Torke Aldrehas
With the ongoing sense of resulting to violence, already has his longsword drawn at his right side. It brings little surprise but more of confusion as Sam enters into the church in a rush.
The doors press forward twice as Sam tries to hold the straining timber back. The bodies slam again and again until it starts to crack. With a leap backward, Sam slides across the floor and the doors crash open, twenty, maybe thirty, undead zombies. They Shamble forward, reaching towards Sam but happy to get there hands on anyone they can.
Combat Order:
Torke, Prosinet, Horde, Sam, Frostbite
Horde Mechanics:
The Horde will attack 3 at once. It will either all 3 on 1 target, 2 on 1 Target and 1 on another, or 3 separate targets.
Target will be specified, no zombies here are carrying weapons, are armored, or have ranged abilities.
They are VERY easy to kill, but there's a lot of them so your damage is more like how many of them you take out at once instead of how much you deal to a specific zombie.
As an example, Sam has already killed two or three just swinging wildly while running into the Church, but you can't even see those bodies with how many new ones are coming in.
Numbers:
Zombie Horde: AC: 8, Range: Melee only. HP: 30+ [See Blue Bold Text Above]
Slam (modified) Hit: (D20)+3 Damage: (D4)-1
CON: 16 STR: 14 CHA: 5 DEX: 4 WIS: 3 INT: 2
Additional: +7 STR (Athletics) When Grappling, Resistant to most Poisons (CON Save).

Torke Aldrehas
Seeing that they are overwhelmed-
Movement (30 feet): Torke takes to the rear of the building, moving as far as he can away from the horde.
Action: He points the tip of the longsword to the horde with confidence that does not match his own, running a hand down the blade until it reaches the embedded crystal. His hand jerks out as wisps of white energy matching the crystal's colour as it shoots out an Eldritch Blast to the horde.
Addendum: Torke makes an effort to dash to Wilcox's position if he is still asleep, if not, he will instead move as far as he can to the opposite side the horde came from.
If natural 20, 23 with the additional +3, deal the same damage but roll a constitution for infection. Must beat 16. Infection inflicts Flesh Rot from the spell Contagion until cured. Cure can be achieved through several means: Alchemists\Herbalists may use Eyebright , a herb commonly found in swamps, and sold by most herbalism vendors. If not, lesser restoration may be used.
The horde lurches back like a wall of water displaced by an enormous weight falling into it as Torke's eldritch blast sails through the air and explodes four zombies coming through the door in the center. Not even a moment later, Torke is beside Wilcox in front of Prosinet at the altar, and the wave has continued to press forward again.
Prosinet's scream rattles passed Torke, Wilcox, and Sam as he shoves a blusterous force from his hands into the horde. The zombies reel back for as long as he continues to speak the wind into existence but precious seconds later they regain their footing as Prosinet runs out of breath.
They pull and stride towards Sam, reaching towards him from beyond death with an icy gripped fist. The two nearest manage to slam into his defense pushing him back near Torke and bruising the arm he blocked with deeply. (Sam take 6 damage)
The large Dragonborn watches as the horde swarms into the church. While trying to tap into his ancestral rage he is disappointed as he realises it has been a restless night walking towards the unknown. This will have to be a sober fight, one without the blood lust.
Lifting his Greataxe, FrostBite brings it down on any undead that gets close to him.
Sam swings his sword from the left with a powerful twist and outright cleaves the two shambling forms entire upper bodies off. He then brings his blade around for a follow through strike down the skull of a third zombie killing it instantly.
Frostbite follows the impressive display by shattering utterly the form of another zombie. His ax going through the skull, collarbone, sternum and finally pelvis of the once human figure splitting it down the middle like a log.
The Horde recovers, surging back into the church doors, despite the impressive first round taking out nearly a third of its mass.

