Scorpion con save: 10
Kotog You yell out a word in Orcish as a hex flies out of your hand and hits the scorpion directly in the face. The scorpion shakes its head, confused by the attack. You see its eyes glaze over to a milky white as the scorpion loses its vision.
Scorpion The scorpion’s eyes glaze over completely and it shrieks. It reaches out with both claws, one towards Kotog and the other to Kurg.
To Kotog: 16 Damage: 4 bludgeoning To Kurg: 9 Damage: 9 bludgeoning
It misses both targets, still trying to adjust to blindness. Enraged, the scorpion also attacks Kurg with its stinger.
Attack: 5 Damage: 11 piercing + 7 poison
The stinger deals a total of 17 damage, and Kurg yells out in a lot of pain. When the stinger emerges from Kurg’s wound, a couple of purple drops fall out of the stinger. 25. Kurg grits his teeth and yells out to everyone. “The stinger is poisonous! Don’t let it hit you! Arghh!”
Also, Kotog’s surge effect: 39 ... Oh no...
Kotog’s hex generates a pulse that hits everyone within 30ft of him, so that’s the entire party AND the scorpion. Everyone hit by that pulse has just become invisible.

Feeling the magic wash over him, Radar notices that he has become invisible. He opts to stand where he is and attempt to block the scorpion if it tries to pass him.
Ready action: If the scorpion moves within 10 ft of Radar or becomes visible within that range, he will make an attack action.

Tarth says a whispered curse as the scorpion disappears from sight. "Be ready, it could appear anywhere. And it seems like it did fine without its eyes, maybe it can sense our movement or something? Shiljüülekh"
With a single word there is a puff of silver smoke, and Tarth is teleported 30' back from his last position. (if the surge effect was just basic invisibility this breaks his invis.)
He then extends forward his dark grimoire once more, two dark specks of energy building on the cover.
(Ready action to cast Eldritch Blast once scorpion breaks its invis.)
Blast 1: 19 Damage: 8 Blast 2: 24 Damage: 7
Edit to add, since it has been conventionally blinded if I am outside of its blindsight range I should get advantage on these attacks. I moved 30' back, but I don't know how close I was and I can't remember what the blindsight range for this critter is (feel like looking it up would be cheating).
If I am outside of its blindsight range when it becomes visible will you roll my advantage for me please?
'You don't see that everyday.' Tanwar thought to himself as the giant scorpion appeared and then disappeared with everyone else. Uncertain of how to best handle the situation, Tanwar took his shield in hand and muttered a quick prayer to Shargaas. His amulet let forth a stream of darkness that twisted and turned into a shadowy replica of the shield he was holding. Next he took his flail in hand and braced himself in a defensive position. if the scorpion dared to attack, Tanwar would be ready.
Action: equip shield Bonus action: cast Shield of Faith on Tanwar Free action: equip flail

Alright so going back to Norak..
Norak While invisible, you can feel the muscles in your body ready to move away from any threats.
Radar You grit your teeth, prepared to leap out of your invisibility and attack the scorpion as soon as you can see it, if it’s within 10ft.
Tarth The effect ripples through you, slowing turning you invisible. You Misty Step 30ft backwards, undoing the invisibility on you. The wispy shadows surround your tome before rising up and forming into two balls, revolving around your hand and ready to fly.
Misty Step surge: 27 - 1
As Tarth Misty Steps back, a pulse emanates from him, reaching 30ft in all directions. Tarth, Kotog, and Radar all suddenly feel weakened. You three now have vulnerability to slashing damage.
Tanwar Your invisibility wears off as magic circles you like a shield. You equip your shield and flail in preparation for the fight.
Shield of faith surge: 55
Two rays shoot out from your location, on the ground forming a 180 degree line. The two ends continue in opposite directions, eventually forming a 30ft radius circle. Each creature in that area rolls a charisma save.
While in the circle, Radar, Kurg, and Tanwar feel more magic surging through them. Tanwar is the only one visible out of the three, so he’s the only one who turns invisible.
((I made a mistake by putting Tarth’s response before Tanwar’s, due to confusion in the order. Tarth can be affected by Tanwar’s spell, but not the other way around.))

