Lia You cast a hex on Mulke, then shoot two crossbow bolts at the little “tattoo” like a target, dealing 12 and 13 damage. He yells out in pain.
Seeing that Kills is the leader and seems as though he needs to go, Brodan will quickly cast Magic Missile as a quickened spell at third level spell. Then since the sl is now a bonus action he will follow up with a Fire Bolt.

Brodan You send magic missiles flying rapidly at Mulke, hitting various parts of his body, dealing 19 damage and creating an explosion of smoke. The smoke quickly dissipates, and you see a much angrier, redder Mulke gripping Helena’s throat.
You cast Fire Bolt but it misses Mulke.

The remaining mutineers (M6-8) surround Skarhys, attacking at once.

Helena With his hand on your throat, you attempt to stab Mulke with your daggers. The first one enters his side, but he squeezes a little bit before you can try again. You only dealt 7 damage.
Mulke was focused on you because Harq stepped away after his attack. He did not take extra damage.
Mulke Enraged, he attempts to attack Helena with his blade.
Helena You squirm while Mulke grips your throat and are able to reduce some of the damage. You took 7 instead.
Harq You step forward again, swinging your magic-imbued rapier once more. With a deadly flourish, you slice into Mulke’s side, right under his arm. You can feel magic “explode” outwards as Mulke is killed by your final attack. He falls to the floor lifeless.
Hearing the thump of Mulke’s body hitting the deck, the mutineers raise their weapons. One of them says, “I surrender.” You can choose to continue killing them after they’ve given in or you can end the battle here. Decide in PMs.
Seeing his old crew mate hit the floor Harq let's out a sigh saying "though I wish it didn't have to come to this, it's what you started friend..." He then looks to the captain and says "we must attend to the Lady!" Paying no mind to how the others choose to deal with the mutineers Harq runs out into the storm to check on the ship.
Lia holds her action and nods to the others. "The one leading them is done, it is best to let those who follow be, since i doubt if they are the issue."
If Harq is looking for any damage done to the ship, I'm going to say that's a... Perception check. I'll give you advantage since you have experience with ships (and probably ships in storms).
I'll let everyone decide on their action (whether they want to kill the mutineers as well, or just leave them be), but until then:
