Boko continues to concentrate on the spell, readying a frostbite cantrip if any enemy appears. “This door is very impressive. Our ploy is working, it seems!”
A sizable dent has become visible where a powerful blow rent the door from below. The door is still quite intact, but it appears not immune from damage.

Boko is standing atop a hefty hunk of stone that clearly fell out of the ceiling shortly before they entered the hallway. She can also see nearby the massive, rusty axes of the minotaur skeletons, and nearby, some decorative moldings in the corners which may or may not be moveable. There is a second chunk of stone around the corner that squashed the invisible servant, earlier.

The tear is too narrow to drop the whole flask into the raging inferno below, but Gerrard is able to squirt the contents in, keeping the fire fed.

The doors explode open.
The half-melted, red-hot iron constructs emerge from the brilliantly-lit pit, dripping with flames. One is missing its head entirely; both have extensive tearing and melting.
They attempt to climb out of the pit: #1 DC 10 Strength check: 16 #2 DC 10 Strength check: 14
... and both do. They stand at the edge of the pit, their weapons ready, almost unrecognizably melted and distorted from the heat. Everyone may act, starting with the readied actions.
Gerrard successfully strikes both with his rapier. Peri blasts the first with a beam of crackling energy. Dwal fires a trio of glowing darts at the other. Boko coats one with a sheen of ice; the temperature shock creates broad cracks throughout its iron form. Kei puffs his cheeks and blows.
Both iron forms fall backward into the still-flaming pit. One splits into pieces. Both grow still and silent.
“Indeed! That could have been a disaster but we managed a victory instead. Kei is your door… salvageable?”Boko says. She readies herself for another frostbite attack on any ghosts that appear.
Breathing heavily from his exertions and the serious wounds he took from just one of the construct’s attacks, Gerrard suggests, “Indeed, those were fearsome foes. Clever tactics and teamwork won the day for us. Let us go to the room they were guarding and spend some time bandaging up and exploring what we might find there.”

"I think Dwal's kin may have more use for that hunk of iron than I." He winks at Boko.
"Aye, a short rest is probably in order" he nods his agreement to Gerrard's suggestion. He heads towards the now unguarded room at pace. Rest perhaps his secondary concern.

"Got more Oil?" Dwal asks.
Boko looks around for something heavy to bring over and place on top of the sturdy door…

Peri:
"There's more oil back in the main room. I can go back for it, but I'd rather be here if those things manage to get that hatch open."
Boko nods to Gerrard to grab one corner of the stone slab and she grabs the other and she tries to drag it across the top of the metal door.
Gerrard:
Seeing what Boko is up to, Gerrard moves to behind the stone slab and starts pushing as best he can.

The last blow is so powerful, not only does a massive bulge appear atop the doors, but a narrow hole has torn through it as well. Crit damage: 15
The doors are visibly damaged, but not compromised quite yet. Everyone may act again.
Gerrard:
Shrugging after helping Boko move the heavy slab, Gerrard spots the hole and pulls out an oil flask, dropping it into the conflagration below.