Torke Aldrehas
Torke ponders for a moment, piecing together a thought that quickly passes as it shortens his options. His body shifts slightly as the horde advances, seeing as this is beyond what he has faced. If his behavior had been the same with his tribe, he would have tried to find a way of escape.
Movement: Torke moves 2 paces back(roughly equivalent to 5 feet) without looking, seeing now that his options are running short.
Action: A deep breath passes before the wisps of magic is drawn from the longsword's crystal into his hand— an Eldritch Blast—which leads to the same ball of force now arcing towards the horde to avoid his allies.
Free action: Torke's eyes are affixed to the horde's movement, but he gives himself a moment to directly speak to Wilcox, "Wilcox, I see it is better if you retreat to the back of this church and find a way out." His tone does not express much of fear, but rather, the sentence sounds as a direct command.
A beam of interweaving lines and pulses surges forth once again from the blade passing right through another two's entire mid section and a thirds legs out from under it before hitting the ground.
The horde doesn't seem to acknowledge them as it crawls forth, trampling the disfigured and dropped forms, shoving their bodies outside.
Torke...
Before you move, you watch the Eldritch blast connect, and see the zombie whose legs you blasted out get shoved outside. Its "alive", but no longer visible.
When you reach Wilcox, you deliver your whole speech to his turned form laying on the bench. You finish speaking and realize the man is still asleep.
Solid. Making barely any sound. Wilcox has not been disturbed in the slightest by any of the sounds so far.
Prosinet looks around the room, and focuses on one of the candles, casts [spell[mage hand[/spell] grabs one of the candles and guides it out the door and tosses it on the ground at the feet of the mass just outside the door. Hoping there is enough moisture to cause some damage.

The horde is blown back by the sound and force of the explosion but because they are so tightly packed and all trying to get through the door, they manage to stay standing and press forward!
Sam isn't as lucky as the force blows him back into the air over two benches, crashing and landing awkwardly, but not breaking anything.

(this is the 3 damage from the explosion. You may attack the horde but they are too far to attack you. You have no lingering injury beyond a heavy push\fall bruise here or there.

Three of the zombies surging forward at the head of the group swing their arms, two of them hitting each other and bumbling to the floor.
One does manage to connect, slamming its undead log of an arm on frostbite's ax. (take 2 damage)
Sam will first use his Second Wind to regain 8 HP.
Sam shakes off his injuries and refocuses on the battle. He feels something strange coursing through his veins. Adrenaline, he supposes in the moment, but also...he's quite enjoying this.
He hops over one of the church benches, rejoining the fray, and swings at the closest enemies he can find. Attack: 21 Damage: 7
With a powerful burst of air from his lungs, Sam shouts over the same benches he was previously launched above, and spins into a heavy slash through the thick neck of one large zombie through to another's hip, sending them crashing into each other. The small one stuck beneath the larger one's form, is not going anywhere, but will have to be dealt with.
The Barbarian is confused as a candle starts to drift outside. Not sure if this is a common thing but as the light touches on the hoard outside the doors he realises that while their opponents are easily hacked apart. The sheer numbers could overwhelm them in a moment. With that thought the outside arupts in flames taking out a lot of the dead and buffering himself with viscera and filth.
Sam disappeared from the front lines as his attention is brought to bear on the enemy again as he is bashed with their undead limbs. Taking one hit, FrostBite brings his axe up to block the rest and push them back. With some room to move, he watches as Sam reenters the fight a little worse for wear but holding his own. Spinning in place, he slashes his Greataxe across the leaders of the pack trying to thin the herd.
With a finishing blow, and an even greater upper cleave, the massive barbarian's hunk of metal slices through the meaty chunks of the crawling zombie's skull and the entire spine of the one next to it, blowing its chest out killing it instantly.

Torke Aldrehas
While his companions busy themselves in combat, Torke keeps his attention to a presumably unconscious Mr. Wilcox, intending to be infront of him incase any of the horde's entities bypasses the rest of his party.
Action([Tooltip Not Found]): He repeats the same process for how he evokes an Eldritch Blast, although a slight migraine begins to form as he continues to strain himself—Perhaps it is from their journey up until this point that brings a sense of weariness, yet seeing his companions push themselves further only means he must do so aswell.
Torke's anguish causes a channeling not only of magical force but of anger, and of rage! It sends a spiraling mass of black energy towards the group. Exploding on contact, two zombies burst and send husky chunks of bone out as the liquid and muscle are vaporized in toxic smell of burning hair and charred meat.
The bones fly at such a speed that several are lodged in the bodies of 2 others.
The horde looks as though its been significantly reduced, with only ten or so zombies standing unharmed. They are nonetheless undeterred.
They keeping coming...
