As Cyk is licking its lips, little Fosco pops out from the corner of the rock completely forgotten about. With a cheery "Hello there!" he puts a large bolt through the goblin and it slumps over in disappointment. Then, with a little flourish heals Sazira for 6 hp. She opens her eyes and wipes the blood from her mouth, and slowly pulls herself together while still on the floor.
The other goblin in the other room looks on at its self promoted brethren falling and makes a hard decision between the magic user hiding behind the rocks or the once down orc. It shoots at Dagomar and misses, badly. Seeing its failure it calls out, "We're running out of troops. Ravixiz, ignore the dam and get here NOW! Dazzaz, the bridge blind is useless if they already killed Klarg. Call for backup!"
You hear loud yells from deeper in the cave and see one more goblin in the doorway holding a massive (for a goblin) wooden maul that's dripping with water.
Aquila notices the flood waters have subsided, pats the wolves on the head and begins trudging up the pathway - the long way - back to the pools and the goblins.
Slowing rising from the ground, Sazira straightens her slumped shoulders and takes a deep breath. She picks her swords up off the ground and takes stock of the fight since she's been out of it. Setting her sites on Ozbugz, she walks over to him and strikes with her long sword, followed quickly by her short sword.

This causes her frustration, which she channels into her short sword. She stabs at Ozbugz, and her short sword slides right into his heart. Sazira sees his eyes get a little bigger, and then she can tell that the life energy has left him. She removes her short sword from the goblin and he crumbles to the ground in a dead heap. With a slight nod, she then turns around to face the three goblins coming in through the tunnel.

Dag picks a centipede out of his bootlining and flicks it at Goblin 2.
Aquila starts walking back up the pathway and sees it is much cleaner than it was a minute ago. She's also noticing that it's a lot darker than she remembered and is having a hard time seeing. There was probably some wall torches that went out from all the splashing.
As the goblin is strategically fleeing a centipede lands on its back and starts multiplying, biting, multiplying, and biting! It wiggles in pain and inadvertently stumbles to the side and starts scratching its back on the rock face. In its anger and confusion it fires back into the room and hits nothing but rocks. As its arrow clatters helplessly on the ground it sees Ozbugz down on the ground and hisses "If you're such a good captain, you go first," and skitters behind Ravixiz.

Fosco proceeds to run from his cover behind the rock and makes his way to hid behind the fallen form of ripper. As he settles in he gives a jaunty wave to Sazira, happy to see she is back on her feet. He takes aim with his cross bow at Ravixiz.
The crossbow bolt sails out and lands hard in Ravixiz who cries out in pain, "Little one hurt! HURT LITTLE ONE!" and runs up to Fosco so fast Sazira couldn't manage to swing as it passed. It then takes both hands on the large (for a goblin) maul and swings it down on Fosco with a loud, wet thump that's only in part because of the water on the weapon. But as it lifts the weapon to see the carnage it only sees a slightly more squished Klarg that Fosco was using for cover.
You hear the other goblins yell out "NO! Don't break the line!" realizing their last meat shield has now left them in the open. They both take pot shots at Sazira, the first missing and the second hitting perfectly for 7 damage, as they zip into the total darkness of the cave shouting insults before hiding out of sight.

Aquila uses the classic labyrinth technique and places her hand on the right wall, following the pathway up and to the right, remembering that she must pass under a bridge and go up at least two small sets of steps before entering the pool area.

Dagomar is running low on vermin, but sees a biting centipede crawling in the filth of the cave floor. He scoops it up, whispers in its ear and centipede fastballs it at Ravixiz, while running around the boulder over to Sazira's side to see if he can help stabilize things on his next turn.
Aquila slowly and quietly walks up and around the pathway until she finds stairs and slowly works her way up them. She is doing this all in the complete darkness, so stealth and slow speeds are important. She continues up the steps and stops at a small landing, listening for clues but can't discern much in the black and with the waterfall splashing.
Dagomar chucks the bug and it lands on the goblin standing over Fosco, fuming about magic users and ready to strike again.
Meanwhile, across the threshold one of the archer goblins sticks its head out into the light just long enough to see Fosco hunkering down behind the body of Klarg and takes a shot as it is the first target it sees, and isn't going to sit long enough to look for more. The arrow sails smoothly for 7 damage and it runs back into the darkness.

For a few quiet moments you hear nothing but the waterfall splashing into the pool in the other room. Aquila and Dagomar pick out that there is some minor shuffling amongst the rocks between your two positions. They're hiding, trying to form another ambush.

You know they're close, 15 feet max, but it's not a straight shot as their whispers are still bouncing off rocks. You guess there's the three there, but that one is a bit harder to be sure of.

Sazira takes a second and comes to two very important realizations. First, she won't be able to help her comrades if she's dead. Second, she's still not at her full strength and needs a bit of a recovery. Those two close calls make her realize she needs to build up her strength before she can chase down those remaining goblins. Peering into the dark, and not seeing or hearing them at this point, she sighs, grumbles, and decides to just take a minute. Sazira stretches and practices some deep breathing while she regains some of her fighting stamina.

As she is stretching, her mind begins to clear and she realizes the biggest problem right now is that they are hiding. You can't fight something you can't see. But not many things can hide in light. She reaches into her pack, pulls out a torch and lights it. Sazira throws the torch down the path where she believes the goblins to be, hoping to illuminate their location.
As the torch flies out two arrows come flying from the darkness, one hitting it mid flight. The goblins are still in cover but now in the bright light of the torch.
Except for Aquila, still unseen on their flank, who can clearly see their positions.
Fosco is going to use healing light on Sazira. for 6
and then fire a cross bow at CvK. 21 to hit and 7 damage.
