I WILL BURY YOU.”
He raises his hands above his head and begins an arcane incantation.

Falshen uses his mage hand (should still be active) to take the stone.
[OOC: The following is only if he is able to take possession of the stone with Mage Hand]
To Gregor, he says, "Have you that special in-case-we-find-the-stone carrying jar handy?"
"I do indeed!" Gregor says, unscrewing the jar and putting on the heavy glove.
As the stone is floated into the jar, the robed figure seizes Gregor's arm with his metal hand, his grip like death.

Ian will take a glance around at the room while remaining stationary to person, place, and being unlike the other destabilized creature in the room

The mausoleum appears to be simply a mausoleum - the bard sees no evidence of hidden treasures, traps, or secret compartments.

The robed figure reacts neither to Falshen's words nor Irma's actions. His grip remains on Gregor's arm, his eye on the wizard's face.
"You...will PLEDGE." he hisses again.
