Kei, still reeling from the wight's blades, hurls a translucent arcane bolt of force at the skeleton, but it flies wide, just missing the towering skeleton.
The two massive skeletons prepare for a new round of smashing with their greatclubs.
Everyone but Kei may act, starting with Dwal and Gerrard.
OOC: Don’t forget double damage dice on crits and advantage when it applies...I think the undamaged skeleton has already been attacked but Kei did not use the advantage. I will roll without advantage and can adjust if necessary.
Gerrard:
Continuing his assault on the skeleton, Gerrard stabs and slashes with a lightning fast combination of strikes, aiming for the joints holding tha bones of this massive skeleton together (saving the last superiority die for parrying).
Elegant Rapier stab at the shoulder joint: Attack: 8 Damage: 9
Follow up low sweep of the Main Gauche at the knee joint: Attack: 18 Damage: 7
(Kei "used up" the Help advantage on the undamaged attack with his close-ranged spell, negating his disadvantage with advantage. We should probably have a full rules discussion in a separate PM as Familiar Help actions may be a regular part of your combat from here out.)
With a might blow, Dwal shatters the massive skeleton into shards. It collapses and becomes inanimate. One down, one to go.
Gerrard's second swing connects with the other skeleton, cracking the knee and splintering a leg bone.
Oceanus steps to the side to get a clear shot, an pulling out his crossbow, fires a bolt at the skeleton's face from across the room Light crossbow attack: 14 Piercing Damage: 2
Meanwhile, Bjorn takes advantage of the commotion to try to bite the skeleton's spine at the base of its neck. Bite attack: 5 Piercing Damage: 5
Oceanus' bolt hits, but merely chips a bone. Bjorn's sharp teeth have trouble getting around the yellowed spine.
Peri hops onto the dais, runs along its edge, and vaults off toward the remaining skeleton. He holds the spear like a lance, trying to skewer its skull. 22 for 11 damage. If it's still standing he will use his momentum to ram his knee into its sternum. 11 for 4 damage.
In a dramatic leap, Peri spears the skeleton clear through the top of its ribcage; it doesn't do a bit of damage, but it does give him the leverage to make a massive blow to its breastbone, shearing off a large section of its ribcage with his knee. Kicking off, he pulls the spear out and gracefully lands on his feet.
The massive, broken, but still-very-dangerous skeleton turns and slams its greatclub down at Peri in a huge overhand arc that scrapes the ceiling. Attack: 11. Bludgeoning damage: 13
Peri sidesteps the huge club; it makes a deafening crack against the floor.
Kei may act next (and Trill); followed by Dwal and Gerrard.
With his arcane shot flying wide, Kei curses to himself. "Damn you back to death you bag of bones"he unleashes his insult laced with magic at the creature causing 4 damage.
(Wis save DC 13 for no damage and no disadvantage)
Meanwhile Trill circles the skeleton waiting until Gerrard is ready to attack. It then swoops and blinds the skeleton with its flapping before returning to it's holding pattern.
Timing his strike with Trill's distraction, Gerrard thrusts deeply into the torso of the skeleton, trying to sever the sinew holding its spine together. He then follows up with a slash at the other knee using his Main Gauche--for good measure.
Gerrard hacks at the skeleton like a lumberjack stripping a tree, shattering bones and even lopping off one hand (not the one holding the club, unfortunately.) Bone chips fly across the room. It's not holding together well, but it's still standing.
Oceanus fires another bolt at the skeleton's head: Light Crossbow Attack: 6. Piercing Damage: 2
He misses, the bolt cracking against the ornately-carved wall behind.
Bjorn tries again to bite through the spine at the base of its skull: Bite attack: 17. Piercing Damage: 5
He succeeds in tearing out a segment of yellowed skeletal spine.
The skeleton steps back, dodging Dwal's powerful hammer swing.
Peri takes the opportunity to drive his spear clear through its knee, shearing off the bottom of the leg. The massive skeleton collapses and falls shattering its huge skull on the floor. It is still.
Not taking the chance on the goblin getting back up (and not really knowing much about how undead work), Gerrard leaps over and double thrusts into TokTok’s body with both his weapons, just in case the body arises again.
Looking around, he asks, “Is everyone okay?”

((No, I've tried a couple of times but they aren't showing. Trying again: Spear 10 for 7; unarmed strike 17 for 6 ))
((2087 no rolls visible. But 2090 seems ok))

Kei & Trill
With his arcane shot flying wide, Kei curses to himself. "Damn you back to death you bag of bones" he unleashes his insult laced with magic at the creature causing 4 damage.
(Wis save DC 13 for no damage and no disadvantage)
Meanwhile Trill circles the skeleton waiting until Gerrard is ready to attack. It then swoops and blinds the skeleton with its flapping before returning to it's holding pattern.
If the giant skeleton understands Kei's insult is unclear, but it certainly feels the psychic blast underpinning it. Wisdom Save: 1
It reels back from the insult and appears dazed and confused, lowering its weapon momentarily, as Trill flaps around its head.
Dwal, Gerrard, and Peri may act.
Gerrard:

Dwal
Since it worked out so well last time Dwal will take his hammer to the other Skeleton, using both hands this time.
Hit: 16
Damage: 9
Gerrard hacks at the skeleton like a lumberjack stripping a tree, shattering bones and even lopping off one hand (not the one holding the club, unfortunately.) Bone chips fly across the room. It's not holding together well, but it's still standing.

He succeeds in tearing out a segment of yellowed skeletal spine.
Peri may act.
Peri:
"Stupid thing is too dumb to die!" he grumbles. He slashes his spear through the thing's knee joint, hoping to topple it. 24 for 11 damage.
(If the creature falls, he'll stomp on its skull; otherwise he'll try to kick it in the same knee he just hit with the spear) 18 for 6 damage.
The skeleton steps back, dodging Dwal's powerful hammer swing.
Peri takes the opportunity to drive his spear clear through its knee, shearing off the bottom of the leg. The massive skeleton collapses and falls shattering its huge skull on the floor. It is still.
Combat is over. The floor is covered in bones.
Gerrard:
Not taking the chance on the goblin getting back up (and not really knowing much about how undead work), Gerrard leaps over and double thrusts into TokTok’s body with both his weapons, just in case the body arises again.
Looking around, he asks, “Is everyone okay?”

Dwal
"Yes, Was anyone injured during that?" Dwal asks.
Dwal looks around the area. Dwal will search his memory for "How to properly dispose of a wight." to see if there is anything they need to do.
