Motioning to Murph to take the opposite side of the doorway that I hear Parker’s voice coming from. I then lean against the wall next to the door and whisper tersely, “Parker?! Is that you?… How the hells did you end up here?”
"Hi, not sure who you are, Parker, but we can get you out -- is there anyone else in there with you?"Murph says. He tries to gag and bind the guards they dropped, and asks their third companion to watch and listen for anyone else coming.
Dagmar quickly takes up position, fascinated by how quickly you knocked out the two guards. He signals Murph that everything seems fine for now.
Murph, please give me a sleight of hand check to set the DC, if/when the guards want to escape.
Dart, the cell door is made of heavy oaken planks bound with thick iron bands. Upon first inspection, the lock looks old and massive.

Quickly turning back to the unconscious guards, I will search for keys to the cells while helping Murph tie them up. (Giving advantage to hopefully get a better number. Though fwiw my modifier is +5)
You do find a set of keys that fit, and quickly unlock the door. Before you, you see a half- starved, bloddied and bruised man. Though filthy and weakened, Murph, you recognise that this man seems to have a determination and quickness about him that you haven't seen often.
Just as you're about to embrace, you see Dagmar's signal: Someone's coming down the steps!

Putting my finger to my lips to tell Parker to be quite. I move quickly and as quietly as possible into a position to be out of sight of the stairs. Ideally in a position to grab whoever is coming from behind should they be another guard.
Murph casts silent image on the area around the guards, first to make an opened barrel of ale visual image, and then a second auditory illusion of the two guards drunkenly giggling and shushing each other, emanating from behind the barrel. If he can only get one casting off then have it be the sound illusion emanating from the other door, opposite where the approaching figure is.
Murph similarly hides and readies a weapon to knock out this person too.

Inhaling a deep breath, Blair closes her eyes as the air to fills her lungs. She lets all her thoughts roll off the back of her shoulders. Locking onto the rhythm of the heart beats, Blair begins to hum and stomp a melody. She reaches forward to crack open the velvet curtain.
“Chiontar River in the middle of a dry spell,” A long leg with thigh high black boot breaks through the curtain first, “Jonas Goodnight on the Thurimbar up high.” Dressed all in her signature black with a black eye mask, Blair prowls out. “Momma’s dancin’ with a baby on her shoulder,” Holding a staff resting along her back shoulders, she step spins slowly and dips a shoulder. “The sun is settin’ like molasses in the sky,”She allows the staff to roll down her back, catching it at the small of her back. “The girl could sing,” With a slow spin behind her she drops one end of the staff to the ground, “Knew how to move,” She begins dragging it off to the side behind her as she steps forward. “Everything.”
Taking a wide berth, Blair begins to circle the space with firm commanding steps, dragging the end of the staff. “Always wanting more, she’d leave you longer for,” She’d swipe a skin of spirits from a gentleman in the front, “Black velvet and that playful girl’s smile.“ The redhead would flash her signature smile as she’d continue to walk by. “Black velvet and that slow southern style,” She’d look back over her shoulder to those watching her walk away, circling back to where she started. “A new religion that’ll bring you to your knees.” Blair would bring the staff up in a swoop, toss it up into the air with a spin and twirl herself. She’d catch it and upon finishing her spin with a wide flourish, she’d strike the ground with her staff as if lighting a match, setting the end of it aflame. “Black velvet, if you please.”
Blair would pan over the audience with a wry smile. ”Up in Oasis, the music’s like a heatwave.” Picking back up the momentum, she’d step spin and strike the ground with the other end, lighting it. “White lightning, bound to drive you wild.” Added heat also came with added pace and firm steps. “Momma’s baby’s in the heart of every school girl,” Bringing the flaming staff up from the ground she’d have it wrap around her waist, then over her shoulders around her neck, “"Love me Tender” leaves ‘em crying’ in the aisle.” and then up over her head in methodical spinning timed in succession.
“The way she moved, it was a sin, so sweet and so true” Blair would continue her spin and pop up the flaming staff in a thumb flip twirl, “Always wanting more, she’d leave you longing for…” Catching the flaming staff behind her back, Blair would flash a confident grin. “Black velvet and that playful girl’s smile,” She’d twirl it in her hand and slap the shaft across her thighs. “Black velvet and that slow southern style.” She bends at the waist, popping her rear and sways her hips. “A new religion that’ll bring you to your knees.” The red head snaps up, throwing back her hair. “Black velvet if you please.” She smiles once more.
“Every word of every song that she sang was for you” Blair would start slapping the end of the staff in a circle around her to her words, sparking the flame with every hit. “In a flash,” Then she would flourish the staff once more before slamming it to the ground, igniting the splatter spots, creating a smoke screen. “She was gone, it happened so soon,” Blairs voice continues to carry. “What could you do?” Flashes of colour and fire light spin and pick up speed, eventually parting the smoke “Black velvet and that playful girl’s smile.” She’d reemerge through the smoke with her signature smile, spinning her flaming staff. “Black velvet and that slow southern style.” The dancer would then throw herself back in a back hand stand, pushing into the momentum to then land sliding forward onto her knees. “A new religion that’ll bring you to your knees.” The staff would streak along the floor, catching the circle trail she drew at the start, on fire. Then using her flexibility she’d lean all the way back, taking a swig from the spirit skin she swiped just prior, she’d bring the end of the flaming staff close to her mouth. Blair would breathe a large burst of fire. “Black velvet, if you please…” Beads of sweat would run down her chest as it’d rise and fall from the exertion.
Noticing a movement from the corner of their eyes, the veteran guard draws their sword, but you are ready to strike.
Dart and Parker, you're up!

Blair, as your performance comes to an end, you see the entire guard's barracks erupt in cheers, clamouring for an encore. As the doors open and some superior officers step through, some of the soldiers freeze, but seeing them happy to join in, they relax. The following numbers are lapped up, between the tumbling and fire-twirling halflings and your singing, the soldiers and officers are well and truly entertained.
