Colter attempts to release the final grappling hook as another skeleton begins to climb across.
Skeletons attack of oppritunity: 20 for 3
Colters strength to release hook: 19
Colter is able to dodge the attacks, and release the final hook.
Jana, unable to give Colter some cover fire, has to confront the skeleton in front of her. She takes her crossbow and does a spinning maneuver and attempts to smash the skeletons skull with the butt of her crossbow.

Jana's attack misses as the skeleton dodges like a skilled boxer.
Pafaren stumbles back, reeling from the attacks. He calls out to you, "This may be it for me.... " He falls to one knee, and musters just enough energy to throw a green vial toward the skeleton that attacked him.

As the vial makes contact with the skeleton a green liquid explodes from it and covers the skeleton. It's bones begin smoking and falling off.

You feel confidence rush through you as you slash at the skeleton and connect. Once again the blade gets cold and frosted.
Colter throws one of his daggers toward the skeleton attacking Jana, ignoring the one in front of him.

Colter's protective instincts fill his body with Adrenalin, his dagger strikes the skeletons skull and shatters it into a hundred pieces.
Jana does a dive-roll in an attempt to give herself a shot on the skeleton attacking Colter.

Jana narrowly evades a skeletal strike. She levels her crossbow and lets a bolt fly toward the skeleton attacking Colter. It strikes true, severing the vertebrae near the ribs completely.
Pafaren grabs another vial and tosses it at the skeleton covered in acid

As the vial hits the skeleton a bright orange flame erupts from it, completely consuming the skeleton

The Pirate Captain lets out a scream at the sight of his skeleton crew being decimated. "YOU! YOU WILL BE MY CREW NOW!" He draws his saber and lets loose a volley of attacks. Two long swings at Grimnir, and he also throws his last dagger toward Varis.

Varis kept his attention on the undead captain for a second too long. He was able to avoid the dagger thrown at him, but in the process threw himself right into the blow of the skeleton.
He yells out in pain, grabs his reliquary, and channels his new power to cast false life.
Temp hit points gained: 11
If there's an error it because I decided to cast it at second level and changed it from +4 to +9.
I looked up Grim's sheet and saw that he's got 35, and hasn't taken too much damage if I review the hits correctly. Thus, I didn't heal him. Unfortunately, Pafaren is an NPC, so I'm not sure when/if I'll heal him. :/ I'm too concerned with myself and the battle.
Well, that depends on how we count the rage bonus. Thus far, if we're also counting the enemy turns as a turn I'm raging, I'm out of rages. That would mean that the Captain's last attack hit me solidly (as the previous ones missed me) taking me from 35hp down to 22hp. If I'm currently still in a rage state, I'll need to roll a resistance check against his damage if it falls under the categories of either bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing (it read like slashing). Just let me know what I need to do, if anything. It's been an awesome fight so far! :D

Colter does a diving roll and pops to his feet with both daggers drawn behind the skeleton attacking Varis. He flips his daggers upside down in his hands and takes an overhead stab at the skeleton.

Jana loads a bolt into her crossbow, and lets it fly toward the captain.
Grimnir, frustrated by the Captain's stubborn refusal to die by his blade attempts to put some distance between the Captain and himself by launching his heavy boot at the chest of his attacker.

The Skeleton's skull explodes on impact. The only enemy left standing is the captain, and he lets out a deafening scream.
Jana takes aim and lets loose another cross bow bolt.
