Alec, as you sit down with the group and invite yourself. One of them, with short cropped blond hair, and a small tattoo of a bird under his eye looks up at you. "If you are gonna sit here the next round is on you." But he shifts his chair around the table to make room for you and looks at you expectantly.
Justin, you find a quiet corner and sit down at the table giving you a good look over the entire room. You scan the room looking for someone who seem to be hiding, or perhaps keeping a secret.
Justin
There are a few patrons enjoying a drink alone, but as far as you can tell, there is no one who look like they are hiding, or secretive. It seems like it's just hard working folk winding down after a long days work.
Crag, another of seated patrons looks up at you, a messy shock brown hair, huge swollen knuckles on both his hands. You take him as a bit if a brawler. A quick spark of recognition in his eyes. "Careful what you tell this one boys, he'll quick run off to the watch and tattle on ya." And with that looks back into his cup. The other two at the table give you a sneer and look to Alec, eagerly awaiting the next round.

"Well rules are rules" Alec will turn and flag a hand to the barkeeper and motion for more drinks at the the table and pull up a seat, "What are we playing gentlemen?"
At the word gentlemen they scoff a little at you. "18's," One of them say from behind his cards. It's a silver to get in, and we are only playing for silvers. Not like those rich sods that were in here the other night, flashing all their gold around. You want in?'
18's is a poker style game. The gams is played by pulling one card at a time. There is a chance to fold, or bet at the end of each deal. Three 6's are the winning hand, seconded by three 1's. From there it is the total of all 3 cards. Highest total wins.
Game mechanic, using the spoiler link, role 1d6, so will your opponents. Then there will be a round of betting, where you can fold of you choose. At then end of three rounds all hands are shown, highest hand wins.
