Rush wants to look for the other people and bury them. Then the orcs, he’ll drag off to burn in a pyre
Kwisatz already ordered his unseen servant to bury the ranch hands just north of the farmhouse and to pile the dead orcs over by the outhouse. You are more than welcome to help it do that so you can cut down on the time it would take. (By itself, it would likely have to work all night. Digging a handful of graves, by itself, would take hours.)
Sael figures she may as well take first watch, though she considered helping Rush. She grabs a chair and plops down near a window that gives her the most view, while also facing the Orc. "Shame you weren't more useful than that." she says to the Orc. "Though I suppose if Andrømeda doesn't completely demolish you, we could keep your skull. Probably worth 10 gold, which is clearly highly more valuable than you."

The orc sneers but doesn't talk back. He's tired, too, after all.
So, Sael is taking first watch, then either Rush or Andrømeda, and Kwisatz is taking the last watch. Unless there are strong feelings about it, I am going to go ahead and say that Rush will take 2nd watch and Andrømeda will take 3rd.
Perception checks for your watches (I see and will use Kwisatz's above)
So, you all go through your night time/rest routines and get settled in for the night. During Sael's watch, she isn't feeling particularly observant. She's thinking about home and her loved ones. She's also thinking about the dragon and trying to figure out how they're going to stop the dragon. She knows that they're not ready to take on a freakin' dragon, but she also knows that they are going to need to figure it out. And, relatively soon. The dragon's attacks are getting...
And her mind just wanders from one thought to the next.

Rushis about as perceptive as a humanoid can be during his watch. He checks and double-checks the ropes that bind the orc ensuring they're tight and that the orc doesn't have any hidden weapons or methods of freeing himself. Confident that the orc is in place and won't be going anywhere, Rush decides to make a patrol around the home. He checks the perimeter and notices some odd tracks that weren't there earlier. The tracks are odd, because they are clearly from a 4-footed creature, but what would be the hind feet resemble wolf tracks and what would be the forefeet resemble more...humanoid hands. Judging by the gate of the legs, Rush can tell that this is a Large creature.
Other than that, Rush has no idea what it might be and he quickly decides to go back inside, lock the doors, and lock the first floor windows. The rest of his watch goes by uneventfully. So, he spends his time polishing both his mace and his shield.
Though not quite as perceptive as Rush, Andrømedakeeps a very good eye on the orc. She doesn't take her sign off of him. As a matter of fact, she wouldn't be able to remember whether or not she even blinked if someone were to ask her. But, she spends her watch mentally preparing herself for what she plans on doing in the morning after everyone is awake and the day gets started. She knows that she is going to end his life, but even in the event that she loses, she's at peace with that.
Kwisatz((would Kwiz want to use one hour of his watch working on the spell?)) is very awake and he is excited. There are so many new things for him to ponder on - the ice, the dragon, the skulls made out of butter, and everything. Towards the end of his watch, he hears footsteps outside. Walking by the house, he sees a barghest. From the 2nd story window, Kwisatz can see it that it has monstrous jaws and razor sharp claws. (Kwisatz History check: 23) Kwisatz has read about these before, even though he's never seen one in person. They are visually distinctive with that wolf-goblin hybrid look. He remembers reading that they were able to shapeshift into either a goblin or canine form, each of which were indistinguishable from normal members of their kind to most. He also remembered reading that barghests are intelligent creatures that are treacherous tyrants that crave power over others, ruling goblinoids through fear and force.

Kwisatz, watching the creature bound around, will also look to see if he feels it has noticed them ((dunno if you would combine this with the rolls above or not..)). He then wakes the others up after they've gotten their rest, and says "There is a large creature outside."and explains the creature, and whether he thinks it knows of their presence or not. He continues saying "It's possible that it's here because of the corpses. Though most of the farmers were buried by my Servant, the orcs are just in a pyre yet to burn. I think we should observe it to see what it wants."
Kwisatz then pops Duncan onto the roof above them to fly up and circle around ((5)) to see if he sees anything else moving in the area.
"Rush, make sure de Orc is vell bound, vi do not vant him to escape. Kwisatz, my friend, Am'm thinking of doing a dumb thing, but I net dun help." Andrømeda says quietly as she she's the canine looking creature looking up at the house.
The large fiend begins to walk around the house, all the while sniffing at it towards the second story. It ordered the goblins to stand watch at the front (south side) of the house.
Kwisatz looks to his large friend and says "Perhaps with my help your dumb thing will be less dumb. We have time to plan our actions it seems, so let us not be hasty." Kwisatz then chuckles at his own cleverness (though most others likely wouldn't find it funny), and says "Also, last night while looking over my spellbook, I think I've found a way to speed you up. While growing in size can be helpful, as we saw last night, it doesn't always work in smaller areas. This perhaps will work more effectively."
Andrømeda considers her plan of leaping out of the window at the beast and getting enlarged mid fall, then thinks a little more on what Kwisatz said, her head cocked to the side and her index finger tapping at her chin. "Hmm, du may be right. Vi ha time to plan, best to not vaste it, ja?"

Seeing the goblins clustered near the front entrance, Kwisatz looks to his friend and says "Do we need to engage them? It seems they are waiting for something, and honestly, they don't appear to want to talk..."While saying this he opens his waterskin and a small bit of water starts to float out and frost over as he debates attacking the goblins below.
