Pending input from others - Del will pick a spot to the side - away from the tree and the tortoise, 100 feet from us at the edge of the clearing to whatever side seems best. When we are ready he's planning on a mysterious cloaked form - like Fezzik as the Dread Pirate Roberts, only haggier - floating in the air addressing the goobers in Undercommon

"Maybe give me a chance to take out one of them, before you try your distraction." Raven suggests. "I am best when they are not ready for combat after all..."

Del answer's Raven they should be gathered to hear the Archwitch grant them beauty and power, not ready for a fight. But I will wait - please make sure it falls quietly - if there is a melee, I don't think the distraction will work

"I will wait for your distraction then." Raven says, though is clearly eager to get started.

With everyone ready Del casts Major Image : A cloaked figure, like a giant hag, ten feet tall surrounded by swirling radiant darkness appears high in the air - enough so fomorians have to crane to look up at her veiled face. A clear, sweet, ominous voice calls out loudly enough for all to hear - in Undercommon:

Children! Fellows! Faithful Servants! It has been done! I am here! Your rightful power shall be restored, reward for your righteous effort!

Forget these insignificant slaves! Their work means nothing anymore! We have won! Gather here for your reward!

the "archwitch" gestures her arms to indicate the area in front of her and repeats her great news and invitation until the giants gather

Del's image hovers in the air like a beautiful portent of doom.  The fomorians run toward it, arms uplifted, begging, "Yes, give us power! Make us smart and beautiful, like we are supposed to be! Restore all to us, and we serve you until you rule all that there is!" As they fall on their knees around the dreadful figure, the slaves who had been hauling wood drop their burdens in fear and despair and flee down into the tunnel.

That's your cue, Sister Raven Del whispers

He will not do anything drastic - the FAW (faux arch witch) will continue her bloviating praise until R gets an attack in (I assume that's coming) - as R strikes the FAW will add some new lines : 

You may see some Fomorians fall or fly or burn with infernal flames as they assume their new form! Perhaps they are more worthy than you to go first! You may feel pain or dream of attacks - are you less worthy? Do you not trust me, who has given you all?

Raven activates her armor's pass without trace then strides off to get into position.

Once the illusion appears, she moves in behind one of the giants, then strikes...

All the giants are fixated at the image of the Archwitch, and barely look around when one of their number starts screaming. Raven Slashes with lightning-quick strokes, only to fade back into the shadows unseen, leaving one of the Fomorians bloody and severely wounded. The others stare at him.

"Is it the restoration, Golgrog?" a female asks the wounded giant.

"I dunno," he answers. "But it 'urts."

Seven more giants bubble up from the pits to throw themselves at the Archwitch's feet. The ones who have been here through the attack seem nervous and ill at ease, and much more wary now. Raven can probably get in another surprise attack, but it's unlikely she will remain undetected a second time.

Flitterbug decides to rise up rise up yeah, flying up to peek over the top of a hut to get a good shot, and pulls out all the stops – she Twins Chaos Bolt at Golgrog (if he is still alive else another nearby) and his concerned friend,

Raven makes another surprise attack, dodging past Golgrog to slash at Fomorian 2 before returning to cover so stealthily that she is completely unseen by any of the giants. Meanwhile, Del and Flitterbug launch magical attacks on the hapless Golgrog, who is still standing in spite or the barrage!

(The rest of the party can make a surprise round attack before the first round of mutual combat: after the surprise round is done, Del, Mindartis, Althaea, Flitterbug and Ethen can attack again before the Fomorians move.)

(The tree stumps are huts: the barrels are handcarts.)
