Qivys comes at the uninjured baboon-thing in front of him, hitting it twice with his axe, seriously injuring it, but not yet stopping it.
Boko, her storm clouds still swirling overhead, may act.
Peri and Thwack, behind the house, may also act. Out of the immediate haze of the yellow gas, they can see Boko's tempest brewing above, and the sounds of fighting on the main street. The old man continues to cough, while the kids pepper Thwack with questions.
The sounds of battle make Thwack anxious. His friends needed him, but he was given a task and he would see it through. "Come. We follow Kerry." He ushers the children towards Peri. "Papa is this way, my friend take him out of harm." The diminutive kobold leads the group of youngsters away from the building and tries to catch Peri.
The kids spot the old man with Peri shortly after Thwack does. Thwack accompanies the children along the waterfront to the next dock to the south, where the listing flagstones that make up the ground take a turn to the east; they are not far from the bridge here. A little traffic – in the form of a few clumps of pedestrians and an ancient black wagon – moves north over the foul canal from the High Quarter, unaware of the chaotic scene they are approaching. Peri spots a flash of pink hair among them.
"Thank... <cough> thank you, friends," chokes the old man to Peri, Thwack, and the children. "Those are unnatural vapors."

Peri:
Peri, still unaware of how dangerous the fighting in front of the warehouse has become -- though the lightning bolt crashing down should be a sign that things are a little more heated than expected -- begins to question the old man. "What happened in there? The militia was--" Just then he sees the pink hair. "Thwack!" he barks, before switching to a voice audible only to the kobold. "I think I just saw Kei! Forget these people -- let's follow him!" He hurries in the direction of the pink hair, trying to spot Kei without being spotted.
Peri vanishes, sprinting ahead and then blending unnoticed into the shadows on the side of the last building to the south before the bridge.
Although blooms of yellow vapor still restrict visibility in the narrow, cobbled street, he can clearly see the frenzied battle maybe 75 feet in front of him. The new clump of pedestrians have stopped to gawk in the middle of the street, about 20-25 feet ahead of him. Their backs are turned, but the shock of pink hair on one of the travellers definitely resembles the doppelganger of Kei you ran into early in your visit to the Styes, the one evidently known here as "Moonbeam".
Bokobear's tattoo-fur-patterns pulse and grow along her arms and head (eldritch maul function of her tattoos activate as a bonus action). She lunges at the nearest devil-monkey.

Somewhat surprised to still be standing after that onslaught, Gerrard takes a deep breath and tries to end the one most injured. If it falls, he attacks another. He then prepares to defend himself once more.

Then the two back off, crawl up part of the stone building, and leap nearly twenty feet straight up, scrambling onto the roof of the building.
(Gerrard may have opportunity attacks at either #5 or #6, Qivys may have an opportunity attack against #6. Bokobear is too far from either to get an attack. Attacks against these fiends may not have advantage this time.) The other two demons sleep on.
Everyone except Gerrard may act next! The rooftop baboons are 25 feet above the street, screaming at you from the rooftop.

"Blasted Monkey" Qivy's curses, missing with his battle axe. "I got somethin' fer ya though." he says to it, giving it the old "evil eye". Qivys launches Mind Sliver twice at the creature. Damage for #1: 7 Damage for #2: 7
Screaming and holding its head, Baboon #6 falls headfirst off the corner of the roof. It lands hard on the cobbles and does not stir. One remaining demon (#5, mildly wounded) remains shrieking on the rooftop; two more sleep on the roadway. The vapors are beginning to clear. The crowds push a little closer as Peri watches from the shadows.

Thwack's ears prick at the mention of Kei. He quickly scans the area and spots the bobbing pink hair of their quarry. Before he can react, Peri takes off at speed. "Snarf! He quick" is all Thwack can manage before he loses sight of Peri. Forgetting his orders from Gerrard he chases after his speedy friend.
