Well, with the investigation check, you believe that these are baked goods. However, at the same time, you notice a few things as you essentially become Sherlock Holmes. First of all, you recall back in Barovia, the sound of wheels turning through the heavy streets, the sound would come from a cart much like this one. Second of all, you faintly hear three voices coming from inside the windmill. However, you gently hear the sound of children crying from the second story. Third of all, you hear the turning and crunching of a mill inside and notice a white powder on some of the wagon's top. Finally, you notice a flock of ravens circling overhead. You're unsure if it's due to free food or imminent danger. Other than that, the pastries look pretty good.
This is the best stinkin' pastry you have ever had in your life. There's like a buttery creaminess to it that is just amazing. It reminds you of childhood. Not yours obviously, because that wasn't really great, but you imagine this is what a good childhood tastes like! Finishing up that pastry, you see that the door is right in front of you, just past the cart.
((I think +2 Is the magic addition to d20s for Sammie)) Samudra calls over her friends and tells them what she thinks, and finishes with "To not to go in or to go in?"

((Yes, two windows, one a few feet above the door and one a few feet above that. The first window is about 16 feet above ground floor, and the second is 25 feet off the ground floor. If you're wanting to climb, Athletics or Acrobatics. If you want to stealth climb, it'll also be Stealth))
As you parkour up the wall, leaping from doorframe to windowsill, you quietly pull yourself up to have a view of the second floor of the windmill. Inside, you see a haggard, heavyset old woman with a face as wrinkled as a boiled apple sweeps the floor, pushing around a few old bones and stirring up a cloud of white dust with her broom. She wears a bloodstained, flour-caked apron. A long, sharp bodkin impales her bundled-up mound of gray hair. The dirt-caked windows allow very little light to enter this eight-foot-high chamber, most of which is taken up by a large millstone connected to a wooden gear shaft that rises through the ceiling in the center of the room. A stone staircase continues up, toward the sound of loud cackling. She looks up for a moment, but just as she turns to the window, you hold yourself in a handstand and her gaze returns to her sweeping.

"Samudra, personally I never touch something so inviting in such a land, that should be something behind.......or.......I do not need any more pastries or food" says the Revenant with a smile
While checking Grim and his climb, Adanmar feels it is the case of using his Primeval Awareness ability to sense any undead (rather than him coff coff) nearby.

Adanmar does not sense any nearby undead. At all. As in Strahd's presence has... disappeared?
Adanmar is aware that there are certain spells that can be used to suppress one's presence against magical sensors. You are also aware that you cannot sense Strahd if he is on a different plane of existence. You are unsure which has happened.
As Grim climbs higher up, he peers through the second window. Inside, he vaguely sees that dancing around a thick wooden gear shaft in the center of this cramped, circular room are two ugly young women wearing silk shawls and gowns of stitched flesh. Long needles stick out of their tangled mops of black hair. The women cackle with glee. In a rotting wooden closet are three crates, stacked one atop another, with small doors set into them. Next to the closet is a heap of discarded clothing. A ladder climbs to a wooden trapdoor in the nine-foot-high ceiling. A moldy bed with a tattered canopy stands nearby.
