All four of Dwal's missiles find their marks. The guard facing Gerrard is in poor shape, but the new guard is still looking relatively spry for his wounds.
From behind the table, the stringy-haired acolyte pulls down yet another pillar of radiance upon Peri, who must succeed on a DC12 Dexterity saving throw or take 6 radiant damage.
The old man shrieks at Peri's sudden appearance, and turns on him with his scimitar! "Down!" he shrieks. "Feed the eye. FEED the EYE!!" Old man Scimitar attack vs. Peri: 20 Hit: 6 slashing damage.
Continuing his assault on Guard #2, Gerrard hopes to take him down, then step forward and help support Peri against the shouting old man. “So this Xolor only has one eye? And he uses the eye to eat? Your cult leader is really messed up, old man,” he taunts, trying to make light of his own mounting injuries.

Gerrard's opponent (guard #2) falls with a gasp on the second hit.
The yellow priest steps back, wary of Peri, and now Gerrard. He calls forth a cloud of fiendish spirits surrounding him. They flit around him at a distance of 15 feet. His comrades seem unaffected by it, but Peri is immediately attacked. His speed is halved in the area, and on his turn Peri must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, he takes 20 necrotic damage. On a successful save, he takes half as much damage. (Anyone who attempts to enter the affected area will face a similar save.)
"Leave this place," intones the priest. "Leave this place or suffer an eternity of pain."

Peri:
Peri winces as the evil spirits tear at him. (WIS save: 16) "You seem t'be the captain for this crew of buffoons, so it's you we have a beef with!" He steps up to the priest and jabs the butt of the spear at the man's liver. (24 for 6 nonlethal damage) He follows it up with a flurry of unarmed strikes. (Nonlethal strikes at Yellow Robes until he's dropped, with any additional carried over to Old Guy. #1: 17 for 7; #2: 10 for 8)
((I'll post any movement after the attacks are resolved; hopefully Yellow Robe's spell is broken.))
EDIT: Rerolling 2nd unarmed strike for halfling luck: 9
Fighting his way through the field of hostile spirits, Peri strikes the yellow-robed man with both spear and body. The priest doubles over and collapses on the second hit, his head hitting the stone floor with an audible *thunk*. He is out cold. The spirits disperse.
Peri tumbles over the priest's crumpled body and charges the man in red. He menaces the man with his spear. "Your boss is down! Give up now and nobody else has to die!"

Kei
"I've had just about enough of this back and forth!" He storms down to stand just behind Gerrard. Staring the scraggly bearded guy straight in the eyes he whispers his intent. The air between them shimmers as his magically laced words work their way from Kei's lips to the man's ears.
As the image Kei conjured enters the mind of the fighter, he shouts at Peri "bout time you took that priest out. Keep it up and I'll write volumes about you!" He hopes his hastily spoken vote of confidence inspired the halfling.

Boko does try to hit the fleeing guard, as a heel lances out toward his fleeing head.
Attack: 18 Damage: 8
On her turn, she makes a fist, which grows some clear crystals on it in the form of a blade, and then throws her palm forward. An ice knife flies toward the stringy-haired acolyte (I believe?) in the middle of the group of three at the SW corner of the map.
Attack: 26 Damage: 9
If that's a hit, that's 7 cold damage to the main target, and then 15 ice damage to the target and the two on either side on a failed DEX 15 save. (Spell cast at 2nd level.)

Boko manages to strike the fleeing guard – not injuring him enough to stop him, but continuing to wear this grizzled guy down.
Likewise, her arcane missile of ice strikes its target, seriously injuring the stringy-haired acolyte who shrieks and curses until the shard detonates.
Dex Saves: Acolyte: 17 Guard: 11 Swordsman: 22
The acolyte goes down, and the guard appears to be on his last legs - he staggers from the direct impact and seems disoriented. Only the dapper swordsman cleanly dodges the blast. He whispers something to the guardsman, and they regroup.
The swordsman bounds over the table and rushes Gerrard with his sword. But instead of swinging it, he makes an arcane gesture, and a deafening, thunderous wave sweeps the staircase. Gerrard, Boko, and Kei must make a DC12 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, you take 8 thunder damage and are pushed 10 feet up the stairwell. On a successful save, you take half damage and aren't pushed. "Out!" he shouts.
The guardsman, nearly dead on his feet from multiple wounds, draws from one last well of energy to rush Boko again, in what may be a final, brave stand: Scraggly-Beard Longsword Attack #1 vs. Boko: 21 Hit:5 slashing damage Scraggly-Beard Longsword Attack #2 vs. Boko: 11 Hit:10 slashing damage Scraggly-Beard Shortsword Attack vs. Boko:8 Hit:5 piercing damage.
(Note: this last attack presumes Boko makes her pushing save; otherwise the guard, too far to melee, will grab his crossbow and fire from afar. I'll wait to see how Boko rolls.)
Meanwhile, the red-robed man turns his phantom blade upon Peri again: Ghostly blade vs Peri: 10 Hit: 5 force damage. "Grovel, you worm!" he commands Peri. (Peri must make a DC11 WIS save or fall prone and grovel as his next turn.)
Boko uses a free hand, held up in a ready stance, to gently deflect the thunderous wave that tries to bowl her over, and instead gets slashed twice by the rushing guard. She winces, face lowered against the onslaught, though a pretty good strike gets dodged by the barest margin, and her eyes rise back up to the foes, grim with determination.
Gerrard, Boko, and Kei manage to keep their footing in the blast (only 5 thunder damage). Dwal's crossbow fires wide, missing its mark.
The zealous old man dances and shrieks dark taunts from behind his two compatriots. "Feed them to the beast! A gift for Tharizdun! Kill all the filthy pirates! We'll throw their bodies from the cliff tonight!" (Dodge action)
Peri falls to the floor and grovels in front of the red-robed man, who smirks back at him with satisfaction.
Peri feels his knees buckle under the red-robed figure's compulsion. His will batters against the command, but his body is under the control of the smirking man. His eyes burn with fury, and even as his forehead is pressed to the floor he vows to end the man's life, regardless of Gerrard's notions of chivalry.

Gerrard:
"Tharizdun? Really?! Now we have two cults to deal with!" says Gerrard, exasperated at the old man's ranting. Turning his attention to the dandy in front of him, he says, "And I'll have you know, my tailor does excellent work!" Showing off the flexibility of his durable yet stylish duds, Gerrard follows up with a blindingly fast one-two stab from his elegant rapier. Instead of attacking with his off-hand weapon this time, the young noble uses it for defense and takes a deep breath instead.
