Jardor looks at the ringleader disappointedly. "For a true battle for dominance you come to the challenge yourself. But if you have a second..." He turns to the group of less trained goblins that are injured but studious and picks out the one that has been doing the best in training so far. "...Nkat! Come be my second in this challenge and you will be lead the battle troop whenever I am absent."
Going to assume a persuasion check will be needed for that, so here you go: 20

The goblin tries to come to your aid but is blocked dy the rear-line goblins from the rebellious group. While it seems they are not too keen of facing the minotaur, stopping a fellow goblin is not too difficult for them. The ringlrader shouts to you:
"So the moment you see some enemy numbers, you cry for help?! Some "great warrior you are! Ha! And this is no challege, duel or any other of the nonsense you are trying to convert us into. We will simply take you down, like we goblins always done for centuries. Don't worry, we won't kill anyone. But you will apologise, and those silly games of yours end today!
You two start it off!"
The first two goblins with daggers begin a head-on charge.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Honor is no game runt. The others I will forgive for their transgressions, but you I may have to teach a more permanent lesson."
Allowing the daggers to brace against his armor, Jardor brings his sword down on one of the two oncoming goblins.
Attack Roll: Attack: 26 Damage: 12
If this reduces the goblin to 0 Jardor will choose to knock him out rather than kill him, inflicting an injury upon him.
Edit to add: after striking at the Goblin, Jardor maneuvers to be closer to the ring leader without moving out of either goblin's threatened range to provoke an attack. (Probably only able to move 5 or 10 feet, but I will take what I can get.)
One goblin flies and smashes into the nearest wall. It's very impressive. The leader shouts: "don't stop, keep attacking"! Two more goblins join, the scimitar tries to outflank you (gains +2 attack).
Jardor winces as the goblin flies across the field and crumples against a wall. There is no sign of life from the fallen combatant.
"Stop this. He was felled in one blow. I do not want to be the goblin slaughterer today."
He drops his greatsword and pulls one of his hand-axes from his belt as the weapons again clash against his armor, unable to find flesh to bite into. He then retaliates against the scimitar wielding goblin, seeing him as a larger threat and one of the most loyal to the ringleader.
Attack: 20 Damage: 10
If this reduces the goblin to 0 Jardor will choose to knock him out rather than kill him, inflicting an injury upon him.
Can't draw the other handaxe until next round.

The goblin snarls:
"You draw a sword and kill one of ours, and now you want out?!" He points to another goblin "You follow me. I'll show you how it's done. Get him from all sides!"
Gathrik approaches carefully but keenly. He sits on a nearby log and looks at the area surrounding them, listening carefully to what the man has to say, ”Look I’ll be honest with you. I don’t trust you and you probably dont trust me. Are you a mercenary? Are you one of those?”
"You need to learn more tactics Naz'tog. You've already lost. Let me teach you that more permanent lesson now."
Pulling his second hand-ax for its place on his belt, Jardor unleashes all of his might against Naz'tog. With a preternatural quickness three ax attacks assail the smaller goblin (Action, Bonus Action, and Action Surge for a third)
Action - Attack: 23 Damage: 8
Bonus Action - Attack: 18 Damage: 4
Action Surge - Attack: 14 Damage: 8
If this reduces the goblin to 0 Jardor will choose to knock him out rather than kill him, inflicting an injury upon him.
Assuming this knocks the goblin out, this happens:
As Naz'tog falls, Jardor turns and roars in anger at the other gathered goblins.
"It is over now. Someone go get the medicine chief and Gara. Tell them that Naz'tog was injured and is bleeding out."
If the goblins follow Jardor's commands, this happens:
Kneeling down over Naz'tog's fallen body, Jardor whispers, "You will survive this day, if you are strong enough. But here is your punishment for fighting without honor and as lasting reminder of why you should not challenge me."
Holding the goblin's arm down against the ground, Jardor takes his hand off at the wrist with his ax.

You look at the man and see his face is weathered, but he still looks fairly young. You are not too good with human faces, but you would say he is no older than thirty years. As far as you can tell he is honest and curious about you. he looks back at you with what you understand to be interest, and without any sign of concern or fear.
"Mercenary? I was a mercenary some time ago, but not now. I am just wandering about and looking at the sights while I still can. As for trust it's not important. Nobody in this region is my enemy. You however are very interesting. I wonder how many others there are...
I'm Tonale, by the way. Eat, don't worry, this bear meat is not bad."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
After taking his hand, Jardor does do what he can to ensure that the dismemberment does not end the goblin's life, attempting to stop any bleeding with makeshift bandages and pressure.
Medicine Check to try to make sure he doesn't die: 18
With this the disruption to training is resolved and the remaining goblins frightened into submission. You can choose to contunue training as per you original plan or change if for days 3-7.
Depending on how this little bit of RP that Jardor would feel required to do turns out....If they are willing to accept training then I will keep it with the original plan. So train on days 1-3,5-7 and animal handling on day 4
At the end of day 2 Jardor seeks out the chief of the clan in the larger community to explain the events of the day and apologize for the death of one of the goblins under his tutelage.
"While I was defending myself and attempting to subdue and not kill, I am the one that struck the killing blow. It was a kill without honor. I have meeted out punishment to the battle troop for the disruption of training, and to Naz'tog in particular for the disrespect and improper pursuit of a challenge. But my punishment is yours to meet out. What would you have me do in recompense for this accidental death Grandfather?"

He does, but he is unconscious. He was taken away by other goblins.
About the chief... the larger village does not have one. Along with the many other goblins, he died during the scavenger attack and "white light" event which you went to the large village for the first time. A new one has not been chosen yet. There are half a dozen goblins who had influence in the meantime. The barely alive caster is one of them. The senior guard you just crippled is another.
Still with caution, but less so than before, Gathrik accepts the meat. A moment later he already began to dig deep into its bloody tenderness. “Thanks for sharing. So you are just wandering around? I mean, if you have nothing to do I could help you with a job”, Gathrik spoke more freely as he began to trust this individual more and more.

I mean, if you have nothing to do I could help you with a job”, Gathrik spoke more freely as he began to trust this individual more and more.
The man appears a little surprised by your offer. He leans closer to Gathrik.
"Really? What kind of job? This offer is... very interesting."
Gathrik considers the dead bear lying nearby, and makes the decision, “Could you hunt for me? I need a considerable amount of food and I can see that you are quiet capable in the matter. I think we can discuss pay once I converse with my other comrades. “
"How curious. Just food? I cannot stay for too long, but I could happily get some meat down to you. And don't worry about payment. Let me stay with a roof over my head and we'll call it even. With all the travelling, the occasional comfort is all the more appreciated. And I have always been interested in small puppies as well as the ch...#######."
You seem to momentarily black out at the last word. Trying to remember it just leaves a blank in your mind and a feeling of sleepiness. Tonale is busy packing his things before turning to you,
"Should we go?"
Tonale will be in the vicinity until the end of the week hunting for food and other characters can interact with him if they wish.
Day 1. Convinces the Biol'Kezz (the elder of the small village) to give one more scavenger to Nasaar.
Rest of the week. Teaches Magic to goblins, again not something that can be taught in a week, but very very good progress is made
Also (as previously noted): stabilise and help heal the injured caster in the large village; have been given access to his study which contains a number of books on various subjects you can explore in your spare time.
Gathrik
Comes across Tonale, a human wanderer who for some reason is deep in the northlands. Tonale helps you with hunting, bringing enough food to avoid hunger for this week. Other than that, he spends a bit of time playing with scavenger puppies.
Helps a bit with training in the smaller village.
Tries to gather more poson herbs, but not much success.
Eye is healed
Jardor
As perviously decribed, causes a massive incident with training in the large village, during which one goblin is killed on the spot, and the senior guard in the village is crippled. The event resolves the issue of indefference of the goblins in the village to you, but not in a good way. The village is cowed into submission, with fragmented chain of command and leadership.
Later in the week, Naz'tog, the crippled senior guard and five other goblins who tired to fight you, disappear from the village under the cover of darkness.
You try to resume training on the following days, but although there is no resistance, the training goes terribly. The new militia seems to have no motivation and only one clear emotion: fear. The moment you try to raise your voice or shout and order, many of them simply freeze up or cower.
Overall, the village has become much weaker militarily than what it was one week before.
On the bright side, your day training the giant scavenger goes well. Towards the end of the day, it even followed your command to sit... once.
Nasaar
Injury is healed
Bonecrusher training goes OK. The new scavenger you were gifted is brought up to level the other one reached last week.
Serit
Serit's lazy week starts with practicing smithing. By the scond day, you made a simple forge that does not fall part this time. Your really need some raw materials now.
Middle of the weeks he starts of clearing bushes and teaching goblins how to ambush, picking up pace later in the week.
There's now a mid-size area cleared of weeds (some of which were adible and added to rations)

Oh good...lol
Well having no one to answer to I will just install myself as an authoritarian dictator then. Just kidding. :D
Well you can ignore my attempt at RP there then and we will move forward with days 3-7 as discussed.
