The whole time Zashier is being yelled at, he has a wide-eyed but distant look about his face. Whereas most might recognize it as fear of the man before them, and to some extent, they would not be far off, Yokini and Le-..... Yokini at least might recognize as something more. Something closer to the less volatile stress reactions of an old soldier. Fortunately, Kamroth is not left waiting for more than a moment more after marching up, prior to the elephant blinking owlishly, and then looking down on the man with a sleepy-eyed smile.
"Oh hey man. Sorry bout that. Think I kind of blacked out there. Not quite sure why, but it's okay now, Mr. Kamroth..."He blinks. "... Oh hey! When did you get here, Mr. Kamroth? Or did I leave?"He glances around the bar, not seeming to register the tense atmosphere yet. "Oh no, I'm still here. And you here. That's good! Uh... one second."Zashier starts patting himself down. "Ah, and here where are sir. As promised as always. Sorry for the delays."He says, offering up a pouch.
Kamroth holds up the pouch, bouncing it in his hand...feeling the weight. He looks back and forth from you to the pouch, finally landing on you, and he looks anything but pleased.
Zashier, this was the cost when rent was due. But...you made me wait. Rent has gone up. Another 25 gold oughtta cover it. You have a week.
He turns around and storms out, passing the large Tiefling making his way back in. The Tiefling has managed to mask most of the smell, but it is still present. He joins his crew back at the table with his friends, but is still clearly quite annoyed.
Thistle is starting to think there might be more going on here than she wants to get in the middle of. And yet... there was talk of a job. She makes her way back to the table with Raddunth and Telly. "Even if these others are, too... distracted for it, I'll take the job."
Didn't realize Yokini would just pick up where she left off, so ixnay on the going back to the table-ay. Will post a new move below.

As the first tiefling left, Yokini climbed up into his chair and stood on it, leaning over to place her palms flat on the tabletop and stare into the eyes of the other Braids. "Now, I'm going to ask one more time. Who here is in charge?"
And that's when Kamroth entered. Despite her usual inattention to what's going on around her, when the remaining Braids turn to watch and slightly cower, mama gnome can't help but have her attention diverted. She stands up straight again, placing her hands on her hips as she watches the scene between the pompous Kamroth and Zashier. She can't help but shake her head at the confrontation. When Kamroth leaves, she turns once again to glare at the Braids. "This dwarf says you were hired to do a job," Yokini begins again, indicating Telly, "even paid you a down payment — and now you're blowing him off. That's not right. You need to return his money now." When the first tiefling returns, she doesn't even acknowledge his presence, continuing to stand in his chair and glare at the others.
Thistle watches as the gaudy man leaves, then resumes her spot backing up Yokini from the side, keeping an eye on other interesting people in the tavern. ;)

Just gotta figure-...."His ears sort of droop as he began absently stroking his trunk in thought, not seeming to pick up on Yokini's renewed scare tactics off to the side. In fact, unless a fight does break out, he heads back over to the table, and finds an empty seat to just sit down and think for a few moments. "Where am I gonna gold from?" He says, as he happens to be right across the table from Telly.
"... Oh yea! Hey man? So, kobolds, yah? Or at least, so you seem to be laboring under the impression that they are the culprits, and as a result of their continued occupation of your goods, is in direct opposition of your wishes. To those still with Telly, he says - Yea, those kobolds...dirty little things. Talk around town is that they have taken over an abandoned manor a ways outside of town to the East. Down the Kings road, like you are going to Stormhaven. There is an old rundown manor there, falling apart, trees growing through it, but I think thats where they are. I have never seen them in town before, but caravans keep getting raided, people go missing. Cant say for sure if its the kobolds or not, but I know they are responsible for this last raid and my missing dragon hide. Probably using it some perverse worship of that dragon they call a god, Tiamat - Here he spits into his empty mug, and Kemara gives him a dirty look and speaks up Aint no god if you can be slain. If I can bring down a dragon, they are just flesh and blook like the rest of us (she starts to get misty eyed, thinking of her lost compatriots)
Yokini, the Tiefling whose seat you took walks up, says nothing but does growl a little bit, and physically removes you from his seat, though he seems a bit distracted by his friends who have started ragging him about his stink. Since you are up close with them now, you notice that each of the Tieflings around the table have a necklace or bracelet with a small item on it. Some have feathers, others have bone or claws. The one that lifted you up and removed you carries you to the door, puts you down outside, and returns to his seat. (you are welcome to make a contested check of Dex or Str if you like, gotta beat a 19)
Lem is also watching to see if there's going to be a fight, trying to work out the kinks in his mechanical arm to be able to cast anything useful should he need to protect his old friend.
He doesn't really hear Telly at the moment, but his mind might return to what he said and play it back in his head for further analysis.

Of course Yokini fights. Acrobatics: 14
As the tiefling is bodily carrying her across the tavern, Yokini struggles against him, hitting him with her tiny fists and trying to squirm out of his grasp. "Hey! Get your hands off me! You're going to be sorry! Unhand me!"
Once on her feet again, she attempts to kick the tiefling in the shin. (Unarmed attack: 20, damage: 0)
Just outside the alehouse (meaning those inside do not see this), as he puts you down, your foot connects with his shin, though no damage is done. However, you can see by his face he does not like being struck, and you seem to have struck both a nerve in his mind and his shin. He pauses only for a second, then backhands you (3 damage) and says "You have a chance to walk away. You should take it. You dont know who you are messing with. You do not want the wrath of Serim Selduzar and the braids to fall on you."

Yokini places her un-gloved hand to her slapped cheek, her jaw dropping in a comical look of complete surprise. She watches as the tiefling turns and steps back into the Alehouse only to be knocked to the floor as the fur-wearing stranger pushes him to protect her honor! As the tiefling gets to his feet and then tackles Raddunth, the gray-haired gnome gasps. "Oh, no, no, no," she says, putting her hands out in front of her and waving them at the two males. "Please, sir. Stop. It's my fault." She looks up. "Lemmy, make him stop," she pleads.

Unlike Telly, Zashier is still seated there for a few moments more, stroking his trunk and wondering aloud, "Tiamet... Tiamet... No, I don't believe I know that one. Or maybe I do? Hm..." He starts to take a casual sip of his drink when he finally realizes that Telly had run off, and things seemed to have.... escalated. Finishing his sip, Zashier sets it aside on the table as he got, marched way over to throng going, "Hey man. You seem reasonable. Mind helping me convince your friend there to be the same? Before Miss Kamara gets involved, as afterwards would in no way, shape, or form not be too late." He says after having walked up to the Big Horned Tiefling.
After hearing Yokini's pleas from the doorwar, and seeing Zashier try to settle the scuffle with his words, the Stinky Tiefling, loosens his grip and lets Raddunth go. He motions for the Horned Tiefling to come along. They grab their unconscious comrades and head for the door. As they leave, the stinky Tiefling turns and says "You have not seen the last of us.
