I did not think anything of it at the time. But if she is such a major power, and that letter from Annie Bracken seems to indicate a connection, well that is someplace to pay a visit.

Del's head is spinning with balancing priorities The letter says the dragon will be tended, and they will need scales after the Arch Witch is back - so I think the little one won't be in immediate danger. And we will need special gear to make an undersea trip. Do you think, Sister, we can talk Sir Thami and Terrabraxerazz to wait - or better yet make preparations - so we can take on Brinehold together after we repatriate the Feyfolk? Because if they dash in rashly they won't win.

Thami and Terrabraxerazz consult with each other in Draconic for a while. 

Finally Thami says in an exasperated tone. "I suppose you are right.  Brinehold is well defended, and the Sea Witch is a dangerous foe. We will gather allies and intelligence while you travel tot he Feywild."

"Bit don't take TOO long," says Terrabraxerazz anxiously. He casts a dark look at Sparky, and adds, "Hatchlings are in a very impressionable state. That one speaks of nothing but gold and accounting since being raised by that...politician. Who knows what bad habits the third one is learning, in the lair of hags?"

"We will be done with our task as quickly as we can." Raven assures the dragon. She then turns to Sparky. "So, have you decided if you wish to come with me?" She asks the hatchling.

Sparkly runs to slide to a stop at your feet. Quelindrittar runs after him and tackles him, and they wrestle some more.  "Looks like a yes to me," says Thami.

Raven tells her brother to write their father, and then would gather the hatchlings and head back to the inn.

Del tells Raven If it ever helps with those two, Sister, I can Comprehend Languages pretty frequently now, between my own studies and Ziia's mysterious intercession

As they head back to the CE, he says I feel a little bad that we obligated ourselves without consulting the others; on the other hand aiding Sir Thami, rescuing that hatchling, and hopefully crushing the Sea Hag - it seems like such the right thing to do

When we get back and exchange information - ach, if only we knew about Brinehold before questioning the hag & could bring her to plan with the dragon - Del will help to finish the tapestry dragon den set up, confirm a Lomolos - Feywild - Brinehold plan. Is teleporting to Thamasaille gonna work? Will we need more time to pass though than Q can do at once? Cause if we're gonna be in town a bit longer, maybe we can think about getting a ship for Brinehold in a week or so, before all these pirates find other jobs.

Mindartis goes to look for his sister. "I think the real question is how we're going to get everyone back," Mindartis says,

Quentin informs everyone when they’re together, “I have enough materials to cast the spell 4 times by myself. We should send the school a heads up to be sure. Maybe someone there can also help. We should get an exact number of how many people are going as well. I’m sure some of them went with the Prince’s army and some are staying here and you know how group travel can be. If I get enough materials I can cast it a max of six times one day with the help of my Rod. After that I’m back to four but I think that should be plenty as long as people are quick.”

Del is impressed, that is more than he thought - it is two, then short rest with arcane recovery, then two? As for materials, each of us should have another 2500 gp worth of gold bars, for which Del will again recommend Talaveroth's excellent banking system. Del is happy to go on a Spell-Staples run to replenish Q's magic markers. And it sounds like we have at least a couple of hours to accomplish all this, so we should think about a ship for when we want to go to Brinehold. E has good rapport with the ex-pirates, and one of his managers expressed interest in getting off the beach - maybe he could be deputized for arranging ship and crew.

"...you won't," Mindartis says. "I'll make sure of it. I... um... don't mean to sound like a broken record," he says. "But Flitterbug seems really eager to learn more about magic..."

Quentin chuckles, "I know I know. Have her make out the letter and I'll send it. It'll sound better coming from her. I'm not even officially his successor, he gave me time to think about it first." 

"Ya... ya I can do that," Mindartis says. "Sorry..."

Well, also, we are on the way to the Thamasailles School, Mighty and Fair One, Del tells FB, You should see what that seems like. Also, likely we'll see High Druid Talos. There is more than one kind of magic. Though I daresay Eldest Zanderfell knows more than a few things

"Oh ya," Mindartis says, "Sorry, I still don't get most of this magic stuff..."

"So many different ways to learn magic!" says Flitterbug excitedly. "I hardly know where to start! Since we're going to to the school anyway, maybe I should check that out first, before pestering Zanderfell or the High Druid." She looks a little shy at the thought.

Del soon has an answer to his sending to Lonvari.  "Come any time! Students will stand by! All very excited, must inform Barding students! We'll have no moles or demons this time, knock wood."

Mindartis does his best to reassure her, laughing as he says, "Don't worry, you're going to be great. Worst case scenario I'm sure my sister could teach you a thing or two."
