The woman does not even seem to notice that Belmarm is talking to her, staring ahead with a blank expression. The sound of the voice does seem to make her grip the doll tighter.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Errol:
Having carefully scanned the dwelling as he walked by (passive investigation 21), Errol comes into the room with the lady and attempts to gain an initial understanding of her through her mannerisms and reactions to their presence, as she is certainly not behaving in a way he would consider normal... The woman seems as if she is hysterical for some reason. She is clearly in a fragile condition right now and the wrong actions will more then likely only make her worse.

Falzaren would begin to carefully search the house, allowing the others to settle the woman down, figuring a soldier's touch isn't what's needed right now.
Investigation: 14 + 5 if Perception is the preferred roll.
Tierra looks at the women. "She doesnt look traumatized."
"Looks can be decieving, my dear. Though granted, you seem to have an even more limited grasp of civilized humans than even /I/." Belmarm had quietly jest to the druid. Turning back on the woman, he stared at her for an unnervingly long moment before focusing his attention on the doll. If there was any way he could keep enough past her fingers to grasp key details on the doll he did so. Otherwise, he was content to let one of the more personable members of the party approach her with inquires for a bit before deciding to act.
Perception: 14. (for if you needed a roll. If investigation would be more appropriate, then its a +2 instead)

The doll looked to be a strangely made doll. It is hard to tell if it was made that way or had been made to look strange due to being old badly taken care of.
Seeing Belmarm's attention drawn to the doll, Errol will look briefly at it as well, then go to find Falzaren. "Perhaps you can coax her out of her shell, Falzaren? She seems to have been traumatized and is using that doll as a safety item," says Errol.

Falzaren will nod reluctantly and move over to the lady, "Excuse me miss, I apologize for interrupting your mourning, but my friends and I were summoned here to attempt to address the troubles here. Perhaps if you share your sorrow with us, we can help ease your suffering?"
"We will watch for her, how old is she?" (Asking a few questions all at once, assuming more spread out.) "Do you have any idea where she might have gone? Where should we look?" "We were sent for by the burgomaster, could you direct us to him? Perhaps he could help us?"
The woman seems to be overwhelmed by all the questions and seemsnto not focus on any that do not involve her daughter in someway. "She is... Was sixteen. She was not ready to leave and was probably killed by the things that roam this cursed place!!!" As she finishes the last second she devolves into sobbs once more.

Tierra watches the women with increasing disinterest. "Do older people often sit in houses alone and weep? Seems like a waste."

The house has nothing of value in it, mostly you see signs that no more then two people seemed to have lived on the house.

The woman seemed to focus somewhat at this as she looked up. "Have you seen my little Gertrude?"
"I'm sorry ma'am, we've seen no one but you since arriving in this town. Who is Gertrude?"
"She is my daughter... She ran away from home..." The woman says as she grips the doll tighter and hugs it to her chest.
