Percy raises his hands. " I will do as you say, but I have no ability to stabilize him, and if he loses the battle with his wounds no one will claim him, though I suppose you might not care anymore." Percy will shake his head in resignation, " all hail Sozos," Percy says before getting up. "What is next?"
The group heads back down the alleyway, into the store house where they last met Sozos. Upon entry, Graxxy slowly touches his mark and says "Sozos" before a great warmth fills the room, closing the door behind them. The demon once again stands in the room, looking down upon the group. After a brief moment, a loud deep voice speaks into their mind "Mortals, I see you have quickly returned from your task.. although you brought me these two alive.." He then waits for a response.
Graxxy steps up trembles a bit but puts on a brave face.
"My lord you asked for their heads. I have brought them... Still attached....For now..."
Graxxy turns to Percy.
"You did not have the full story earlier when they fled. You thought they were cowards by fleeing. This is not the case. They only fled once I gave the command to do so. They are loyal warriors which you need. Which I need. We need bodies to take this city."
Graxxy places his hand on Percy's shoulder.
"Percy here has the mind of a genius. He can build contraptions that will amaze even you. He did not hesitate and decided to join our cause. His mind... Is now yours."
Graxxy walks over to Gorlok.
"This one on the other hand... He is defiant. He has not seen the true power of Sozos... He is not the smartest and needs to see... To feel the power that be bestowed up on him. I could use him on the front lines cleaving down our enemies. I will now awake him so that he can see your true power! If he resists, I would ask that you imprison him so that we can work on him over time. True warriors are hard to come by and I can make this one come around in time."
Graxxy strips Gorlok of all his weapons but leaves his armor. Graxxy kneels and places one knee putting all his weight on Gorlok. Graxxy uses lay on hands to heal Gorlok for one healthpoint.
"Wake up Gorlok! Bear witness to the power of Sozos! Do not do anything stupid and you may make it out of this alive."
gorlok wipes drool from his mouth before rolling on his side to get comfy. he gives his backside a hearty scratch and falls back asleep resuming his nap
Sozos lets out a deep audible laugh before speaking to the group telepathically again "Such stubbornness, these always make the best for this transformation." Sozos pulls out a small spike from his arm and shoots it directly at Gorlok, striking him in the right arm. "Enjoy the infinite dunes of the abyss, where a minute is a year." A circle begins to draw on the floor before sucking Gorlok into it.
Sozos grins menacingly before turning his attention to Percy. Percy feels a burning on his wrist and a surge of power, and experiences flowing into his mind. This grants him power to level 6. Now focusing his attention back to the group and Sozos says "Now then, in order for my armies to reach this plane and begin its destruction, we will need to allude the devils. Mortals, you are tasked with taking over this city. We will then begin to transform and sacrifice those who remain in order to build a demonic army this realm has not seen in centuries.."
After about a minute of conversation, he grabs his arm where he withdrew the spike and a circle appears that pulls Gorlok back unto the floor, covered in sand.
Despite the pains and terrors of the infinite dunes, Gorlok has managed to survive what seemed like a year. He has no returned to the material plane, and looks to see the room from which he was in before his struggle began. Gorlok is immense pain, he hunger and thirsts. His body has barely held up somehow, although he has definitely been scarred both physically and mentally. Sozos seems to be surprised by Gorlok's survival and states "Your tenacity surprises even me, but it has given me hope that you will make the strongest of my commanders. Join me and accept my power."
Sozos lets out a loud roar before sucking Gorlok back into the floor. He turns to Graxxy and says "I WILL NOT BE DENIED, YOU WILL BREAK HIM ONE WAY OR THE OTHER, BUT FIRST WE MUST START OUR PLAN..."
OOC: Alright this is where the fun, and your choices come in. There are three choices:
1. We play out the campaign with you guys as "evil" characters on your take over of Odaigo and bring in the army of Sozos. 2. You make new characters (level 6) in a nearby city from Odaigo that hears the rumors of demons in the city led by three menacing figures. I would turn your current characters into NPCs (keeping a lot of their spells and feats) and your new characters would be tasked into retaking the city of Odaigo. 3. We start a completely different campaign not related to this world
The group has decided to select option 2. This is the final post regarding the first part of the campaign.

Gorlok is stabilized from Ulala help. He will regain 1 HP in 2 hours.
“Well done, Ulala. Let us take him to Sozos.”
Graxx will carry the unconscious Gorlok toward the direction they last saw Sozos.
Seeing Gorlok is no longer bleeding out Percy takes a deep breath and sighs. "To Sozos then?"
