Serit growls out an arcane curse on to the one that dared attack him with a rock (Hexblade curse). Then, shadows grow around Serits clawed hand as he thrusts it towards the duo and lays upon them Bane. (Cha save DC 14)

Con save: 3
Serit eyes the bat warily, his bluster deflating. A third combatant was not something he wished for. He swung his Flail at the humanoid that he cursed hoping for a decisive hit.
Flail Attack: 19 Bludgeoning Damage: 9
Which does not happen. He eyes the exit and prepares for their actions.

The enemies throw a couple of stones before you make it to the exit.
Attack: 13 Damage: 5
Attack: 17 Damage: 3
You almost make it to the exit, when a stone hits you in the back of the head. You see the mine ceiling and a small ray of light in front of you before you lose consciousnees.
"He spent a good portion of the week scouting for resources in the surrounding area. I don't think he had a particular path to travel in mind. We will probably have to try to track him. I learned the basics of tracking from my clan, but I've never been particularly good at it."(I have a +3 survival) "I can try to find the trail unless someone else thinks they would be better at it."

Gara returns to the small village in the early hours of the 7th day.
”How well did your training with the scavangers go? Would they be able to help us track him? Also if look for Serits tracks, i may be able to guidance you if you have diviculties.”
As the trio navigates the forest they gradually narrow down the location and end up at the mine entrance late at night (a couple of hours before dawn).
Serit looks nervously around and attempts to reach out with his hands, "Skeriggat, why do you test me so?"
Saying the name of the bugbear god resonates somewhat in the area and in your head and you can almost hear the echo of the word. A familiar voice responds:
"Not quite"
You are turned around and see Old Bear. The old one appears to sitting comfortably, as if on a very fancy armchair, though the area around him is as empty as everywhere else.
"It has amused me for the past few weeks. You respect Skeriggat, but your power comes from another being altogether. One who lives over there, right?"
He waves his hand and the grey air below your feet begins to dissipate. You see a bleak landscape far below, with not a single hint of color. Muffled whispers and pale shadows seem hovering below, and you get the feeling of being watched by something. Old Bear continues:
"I imagine the being you are contracted to will not take it too kindly to your failure, if you were to end up down there. So how did we get to this situation?"
"I did as you asked old one. We sought out the goblins," he says the word derisively, "and they needed much help. I was looking for metals or anything in which I could attempt to help. They," he stutters, "The other ones you sent me with, they are all hard at work contributing." Serit looks away and snorts.

Old Bear loks at you more sternly.
"So why are you here then? Why did your companions not help you when you fell? I know they are not injured. I will ask again: how did you get to this situation?"
Your feet feel colder, and looking down you notice your ankles have sunk into whatever you were standing on and the floor seems less solid than before.
Serit's head whips back, "They did not help because they were not there to do such. I went looking for resources like I said, saw some little things that needed a beating. It seems my streak of bad luck has followed me and here I am." He waves his large arms.
He briefly looks down at the dissipating floor and heaves a very heavy sigh, "I should have just reported what I found instead of engaging. They think I am just a lump but I see it, I see that together we are stronger much like my old gang would always say."

Both enemies attack you again:
Attack: 7 Damage: 4

Serit gets hit for 5 damage. Roll CON for losing concentration on the spell.
A bat also appears at the end of corridor, flying overhead.

The two enemies put attack with their blades, which look like very long daggers (or very short swords).
Attack: 20 Damage: 6
Attack: 16 Damage: 4
The bat circles overhead 4
And you feel some movement at your feet as you see a fat rat is trying to bite at your ankles 3 for 1 damage.
8 damage total this round.
You can hear sounds as from down the corridor and move shrill voices getting closer.
Serit realizes he is in over his head and curses Skiggaret as he Disengages and attempts to head out of the cave using his full movement.

The rest of the party finds that Serit did not return late on day 6 (Jardor, Gara, Nasaar, Gathrik).
What do you want to do? (Jardor, it loks like you will need to have your talk now...)
I am at the large village with Nassar. As far as i remeber Serit was staying in the small village.
Attack: [roll]3d20dl2+6[/roll] Damage: [roll](if([roll:-1:critical], =0, 1d8, 2{1d8}.expand()))+4[/roll] Sneakattack: [roll](if([roll:-2:critical], =0, 2d6, 2{2d6}.expand()))[/roll]Having one of you missing is notable enough that a messenger gets sent late in the evening. By nightime on day 6 you know.
"Suppose we better go find him then." Nasaar comments when the message comes in. "Did the message say what he was looking for when he went missing?"

Serit
You open your eyes to find grey "light", so to speak. It's evenly grey all around you with no real sense of where is "up" or "down".
What do you want to do?