Kotog Traces of magic rise out of the ground and surround you, before settling on your skin as armor.
Mage Armor surge: 10
When the magic settles on your skin, it begins to lift you up. If you embrace the effect, you levitate. If not, (21) you are forcefully raised into the air. You are 20ft high right now and can use your movement on your next turn to go up or down 20ft.
Kurg Kurg attempts to escape the scorpion’s claw. 27 He successfully pushes the claws apart just enough to squeeze out of them. He runs 10ft away from the scorpion’s direction.
Scorpion Everyone is currently 5ft away from the scorpion’s original location pre-invisibility, except for Tarth, who is 40ft away, Radar, who is 10ft away, and Kurg, who is moving to a point 20ft away.
As invisible Kurg moves away from where he was dropped, you can all see footsteps forming in the sand. The scorpion shrieks and attacks Kurg with the stinger, taking the opportunity.
Attack: 23 Damage: 9 + 9
Though the scorpion has blindsight, it still misses the attack. It becomes visible with this attempt. Radar stabs forward with his glaive, hitting it for 10 damage. The shadowy orbs fly away from Tarth’s hand, dealing 9 damage.
Now it is the scorpion’s turn. The scorpion shrieks again and lunges forward with its claws, attacking Radar and Norak.
Radar Claw: 7 Damage: 6 Norak Claw: 24 Damage: 17
Both claws land their hits, dealing 9 and 7 bludgeoning damage respectively. Radar and Norak are both grappled immediately and must use their action to either attack at disadvantage or roll for Athletics or Acrobatics on their next turn to escape.
The scorpion follows up with an attack with the stinger. It attempts to stab into Radar.
Attack: 19 Damage: 8 + 5 on-hit
The stinger misses.
It is now Norak’s turn. Trust the bold numbers, not the rolls. I forgot it would say it’s manipulated.

You cast Thunderwave in a certain direction, which is (3) east. You don’t hit anyone with it though, because you are 30ft away from the nearest creature.

Norak You summon a large group of insects to harass the scorpion. (12) Despite your struggling between the scorpion’s claws, you are able to aim your spell with accuracy. The scorpion takes 5 poison damage.
It’s Radar’s turn, then Tarth, then Tanwar. Feel free to save time and post ahead.

Norak 62
Norak, you feel the magic surge through your vocal cords. For the next minute, you shout everything you say.
Radar You attempt to squeeze out of the scorpion’s grip, like Kurg had done earlier. You are not sure how he did it, however, as he had turned invisible. You struggle for a few seconds, but it seems the scorpion’s claws are tightly shut. You are unable to get out.
Seeing the Scorpion reappear and strike the others, Tanwar steeled his resolve, gripped his flail tight and moved in to strike.
Attack with advantage because invisibility: Attack: 23 Damage: 8 ------------ I also still seem to have vulnerability to piercing damage listed on my character sheet that I cannot remove.
((I figured you guys would have removed it by now seeing as that’s from the gnoll fight. Also, the scorpion has blindsight, so your invisibility doesn’t give you advantage. Your attack roll would be: 10. What the hell?))
Kotog will maintain a firm grip on his mule's reigns and bark a single word in orcish at the scorpion.
Casting blindness/deafness on the scorpion DC14 con save or blinded.

((Vow of Emnity won’t work. You can’t see the scorpion. You still have disadvantage on both rolls.))
I’ll reroll for Radar here with disadvantage to keep it going. #1: 9 #2: 14

I need something from Norak and Tanwar before we continue.
((And sure, I’ll roll the advantage if both of those conditions are met.))
Norak snarls at the lack of sight, rather than cast a sell and hit a companion he grips his staff and prepares to defend himself from whatever comes.
