"Let me try to help you out of those Lormon" Lupus grabs hold of Lormons chains and attempts to break them.

Still unable to escape the manacles, even with your warforged friends help, your writs are sore and bruised from trying so many times, if youd like ypu can try again after you guys take a long rest. 

The rope begins to glow as you cast the spell and the strands wither and break away. The other side is still being held up, but its a much less operational bridge now! 

Jimjar gives up on looking for a set of keys, determaining they must not be in here, and begins climbing the ladder to the second level, with Eldeth following close behind. On the other side of the bridge you can see the drow giving chase to several of the other prisoners, one of them, the quaggoth known as prince Derandil is attemptijg to run towards the bridge.

You can hear Ilvara yelling from the other side of the shrine room Dont let the prisoners escape you maggots! After them! 

You guys can leave the bridge like it is and possibly gain a new ally here, or finish cutting it and reserve the quaggoth to Ilvaras ire. 

Zvaere stands at the bridge ready to hold back the drow in the choke point it creates. "Toss down a shield and long sword for me, will you?" and as a bonus action grows to his giant height and attempts one last time to break the manacles (or takes the dodge action if he cant try anymore)

Lormon “ I’ll try to get it” running fast as he can and enter the  guard tower 

Rain gives Ag a harsh shake saying "Don't you freeze up now, either take the damage or try to stop us. Either way, I am not leaving you to suffer her ire alone and neither will I leave behind a potential ally so don't you dare cut that rope until he can either jump the rest of the distance or his feet meet solid ground"

((You guys arent in combat at the moment so you dont have to worry about actions or bonus actions right now. If you want to get weapons and your armor and such Jimjar can start tossing it down to someone.))

"Jimjar see if you can find my Greatsword and armor I will be better suited for combat then" Lupus call up as he stands guard by the bridge.

Lormon will try again to escape from his chains

"If you see a quarterstaff throw it down as well" Rain adds to the call up to Jimjar.

(Jimjar tosses down the weapons)

Rain catches her quarterstaff, prepared to fight her way out.

Lupus catches his greatsword and takes a stance "I'm ready whenever you all are" Lupus says to the group.

Rain takes a moment to breathe and calm her nerves. "Wait until the prince gets clear, then we make for the exit" she says while watching their possibly ally make their way across the bridge. "No reason to fight here if we only need to cut the rope"

Zvaere picks up his longsword, "The second the prince is clear I'm removing this bridge, should buy us some time to gear up properly at least"

“Let’s try this again” lormon mummers then shouts “jimjar” can you get me my bow and quiver, then me shortsword and armour thanks”

Prince Derandil stands at the other side of the rope bridge, silently mutterijg to himself about how bad things are at the moment when a crossbow bolt flies over his head, seemingly snapping him back to reality. He steadily tries to make his way across, being a bit shaky from his nerves, and the fact the bridge is only held now by three of the four connecting points. 

Please wait! Please! I'm nearly there! Just please let me get across! I cant die here!

Meanwhile: Jimjar and Eldeth both appear with armor and weapons, enough for everyone, including the quaggoth Derandil. As they both start distributing the items in their arms, Jimjar yells to Rain. Hes not worth risking our skin! Cut the rope! 

The sound of the battle still goes on, crossbow bolts sailing every way you look, with the sound of Ashas (the junior priestess) voice coming through, as she emerges out of the shrine room, staring hard at all of you, before looking at the Quaggoth attempting to escape with you all. She approachs the rope bridge, saying Where do you think youre going slaves? Trying to cut the ropes to hinder us from recapturing all of you? Most of the others have been rounded up already, now, why dont you come back with me. I'm sure Mistress Ilvara will be much more forgiving if you surrender yourselves now.
