"WeCameHereToTakeOver,Yes?" Moxo asks the rest of the group. "NotJustToClearItOut? IfWe'reTakingOver,Shouldn'tWeTakeOver? LikeKeepIt? LikeNotJustWalkAwayFromIt?"
Moxo basically lays out the case for perhaps staying here (perhaps with some of the goblins if they want to join, but not forcing them) and turning this into our own personal fortress or keep. Moxo knows a lot about tunnels and digging and underground structures. He could expand this to even better suit our needs, set some traps to dissuade, delay and warn of intruders, and we could work out of here. If the goblins wanted to stay we would of course feed them and get them to assist in the cleaning and expanding and keep them on indefinitely as soldiers to help guard this place and protect it while we are gone. If they would rather return to one of the villages then perhaps some from there would enjoy a more fortified keep.
There is also the minerals up top to delve into more, and I believe some corpses on the first floor we didn't fully loot / investigate.
As I understand it this structure starts as a cave... There are several dead end branches off the cavern, a couple of guard rooms, and then you eventually get to a main dining hall. Off that hall to the left is a kitchen area, to the right would be a more "pantry" type area where the animals are caged, and basically straight across the dining hall from the cavern are steps down to the main room deeper below ground. On this lower level is the main room with some kind of altar in the center, a guard room off to one side (which past that guard room and a short hall is the room we were caged in) and then an ornate door with another room past that.
As a keep, we'd probably all want out our room underground here... And probably a secret means of escape in case the front entrance was invaded... With some time and muscled help we could do this.
Or did we just come back for revenge and a couple scraps of hear?
Rohdin strokes her chin for a few moments listening to the various ideas and suggestions of the group before wanting to give her opinion on the situation. "It seems to me that if we were to train the animals it would give us a good tool to use in the future. Though the ability to train a bear without some form of skill seems both unlikely and dangerous. But only marginally more so than the wolves." She then looks about the room before looking at Moxo and addressing the party again on her recommendation. "As for setting up shop here, it is both a boost and a negative. If we secure this for ourselves we will prevent others from using it against us, we may find new and useful materials, and it will help us solidify control of a larger area. However, we also stretch ourselves thinner, more open to attack, more targets, and longer time for us to support an attacked front..." She has continued to hold her chin as she considers the possibility. "I do like the idea of a keep, and if we are intent on setting up a long term settlement here it would make sense to have a center of control sooner rather than later."
Rohdin nods in agreement with Moxo, a vote for setting up here as well. Believing the benefits outweigh the risk.
"We should simply use this place as a safe place or outpost. Let's grab the animals and haul them back. Whomever would like, can come back with me tomorrow to run over he place for resources." The Bugbear moves toward the cage room motioning for the goblins to follow. "You are weak now but try and assist as best you can. We will kill the bears, they are too heavy to trudge back, but the others should out up little resistance."
Moxo will return on the morrow. He'll plan more on trying to figure out ways to disguise the cave opening so nobody accidentally finds their spot, as well as setting a few traps on the entrance to try to discourage any who do from exploring further.

Well I’m returning with the Bugbear who said he was returning the day after bringing the goblins home. I imagine we’re bringing them to the closer of the two villages?
"Thank you Gara. I feel much better after that." Rolling her shoulder over as she feels much better now. Standing tall and proud again she looks at the party. "I do believe we shall all return to the village to care for the animals and newfound goblins. I would also offer my assistance in finding anything useful here tomorrow, even if I am not sure what we are looking for."
Rohdin will return to the village but head back out when they visit the cave later.
We bring the Goblins and the animals to the small village. I will stay back at the village and look after them. Make sure they get looked after.
Do you need a survival roll to see how much meat we get from the bears ( to feed the wolfs) (17).
The local goblins are suprised and excited to see the arrivals
"Takob, you are alive? We though your settlement was wiped out by the scavenger beasts? You look a bit sick, have some rest."
Considering the bears were starved, you do not get any appreciable meat from them. However, the tamed scavengers at the village (and the goblins for that matter) are much better at, well, scavenging and can be fed a meal, maybe two from that.
"WeBetterOffFeedingAnimalsToGoblinsOrGoblinsToAnimals?"

Wich village would be more likely to sustain them at the moment?

So have we explored this entire structure? Everything safe and clear now?
Yes, unless you want to hunt after individual rats/bats.

Gara follow Serit to the animals. On the way he will heal Rohdin for 9 HP.
Once we are there, i try to calm the wolfes and make them trust me. I‘ll use some magical guidance to give me a little edge.

Give me a Stealth and Nature roll.
Is everyone going to the small village?

Hiding the mine is not very effective, however you manage to place a few well made traps using the local terrain.

Biol-Kezz (the village elder) approaches the party:
"Once again you help us greatly. You have rescued people we have long though dead. If there is a way we can help you, just say it."
„We discovered a deposit of minerals. We will be looking into mining it and could use some helping hands.“
(Should we post plans for this week?)
