Arthur immideatly looks out of a window to see what has happened , then utters a prayer to Tyr in the hopes he isn't alone in facing what is about to happen , and also utters a prayer to those who died, or need help
*Cloud comes darting downstairs looking frazzled, smelling slightly of apple vinegar with her disheveled fur looking noticeably shorter than normal muttering about people who sell items that haven't been cleaned and debugged*
As the smoke outside begins to clear, you notice that none of the buildings on fire when you emerge. Several bystanders are on the streets with various injuries. But there are eleven bodies in the street between the Manor and the Bakery.
When Arthur steps outside he immediately checks to see who is dead , alive , weather they can get lay on hands if they are not dead, ect if there is time to do so
Arthur takes a knee, says a prayer for all the dead he sees around him , then stands up to see If there is any more danger at hand or to see if the city guard is on its way
Less than a minute later, the City Guard shows up. They post 6 guards at each entrance to the alley. Another 6 guards and a sergeant make their way to the crime scene and watch over the dead bodies. You also notice one of the famed Griffon Cavalry Rider circling overhead.
The sergeant calls out to everyone "Please remain calm. Nobody leaves. We're holding this scene on lockdown until the City Watch arrives.
(The City GUARD is the army, the City WATCH is the police.)
With the others that are around Arthur talks with the 1 nearest to him. " what happened ? I was inside the manor eating breakfast when it felt like the whole world shook "
Twenty minutes later, a retired sergeant named Saerh Cromley and a member of the Watchful Order of Magists and Protectors named Barnibus Blastwind arrives.
Sergeant Cromley directs a force of 20 constables to go about and knock on doors and question the locals that are not currently detained.
Barnibus quietly takes control of the investigation, inspecting the scene closely and moving amongst all the dead bodies.
It's a Tavern, so none of those employees are here yet.
But this is close to Snarf's bedtime, so he's still up. He chews on half a rat while you eat your porridge.
Windows rattle as the roar of an explosion fills Trollskull Alley.
Charred bodies and anguished screams fly through the air.
A thick cloud of acrid smoke billows outward from the blast, which seems to have occurred right outside your door.

Ooc - Before jumping in, anyone who missed out on the activity on the 2nd needs to post what they did that day before continuing into this day.

1 elderly female human
2 cloaked male humans
2 female humans and 1 male half-elf dressed in plain clothes
1 male gnome wearing a burned cloak and clutching a dagger
2 female and 2 male halflings (Arthur recognizes these as the Appleblossoms)
All dead. Not unconscious.

They are bound to be here any second now. Anything you need to do before they arrive?
Not that I'm aware of other than to be ready to get the 3rd degree ( no pun intended )
Arthur does take a glance up towards where Cloud likes to perch to see if she is at the ready

Nobody can leave, nobody can go back inside, nobody can touch the bodies. But there are others around the area to talk to in the meantime.
Arthur stays put. He is ready for questions
*ears twitch at the sight of the bodies while sniffing the air and eyes scanning the area for signs of danger*
*bow at ready*
*occasionally has a rather undignified itching spell*
With the others that are around Arthur talks with the 1 nearest to him. " what happened ? I was inside the manor eating breakfast when it felt like the whole world shook "
