The vagabond is rapidly engulfed by the storm. Howling winds batter the hull and lightning arcs through the sky. Athletics or Acrobatics checks with advantage to keep your feet. DC 14
Draskan stands defiant against the rising wind, in the belief that he is to big and mighty to fall. As the lightning cackles and the force of the wind increases he sees the others securing themselves and though still believes he shan’t he’s bested by mere wind, his pride also will not allow himself to be the only one that falls, so also secures himself with rope to the hull
You all stand fast, some resolutely, others cackling maniacally daring the gods to strike you down. The Vagabond enters the tempest trying to make for the eye of the storm. At first Chronos does well riding the air currents like a sailor riding the ocean. You see a break in the storm in the distance and through it a lush tropical island shines like an emerald amidst the black and grey. Then the storm lands a lucky blow, a lightning bolt smashes into the circle of fire that propels the vagabond through the air, sundering it. The Vagabond plummets towards the island Chronos trying desperately to point the vessel in the right direction and fighting to slow the breakneck descent towards the earth
The storms fury is not spent yet and a boulder, ripped from its earthen embrace smashes into the side of the Vagabond cracking the hull. This weakened structural integrity is all the howling winds need to rip the ship in half flinging you off of the vagabond and to the island far below. You desperately activate your feather tokens and slow your descent. It is enough to not make the impact fatal but it does knock you all out.
Sometime later you come around. The sun is shining on you and the whirling maelstrom is visible like a black and grey barrier on the horizon. Miraculously you all have landed near each other and no one is really any worse for wear. You see parts of the Vagabond nearby and the bodies of some of the more unfortunate deck hands laying on the beach
There does not appear to be any immediate danger. Diomedes does what he can for the survivors, although far too many lay dead, either pierced or crushed by debris from the Vagabond. Chief appears to be ok and is focussed on gathering up parts of the ship and trying to put her back together. Scouting the beach you are finally able to locate all of the chief crew, apart from Chronos, who was last seen hurtling towards the jungle clinging onto the helm of air and water
Eoni sticks her tongue out at Leowin, before looking around at all of the survivors and then at the jungle, Maybe we should go have a looky in that bit of jungle over there? Chronos does seem to be missing after all...
As if summoned by your thoughts Katniss appears from the jungle edge. I think I have found where Chronos landed can you come? I am no good at medicine and the Chief will need the wheel back if he is going to repair the Vagabond
Deep gouges are cut out of the undergrowth making for some faster travel initially. Your speed is hampered somewhat as you get farther in bit and about an hour or so later you start to hear someone yelling and a loud trumpeting sound in the distance

Leowin looks placidly at Eoni as he stands.
You should probably stop that.
