Alright. You all head back to the teleportation circle that had brought you to the tower. You step in and are instantly teleported 100ft away from the coast, where you had last seen the Sea Lady.
Can I get two perception checks? You may decide in the OOC pm who will do the rolls.
Helena As the group begins their walk back to the ship, you notice something out of the corner of your eye. A figure. A large figure that appears to be charging at the party.
Brodan As you look over the staff, you can feel your magic slowly channeling into it. You’re not fully connected to it yet, but you are getting there.
You notice that at the top side of the staff, between the two wings, is a small pearl. You sense that once your connection to this focus solidifies, you can access whatever magic it has.
Just by wielding it, you have the +1 effects, you just don’t have the extra feature.
At the moment, Kronk and Brodan have not noticed the thing charging at them. I’d say since Lia was assisting, she may have noticed it.
Rubbing his head, Harq says "I'm much better mano-y-mano it seems... they had me surrounded... Glad everyone else is ok as well. Let's get back to the ship."
Seeing the figure charging at them, Helena takes out her rapier and new shortsword and shouts to the party, pointing towards the figure. "There's something coming our way over there!"
(By the way, we haven't had a short rest yet, have we? Or did I also miss that post lol)
Lia sees the charging figure and nods to Helena, who had already called the warning. Lia moves to be further away from the charging creature, lifting her heavy crossbow ready to fire. She would place herself on the far side of her companions from the thing charging them.
Hearing his friends and seeing the charging figure, Harq steps forward, holds his hand out, and casts charm person ((wis 16 DC)) saying "Calm down mate. It's been a long night. We're all pretty exhausted. What's the rush?"
(By the way, we haven't had a short rest yet, have we? Or did I also miss that post lol)
((Though I missed a bit, I think we haven't had any form of rest since the first day. Our characters are likely exhausted. If they aren't I don't know what's keeping them up. Fight on the boat, storm, immediate mages, fight with orcs, now this... They haven't had more than like 2 minutes to breathe in like 36 hours I bet))
As soon as this person gets within 30ft of you, they’re stopped dead in their tracks, almost falling forward from the momentum. You take a closer look and the green face actually seems somewhat familiar. He’s missing his left eye and has many scratches and cuts all over his face, but you recognize this half-orc.
He looks over all of you and says, “He did this to me for what you did.”
I believe you guys had long rests on the ship before the fight with Mulke and then once after. You went into the orc fight with full health so you definitely rested at least once.
He nods along, still charmed. “I should, shouldn’t I?” He continues charging. You see him take the handle of the greataxe on his back and lift it up. When he gets close enough, he swings at Brodan.
Attack: 25 Damage: 12
As the greataxe slashes into the dwarf, the stranger’s hood falls down, fully allowing sunlight upon his face. The stranger is a very disfigured and scarred half-orc. The stranger is Bruthgar.
"Kronk sore besing," Kronk says apologetically. "Movesing hard, a bit. Not got eating Chief liver, needs unhurting, we does. Eatings and naps goodlys bes."

So you all leave?
Lia is ready to head back to the boat, unless she gets nudged into doing something else.
Helena looks at the circlet with intrigue and puts it away. "I'm ready to leave if everyone else is."
Brodan nods to show that he is ready to leave, giving one more to Loqar as well.

OCC If Kronk gets perception without advantage it would be 9 Otherwise just ignore - That would be 'otherwise'

Kronk just sees a breeze go over the grass under his feet. Nothing much.
Brodan will spend the time they walk continuing to look over his new staff, not focusing on much else other then walking straight.
