Unable to free itself from its entanglement, the remaining peryton falls beneath fang and claw as T'savi leaps upon it. The vines recede as the panther pins it to the ground and tears at its jugular; with Garu's whip joining in, the creature dies quickly.
The cave opening behind the fallen monstrosity widens before turning to the left.
Garu coils her whip and replaces it on her belt. She looks at the fallen creature and offers a prayer of thanks to Tylyn. "Once we secure the cave, I should go back and check on Abraxas's progress. How many of these eggs do they need again?"

Harmony was thankful as they had defeated the last creature. Then she had heard Garu, thinking. "I believe that they needed three or four of the eggs." Harmony then said back to Garu, nodding. She was also worried about Abraxas and hoped that he was okay.
With the fighting over, Aisha relaxes, and collects as many intact arrows as she can, so as to not run out anytime soon. But otherwise she assists in the collection of eggs, though she clearly isn't happy about it, but that's just her nature. She seemed to want to 'get this over with'
Further into the cave, you discover a clutch of four eggs, each mottled with brown patches and the size of a backpack. Laying next to the nest is the grotesque sight of two humanoid corpses that have been picked apart and mostly eaten.
Garu notes the progress of Abraxas, spotting a path down the mountainside that should intersect with the separated wizard.
Harmony helps with collecting the eggs they need before seeing the corpses and feeling so bad for them. She feels sad, but continues on with this and knew that they need to get back with these four eggs.
OOC: Is there anything else to do on the mountainside, or are we ready to take the eggs, meet up with Abraxas, and return to Gupry and the rest of the Ranik village?
Aisha quickly scans the area around the eggs.. after-all, if they've been eating people, there may have been something left behind, so before exiting the area with the bodies, Aisha looks for anything valuable or potentially important around the nest, or within it (assuming there is a 'nest') before joining the others to head back out.

Before departing, Aisha takes a moment to sift through the nest and bodies. The bodies have been picked apart so thoroughly that nothing of substance remains, but on the floor by the nests are two bottles. They look like they may be potions of healing at first in the dim light of the cave, but once taken into brighter light they have a blue liquid within them.
The descent toward Abraxas takes almost as long as the original climb, with the trio of unwieldy eggs throwing off your balance. Aisha and T'savi have less trouble navigating with their claws, however, and they are able to lead the way safely to meet the wayward wizard near the base of the mountain path.
"Thank you, friends," Abraxas says. "I am glad we are a party again. When it dropped me, I tell you, my fear was great. Here," he says, "I can carry one of the eggs, if you would like." Abraxas moves books and materials from one bag to another, hopefully clearing enough room. "Toward the village?"

Harmony is so happy to see Abraxas again, smiling and nodding back. "Really? Yeah, sure. Thank you and here." she said back, handing one egg to Abraxas and while she does, she casts Healing Word on him. "Okay, let's go then." Harmony had said, ready to get back to the village now.
